Four burners, 3.4 kW total output, and the kind of flame control that lets you go from a rolling boil to a gentle simmer in seconds, with no lag and no guesswork.
Designed to be built into your kitchen worktop, the Goldflame 4 is equipped with four Italian Sabaf brass burners — including a high-output burner built for wok cooking and hard searing. The cast-iron pan supports keep every piece of cookware — from a small saucepan to a heavy casserole dish — rock-steady and in close contact with the flame. The Flame Failure Device (FFD) automatically cuts the gas supply if a flame goes out unexpectedly, and the electric ignition lights every burner safely at the press of a button, no matches required.
The stainless steel housing is built to handle daily kitchen life and wipes down easily without losing its finish. The hob comes factory-set for natural gas (20 mbar) but can be converted to LPG (50 mbar) if your kitchen runs from a gas bottle — a hose and pressure regulator are included in the box. For installation dimensions, refer to the enclosed instruction manual.
