Die Lieferung erfolgte über GLS an einem Paketshop. Ich habe das Paket abgeholt vor zwei Tagen und dann haben die Handwerker heute einbauen wollen. Es gibt die Glasplatte ist kaputt und auch das Plastikteil innen ist kaputt, die Handwerker sind unverrichteter Dinge wieder abgefahren und am schlimmsten ist das eben auch das Paket ohne jeglichen Hinweis darauf kam, dass es eben aus Glas ist.
Das Produkt selber ist perfekt aber die Lieferung nicht und auch der erreichen des Kundendienste ist man muss Termine machen die sind 24 Stunden später eine E-Mail-Adresse für das hochladen. Von Bildern gibt es nicht der Chat kann keine Bilder öffnen und so weiter so

The delivery was made via GLS to a parcel shop. I picked up the package two days ago, and the installers were supposed to come and install it today. The glass panel is broken, and the plastic part inside is also broken. The installers left without doing anything, and worst of all, the package arrived without any indication that it was made of glass. The product itself is perfect, but the delivery was terrible, and contacting customer service requires scheduling an appointment, which is then 24 hours away. They provide an email address for uploading photos. There are no pictures available, the chat function can't open images, and so on.
