[Used] Sweet Sundae Ice Cream Machine

Diese Softeismaschine ist der Hammer. Das Eis was sie macht ist so eine super konsistent wie man es von ein Softeis kennt. Und die macht sich auch echt easy super schnell sauber. Also ich bin mit der super zufrieden. Achso noch was, die hält das Eis auch super gekühlt, so das die konsistent gleichbleibend ist. Nur bis zu, keine Ahnung jetzt, wie lange die Maschine das Eis kühlt, ich glaube es waren bis zu 3 Stunden oder so, hält das Eis garnicht, da ist dann schon alles aufgeschleckt. Wir bekommen da immer so um die 4 Portionen raus, die sind aber nicht gerade klein . Ich kann sie aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

This soft serve ice cream machine is amazing. The ice cream it makes is super consistent, just like you'd expect from soft serve. And it's really quick and easy to clean. I'm really happy with it. Oh, and one more thing: it keeps the ice cream really chilled, so the consistency is consistent. It only keeps the ice cream chilled for up to—I have no idea how long the machine chills the ice cream, I think it's up to three hours or so—it doesn't keep at all; it's all gone by then. We always get about four portions out of it, but they're not exactly small. I can definitely recommend it.

I use this machine and am very satisfied with the results. The only drawback: Unfortunately, I keep asking myself whether it was worth the purchase, since if one seal breaks, the entire machine is unusable! Macht genau was sie soll, perfekpes Eis. Reinigung: Während der ersten 3 Minuten der Reinigungs phase einfach 1 Liter lauwares Wasser in die Maschine geben und laufen lassen. Nach den 3 Minuten Wasser entfernen und das Wasser einmal austauschen. Das Gerät noch 2 Minuten weiterlaufen lassen. Das Wasser erneut wechseln, diesmal 2 Tropfen Spülmittel hinzufügen, damit sich auch das letzte Fett lösen kann. Noch einmal 3 Minuten laufen lassen. Zum Abschluss das Gerät mit klarem Wasser spülen. Gerät öffnen und mit einem Papiertuch oder Handtuch trockenwischen. Fertig! So ist die Reinigung schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. P.s. ich wechsel das Wasser bei laufender Maschiene

Does exactly what it's supposed to: perfect ice cream. Cleaning: During the first 3 minutes of the cleaning phase, simply pour 1 liter of lukewarm water into the machine and let it run. After 3 minutes, remove the water and change the water again. Let the machine run for another 2 minutes. Change the water again, this time adding 2 drops of dish soap to dissolve even the last traces of grease. Let it run for another 3 minutes. Finally, rinse the machine with clean water. Open the machine and wipe it dry with a paper towel or hand towel. Done! This makes cleaning quick and easy. P.S. I change the water while the machine is running.

Die Maschine ist sehr gut, habe schon öfter Eis gemacht.
Eine Frage, die ich nicht in der Bedienungsanletung gefunden habe: Ist es möglich, die Endtemperatur um 0,5 Grad zu senken? Mein Eis ist mir ein wenig zu flüssig, obwohl ich bereits mit der Zubereitungszeit und der Menge an Milch variiert habe.

The machine is very good; I've made ice cream several times. One question I didn't find in the manual: Is it possible to lower the final temperature by 0.5 degrees? My ice cream is a little too runny, even though I've already varied the preparation time and the amount of milk.

Het is voor mij een twijfelgeval, we hebben een aantal keren echt heel fijn gebruikgemaakt hiervan. Heerlijke ijsjes. Maar soms heb ik er ook echt mee moeten stoeien. Dan was het ijs met 50 minuten draaien te zacht, paar minuten langer veel te hard dat er niets meer uitkwam. Maar ook als je 'm op dag 1 gebruikt en zelfreiniging gebruikt, dag 2 weer start met zelfreiniging en dan aanzet, ijs wil tappen en er 1 toef uitkomt en daarna loopt 'ie vast. Zit het verstopt en kan je alles uit elkaar halen met het ijs er nog in. Blijkt dat de reiniging toch niet consequent is geweest. Dus wij moeten nu elke keer na gebruik het hele apparaat uit elkaar halen. Wat ik normaal alleen deed als we 'm langere tijd niet gebruikten. Dat is best veel werk, want dan moet je alle rubbertjes etc. loshalen. Kapjes eraf, die ook niet mega stevig zijn (kans op afbreken is aanwezig). Het reservoir maakt 'ie in principe wel goed schoon, maar het systeem erin om te tappen dus niet. Zonde, want we hebben 'm juist gekocht voor de zelfreiniging. En één rubber die helemaal niet los kan, daar is zelfs schimmel onder gekomen. Hoe is ons een raadsel. Dat is in het buisje die het ijs eruit 'perst', we hebben 'm uit elkaar gekregen en weer terug erop met heeel veel moeite. Jammer. Hierdoor gaan we 'm denk ik minder vaak gebruiken, terwijl het wel echt lekker is en je zeker weet dat je geen 'toegevoegde waren' eet als je het zelf maakt. We reinigen 'm eerst 10 minuten, dan nog 4x 2 minuten met steeds ververst water, tot het water transparant is en niet meer troebel. Wat doen wij fout???

Het lijkt erop dat het reinigingsmechanisme niet werkt zoals verwacht, waardoor uitgebreide handmatige reiniging en demontage nodig is, wat we begrijpen dat het omslachtig is. Vooral de mal onder een niet verwijderbare rubberen component is zorgwekkend.

It is a doubtful case for me, we have used this a few times really well. Delicious ice creams. But sometimes I really had to struggle with it. Then the ice cream was too soft after 50 minutes of turning, much too hard a few minutes longer that nothing came out. But also if you use it on day 1 and use self-cleaning, start self-cleaning again on day 2 and then turn it on, want to tap ice cream and 1 tuft comes out and then it gets stuck. It is blocked and you can take everything apart with the ice cream still in it. It turns out that the cleaning was not consistent after all. So now we have to take the entire device apart every time after use. Which I normally only did if we did not use it for a long time. That is quite a lot of work, because then you have to remove all the rubbers etc. Caps off, which are also not very sturdy (there is a chance of breaking). In principle it cleans the reservoir well, but not the system in it to tap. A shame, because we bought it precisely for the self-cleaning. And one rubber that can't come off at all, there's even mold under it. How is a mystery to us. That's in the tube that 'squeezes' the ice out, we got it apart and put it back on with a lot of effort. Too bad. Because of this I think we'll use it less often, while it's really tasty and you know for sure that you're not eating any 'added products' if you make it yourself. We clean it first for 10 minutes, then another 4x 2 minutes with fresh water each time, until the water is transparent and no longer cloudy. What are we doing wrong???

Finde die Maschine sehr gut. Das Eis ist schön luftig und trotzdem stabil in der Form.
Reinigung der Maschine mit dem Programm dazu klappt auch wunderbar. Nur im Anschluss noch mal die Dichtungen reinigen. Würde ich wieder kaufen

I think the machine is very good. The ice cream is nice and fluffy, yet the mold is still sturdy. Cleaning the machine with the included program works wonderfully. Just make sure to clean the seals afterward. I would buy it again.

Nach ein paar Versuchen hat es dann geklappt und leckeres Softice mit der Maschine kreiert. Betriebsanleitung ist wenig ausführlich und man kommt ums ausprobieren nicht herum. Maschine ist recht laut.

Die Inhaltsmenge ist mit 1,5 Litern angegeben. Das dürfte nicht ganz stimmen, laut Beschreibung wäre es gut, weniger als 1 Liter einzufüllen, da sich die Substanz ja noch ausdehnt.Ist aber trotzdem ausreichend groß und es ist ein super Gerät. Habe jetzt schon öfters Eis gemacht. Fantastisch wie schnell das geht und das ohne großes Vorkühlen. Auch der Clean Effekt ist sehr gut, ich starte diesen Clean Effekt 2 mal und da ist die Welle und das Innenleben der Maschine sehr sauber. Ist nur zu empfehlen.

Die Softeismaschine hat die ersten 3 Wochen tadellos funktioniert. Nach ca. 3 Wochen und etwa 8-maligem Gebrauch funktionierte die Elektronik jedoch nicht mehr. Normalerweise ertönt nach Ablauf der im Display angezeigten Zubereitungszeit ein Piepton der darauf hinweist, dass das Eis nun fertig ist. Bei einer eingestellten Zeit von 40 Minuten ertönte der Piepton dann bereits nach 8 - 10 Minuten und die Maschine stellte den Kühlvorgang ab, so dass das Eis noch ganz flüssig war. Durch erhöhen der Kühlzeit mit der Plus-Taste auf weitere 30 Minuten wurde es auch nicht besser da die Maschine den Kühlvorgang wieder nach wenigen Minuten abgebrochen hat. Von Klarstein bekommt man für diese Maschine nach meiner Anfrage auch keinerlei Ersatzteile. Habe die Maschine wieder zurück geschickt.

Ich habe die letzten Wochen intensiv recherchiert und war bereit um die 1500 Euro für eine " gastro " softeismaschine auszugeben . Nach der Recherche und den Bewertungen kam ich zu dem Entschluss das die klarstein softeismaschine die beste Alternative ist für meinen anwendungszweck . Über die Langlebigneit kann ich noch nichts sagen , doch auf den ersten Eindruck scheint es sein Geld wert zu sein . Und ich kann mich auch nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen, mit 50 Minuten wird das Eis genau perfekt

After researching and reading the reviews, I came to the conclusion that the Klarstein soft ice cream machine is the best alternative for my intended use. I can't say anything about its durability yet, but at first glance it seems to be worth the money. And I can only agree with the other reviews, the ice cream is just perfect in 50 minutes.

Die Bewertungen waren ja nicht so gut, aber trotzdem habe ich die Maschine bestellt. Und es war eine absolut gute Entscheidung. Man muss nur den Hebel montieren und dann kann es losgehen. Ich habe mir Eispulver gekauft, mit Wasser angerührt und ab damit in die Maschine. Dafür steht ein Trichter zur Verfügung. Nach 40 Minuten soll das Eis fertig sein, ich lass es aber 60 Minuten drehen. Dann hat es die übliche Konsistenz. Der Hebel wird nach unten gedrückt und das Softeis schlängelt sich im Becher. Wenn man kein Eis mehr haben möchte, wird ein Liter Wasser eingefüllt und das Gerät reinigt sich innerhalb von zehn Minuten selbst. Diese Prozedur muss vor und nach dem Gebrauch erfolgen. Man kann die Hebelvorrichtung abschrauben, Werkzeug ist nicht erforderlich, und dann auch das Innere per Hand sauber machen. War aber nicht wirklich nötig, da die Reinigungsfunktion wirklich gut ist. Ich bin ziemlich begeistert von dem Gerät. Je länger das Eis zubereitet wird, desto fester wird es. Perfekt. Etwas schade ist es, dass man nicht weiß, wie viel Eis noch in der Maschine ist. Man hat also keinen Überblick über den Verbrauch. So 300 ml plus Pulver reichen erfahrungsgemäß für zwei große Portionen. Aber ist sicher vom Pulver selbst abhängig. Die Geräuschkulisse ist vergleichbar mit einem Ventilator. Die Warntöne sind hingegen extrem laut. Ich kann die Maschine nur empfehlen. Die hochwertige Verarbeitung hat mich jedenfalls sehr überrascht.

The reviews weren't that good, but I ordered the machine anyway. And it was an absolutely good decision. You only have to mount the lever and then you can start. I bought ice powder, mixed it with water and put it in the machine. A funnel is available for this. The ice cream should be ready after 40 minutes, but I let it turn for 60 minutes. Then it has the usual consistency. The lever is pushed down and the soft serve meanders in the cup. Es ist günstig und macht das was wir brauchen. Zumindest so ziemlich, denn die Leistung des Kühlaggregats ist etwas dürftig weshalb selbst eine vorgekühlte Mischung sehr langsam gefiert und zudem beginnt die Maschine nach rund einer halben Stunde laut zu Jeiern (quietschen in der Drehbewegung) Ist die eingestellte Kühldauer abgelaufen, so wird die Maschine in den Kühl halten Modus versetzt. Dieser läuft aber nur eine knappe Stunde, dann schaltet sich die Maschine immer wieder von selbst ab und die Masse wird wieder flüssig. Das ist nicht so praktisch. Außerdem passen nur ca. 1L Eismasse (wenn man Milcheis zubereiten will) in den Behälter. Diese geht dann auf ca. 1,5L Masse auf. Leider weiß man aber nicht wann die 1,5L erschöpft sind und so kommt es dann häufig vor, dass kein Eis mehr rauskommt. Schüttet man aber regelmäßig Masse nach, so verflüssigt sich wegen der schwachen Kühlleistung das Eis wieder. Somit ist nach der ersten kompletten Menge eigentlich nur ein komplettes Entleeren und dann wieder komplett befüllen mit ca. 1 Stunde Wartezeit möglich. Die Maschine ist also gut, aber weit entfernt von perfekt. Da hilft es dann auch wenig, dass sie nur 1/3 einer Profimaschine hier im Shop kostet. Wir steigen jetzt auf eine Profimaschine mit zwei Behältern zu je 5L um. So können wir zum einen Frozen Margaritas und zum anderen Milcheis für die Kids in ausreichender Menge machen.

Basically, we were looking for a machine that we could use to make frozen margaritas. Since you need a classic soft ice cream machine for this, we chose this device. It's cheap and does what we need. At least pretty much, because the performance of the cooling unit is a bit poor, which is why even a pre-cooled mixture freezes very slowly and the machine also starts to jeer loudly after about half an hour (squeaking in the rotary movement) When the set cooling time has expired, the machine is in switched to keep cool mode. But this only runs for just under an hour, then the machine switches itself off again and again and the mass becomes liquid again. That's not so practical. In addition, only about 1L of ice cream mass (if you want to prepare milk ice cream) fit in the container. This then goes up to approx. 1.5L mass. Unfortunately, you don't know when the 1.5L is exhausted and so it often happens that no more ice comes out. But if you pour more mass regularly, the ice liquefies again because of the weak cooling capacity. Thus, after the first complete quantity, it is actually only possible to completely empty and then completely refill with a waiting time of approx. 1 hour. So the machine is good, but far from perfect. It doesn't help that it only costs 1/3 of a professional machine here in the shop. We are now switching to a professional machine with two containers of 5L each. This way we can make enough frozen margaritas and milk ice cream for the kids.

vengo da un'altra gelatiera favolosa, ma questa è eccezionale Devi peró dire che , dopo qualche giorno aimè, riscontrato difetto su perno che blocca l'erogatore, troppo corta, per cui non chiudeva, fatra rifare da un fabbro di zona,ora la nacchina è perfetta. Wir haben die Maschine jetzt geteste und ich muss sagen, man soll nicht immer nach Meinungen der andere gehen. Ich war sehr skeptisch als ich die Bewertungen lass, als die Maschine kam, und wir sie getest hatten war ich sehr überrascht. Also was soll ich sagen es war einpach alles super. Es lief nicht aus, das Eis war sehr cremig und wenn man es etwas kälter haben möchte, geht man eben mit den Kältegrade etwas höher. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist das es zu wenig Eis ist. :) Ich kann die Maschine nur empfehlen..

We have now tested the machine and I have to say that you shouldn't always go by the opinions of others. I was very skeptical reading the reviews when the machine arrived and after testing it I was very surprised. So what can I say, everything was great. It didn't run out, the ice cream was very creamy and if you want it a little colder, you just go a little higher with the cold degrees. The only thing you can complain about is that there is not enough ice. :) I can only recommend the machine..

Bei 500 ml ist es super... reicht für ca. 3 Portionen. Und großer Nachteil ist es wenn man Ersatzteile benötigt. Da wo das Eis rauskommt ist ein ganz dünner Dichtungsring... Diesen bekommt man nicht im Baumarkt nach... hatte die Firma Klarstein angeschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten... und aus diesen Grund haben wir die Maschine wieder zurück geschickt... bei so einem teuren Gerät.... hackt es an einem 4 cm Dichtungsring. SCHADE Man kann leider auch nicht sehen wieviel Eis noch drin ist.... mal reicht es für 3 mal für 4 Portionen bei mehr als 400 ml... kann man es vergessen.... wird nicht fest genug.... Die Reinigung ist sooooo aufwendig... alles auseinanderbauen und einzen reinigen.... Haben jetzt die Ninja Eismaschine kostet weniger und man hat nur den Eisbecher mit deckel in die Spühlmaschiene zu stecken... und das eis mit dem Rezepten wie aus der Eisdiele und hat Funktionen: Eis ,Gelato, Milchsake,Softeis,Sorbet u.s.w keine andere mehr..... Sollte Klarstein in der Lage sein Ersatzteile hierfür anzubieten. Würden wir es noch mal kaufen.

I wrote to Klarstein and didn't get a reply... and for this reason we sent the machine back... with such an expensive device... it is stuck on a 4 cm sealing ring. TOO BAD Unfortunately you can't see how much ice cream is left in it.... sometimes it's enough for 3 portions, sometimes for 4 with more than 400 ml... you can forget about it.... it doesn't get firm enough.... Cleaning it is sooooo time-consuming... taking everything apart and cleaning it individually.... ottimo prodotto robusto e facile da pulire...si possono creare tutti i tipi di gelato in base al proprio gusto...anche se mi sto dedicano in maniera particolare allo yogurt frozen che viene spettacolare

Fa i gelati soft come quelli delle gelaterie, forse meglio, morbidezza unica, il sapore ovviamente dipende dalla ricetta, macchina robusta, silenziosa e in 40 minuti ti fa il gelato, con 50 minuti il gelato è troppo denso e non esce, ha autolavaggio e si smonta semplicemente Unica pecca, tenendo conto del tipo di gelatiera "soft", ha solo tre ricette scarne, qualcosa di più era meglio. Ci avrei messo la segnalazione della temperatura, così per bilanciare il tempo e evitare che l'impasto diventi troppo freddo da non uscire. Comunque le 5 stelle le merita tutte.

Eine sehr gute Softeismaschine. Macht super Softeis, ob Fertigmischung oder Eigenkreation. Schmeckt und sieht aus wie auf den Volksfeste. Auch Frozen Yoghurt funktioniert einwandfrei. Ist seinen Preis wert.

Me llego antes de tiempo , no hace nada de ruido , no es tan grande como parece así que perfecto . Fácil de montar aunque el manual de instrucciones no es muy completo para mi gusto. Muy importante !! La leche que le pongas para hacer los helados tiene que ser ENTERA sino no te saldrán bien hechos.

It arrived ahead of time, it doesn't make any noise, it's not as big as it looks so it's perfect. Easy to assemble although the instruction manual isn't very complete for my taste. Very important!! The milk you put in to make the ice cream has to be WHOLE milk otherwise it won't come out well made.
