What really sets the AuraAir apart is its dual-chamber design: two independent 5.5-litre compartments that run simultaneously with completely different programmes, temperatures, and timers. Cook your steak in one and a pudding in the other — both done exactly when you want them. Eight preset programmes take the guesswork out of it: Steak, Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Chips, Pizza, Cake, and Dehydrate. You can also adjust temperature (80–200 °C, or 35–80 °C for dehydrating) and set the timer anywhere from 1–60 minutes — or up to 24 hours for the dehydrate function.
The non-stick basket lifts out in seconds and goes straight in the dishwasher — no soaking, no scrubbing. A built-in safety cut-off stops the appliance automatically if the basket is removed mid-cook. The ABS housing stays cool to the touch on the outside even at full temperature, and overheat protection with auto shut-off is built in as standard.
