Safety is built in from the start. The Flame Failure Device (FFD) monitors every burner continuously — if a flame goes out unexpectedly, the gas supply cuts off automatically, no intervention needed. Electric ignition means you light each burner with a single button press, no matches, no lighters. Italian-engineered Sabaf burners distribute heat evenly across the base of every pan, from a stockpot to a sauté pan.
