The 60-litre preserving cooker provides enough space to turn the contents of your jars into heat-preserved conserved foods. Whether you are preserving the fruit or vegetable harvest, such as cherries, beans or peas from the garden, gherkins, sweet jam creations, savory sausage or ready-made goulash, roast and roulades - you can preserve them in the KonfiStar 60. The operation is very simple: stack filled jars in the pot, pour in water, then select the necessary boiling point between 30 and 110 ° C, set a boiling time of 20 to 120 minutes and you're ready to go. The pot automatically maintains the selected temperature and switches off by itself at the end of the cooking time.
