Passare da un piano di cottura a gas ad uno ad induzione si è rivelata una scelta vincente sotto vari aspetti. Innanzitutto le funzioni offerte non sono assolutamente paragonabili a quelle di un tradizionale fornello. Tra queste ritengo che la possibilità di impostare con precisione il tempo di cottura, con spegnimento automatico del piano ad induzione al termine dello stesso, sia particolarmente utile per far si che la preparazione delle pietanze sia conforme a quella consigliata dai ricettari. La presenza di quattro zone di cottura consente il simultaneo utilizzo di padelle e pentole di diversa dimensione con rilevamento automatico delle stesse per evitare accensioni accidentali del piano ad induzione; la selezione della zona di cottura, della potenza desiderata e dell’impostazione del timer avvengono tramite un intuitivo e preciso pannello di controllo che si aziona al semplice tocco delle dita. Per la sicurezza dei bambini è presente una funzione, simboleggiata da un catenaccio, che impedisce il funzionamento indesiderato del piano di cottura. L’installazione, nel piano di lavoro della cucina, è di facile realizzazione essendo le misure analoghe a quelle di un fornello a gas; è comunque presente nella scatola di imballaggio una dima in cartone che permette, ove necessario, di allargare con precisione il preesistente foro. Altrettanto facile e soddisfacente la pulizia del piano di cottura che, senza la necessità di rimuovere griglie e fornelli, con il semplice passaggio di un panno morbido inumidito torna come nuovo dopo ogni utilizzo. Un’ultima considerazione di carattere economico ed ecologico riguarda l’uso dell’elettricità al posto del gas per cucinare; infatti mentre la prima può essere prodotta anche da fonti energetiche rinnovabili il secondo è un combustibile di origine esclusivamente fossile, peraltro soggetto a forti oscillazioni di mercato. Il passaggio quindi da un piano di cottura a gas ad uno ad induzione, oltre a dare un tocco più moderno ed attuale alla mia cucina, mi ha anche consentito di dare un piccolo contributo alla salvaguardia dell’Ambiente. Sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto di questo piano di cottura ad incasso che consiglierei a chiunque volesse sperimentare un sistema di cottura più moderno ed attuale rispetto a quello offerto da un tradizionale fornello a gas.

Pour l’entretien, je nettoie principalement au vinaigre blanc, c’est efficace et ne laisse pas de trace.
