Ich hatte den Mülleimer im Oktober bestellt und finde ihn mega schön. Leider klemmt der Deckel und beim Versuch ihn zu öffnen ging er kaputt. Ich habe dem Kundenservice angeschrieben und dieser schickte mit sofort einen Neuen. Den Alten konnte ich entsorgen. Das nenn ich Kundenservice und freue mich sehr, dass dies so unkompliziert ging. Es wäre auch sehr ärgerlich gewesen, da er ja nicht ganz billig ist

I ordered the trash can in October and I think it's really nice. Unfortunately, the lid is stuck and when I tried to open it, it broke. I wrote to customer service and they sent me a new one straight away. I was able to throw away the old one. That's what I call customer service and I'm very happy that it was so uncomplicated. It would have been very annoying, as it's not exactly cheap.
