Velaire induction hob with extractor hood | 80 cm

Il piano ad induzione è veramente ben fatto e completo di ogni pezzo per l’installazione. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto installarlo.. In fase di progettazione della cucina non avevamo previsto che, per soli 0,5 cm di altezza, avremmo perso l’utilizzo del cassetto sottostante.Purtroppo ho dovuto effettuare il reso. Peccato perché rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile. la qualità costruttiva è ottima.

The induction hob is really well made and comes complete with all the necessary parts for installation. Unfortunately, we weren't able to install it. When designing the kitchen, we hadn't foreseen that, for just 0.5 cm of height, we would lose the use of the drawer underneath. Unfortunately, I had to return it. It's a shame because the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The build quality is excellent.

J’ai acheté cette plaque, mais j’ai reçu le filtre dans une autre couleur que celle prévue sur la photo.
J’ai envoyé un mail explicatif, mais on m’a répondu que les accessoires pour cette plaque n’existaient pas, donc qu’ils ne pouvaient pas m’en renvoyer un autre.
Et le pire, c’est qu’ils me disent que le filtre est en cours de fabrication et que je pourrai l’acheter plus tard ! Là, c’est le comble : non seulement ils ne me renvoient pas le bon article, mais en plus ils me demandent de l’acheter.

Deuxième point : on me dit également que le filtre pour cette plaque n’existe pas.
Je regrette totalement cet achat et, à ce jour, je les ai relancés encore une fois pour avoir un retour de leur part.

I bought this cooktop, but I received the filter in a different color than the one shown in the photo. I sent an email explaining the situation, but they replied that accessories for this cooktop didn't exist, so they couldn't send me a replacement. And to make matters worse, they told me the filter was being manufactured and that I could buy it later! That's the last straw: not only are they not sending me the correct item, but they're also asking me to buy it. Secondly, they're also telling me that the filter for this cooktop doesn't exist. I completely regret this purchase and, to this day, I've contacted them again to get a response.
