Jestem trochę rozczarowana. Maszynka nie posiada regulatora temperatury i w momencie kiedy garnek jest pełen dżemu i przykryty przykrywką to kipi i wylewa się z garnka.

Sehr gut jedoch entspricht die Beschreibung ( Fotos ) nicht dem gelieferten Gerät.

Tolles Gerät für normale Mengen.Es passen 2 kg Erdbeeren und 1 kg Zucker in den Behälter. Ich püriere die Früchte mit dem Zucker vorher. Reinschütten, Knopf drücken, 21 min etwas anderes machen, beim Alarm zum Gerät und abfüllen. Gleich reinigen, mach ich persönlich per Handwäsche. Nach einem Durchgang benötigt der Topf eine vorgegebene Abkühlzeit.Schade dass es keine größere Variante gibt, aber wie gesagt, für normale Mengen reicht es.Ich musste auf meinem Induktionsherd immer rühren weil es sonst leicht reingebrannt wäre, hatte aber auch einen sehr großen Topf mit viel Menge darauf, auf kleiner Stufe hätte es ewig gedauert, auf hoher Stufe schnell Kohle am Topfboden, und damit ist die ganze Marmelade bzw. Konfitüre hinüber. Der Kocher ist für mich eine wirkliche Erleichterung.

Great appliance for normal quantities. The container holds 2 kg of strawberries and 1 kg of sugar. I puree the fruit and sugar beforehand. Pour it in, press the button, do something else for 21 minutes, go to the appliance when the alarm goes off, and fill the jars. Clean it immediately; I personally wash it by hand. After each batch, the pot needs a set cooling time. It's a shame there isn't a larger version, but as I said, it's sufficient for normal quantities. I always had to stir it on my induction cooktop because otherwise it would have easily burned, but I also had a very large pot with a lot of fruit in it. On a low setting, it would have taken forever, and on a high setting, char quickly formed on the bottom of the pot, ruining the entire batch of jam or preserves. This cooker is a real lifesaver for me.

Einfach und effizient in der Bedienung. Macht Spaß damit Marmelade zu kochen! Zwei Anmerkungen: Kapazität zu klein, nur 1,5 kg (doppelt wäre viel besser) und die Beschichtung löst sich stellenweise!

Premier essai pour une confiture de raisin noir: la confiture colle et est difficile a recuperer. Peut-etre aurais-je du ajouter de l'eau. Contre toute attente le nettoyage du confiturier s'effectue aisement malgre le sucre caramelise. En tout cas facile a utiliser avec deux fonctions seulement et un reglage de temperature optionnel. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de recettes suggerees car on doit adapter celles qu'on connait au juge en experimentant avec l'appareil.

l'appareil correspond à ce que je voulais et malheureusement le revêtement anti-adhérent de la cuve s'abime très vite malgré toutes les précautions pour la nettoyer (plastique et éponge souple) et la cuve sera très difficile à nettoyer dans quelque temps . je ne sais pas si Klarsteinme fera parvenir une autre cuve.

Ich bin begeistert. Da ich viel Marmelade koche, war ich schon lange auf der Suche nach einem Gerät mit Rührfunktion. Mehrere Stunden in der Küche stehen und rühren, ist nämlich nicht so prickelnd. Ich verwende 3:1 Gelierzucker. Man muss ein wenig ausprobieren, wie groß die maximale Füllmenge für den Topf sein kann, ebenso die Kochzeit (endet bei 28min). Da die Masse zum Schluss ganz schön kocht, sollte nicht mehr als 2,2 Kg Masse im Topf sein. Dann muss man auch dabei stehen bleiben und den Deckel abnehmen, sonst kocht es über. Abhängig von den verwendeten Früchten muss man mehr oder weniger abschäumen. Große Fruchtstücke oder Kirschen sollte man vermeiden, dann reicht die Kraft beim Rühren nicht aus.

Muy practica olla para mermeladas y dulce de leche. Yo la compre puntualmente para hacer dulce de leche casero pero una amiga también la probo para hacer mermelada y fue muy fácil también. Solo tenéis que tirar las frutas, y el azúcar y listo, la maquina va revolviendo y uno la programa y listo a esperar =). No tengo lavavajillas pero igual es muy fácil de lavar como cualquier olla.

Very practical pot for jams and dulce de leche. I bought it specifically to make homemade dulce de leche but a friend also tried it to make jam and it was very easy too. Ich essen fast ausschließlich selbstgemachte Marmelade und koche daher immer selber welche. Das Gerät ist sehr einfach aufzubauen. Die Anleitung dazu ist auch in Deutsch verfasst. Das Gerät ist auf den ersten Blick gut verarbeitet, kein Grad oder sonstiges zu sehen oder fühlen. Man kann damit sowohl Marmelade als auch Gelee kochen. Dazu gibt es auch eine Anleitung. Schon beim ersten Versuch (Himbeere/Kokos/Marmelade) war ich angenehm überrascht, wie schnell und simple das ganze funktioniert. Signaltöne helfen einem dabei, den Zucker zur richtigen Zeit einzufüllen. Auch das anschließende Reinigen war sehr einfach und unkompliziert, ein Ausspülen mit leichten wischen hat schon ausgereicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
