Because induction heats the pan directly rather than the air around it, you get up to 50% faster cooking than gas, with no risk of burning your hand on an exposed hob surface between the zones.
Each of the four zones is independently controlled, taking you from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil in moments. The flexible zone on the right merges both right-hand rings into one generous cooking surface — perfect for a fish kettle, a wide casserole dish, or anything that simply won't fit a standard ring. When you need maximum heat fast, the Boost function fires any zone up to full power instantly — no preheating, no standing around waiting.
The SenseControl touch panel is as easy to clean as the toughened glass-ceramic surface beneath your pans. No knobs, no grooves, no grease traps — just a smooth wipe.
