Da ich trotz anhaltendem Lockdown nicht auf ein umfangreiches Fitnesstraining verzichten möchte, habe ich mir einen 10kg Slamball zugelegt. Dieser Slamball ist preislich auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, jedoch muss ich leider manchen Rezessionen zustimmen, was die Griffigkeit angeht. Der Slamball könnte durchaus etwas griffiger sein, denn mit schwitzigen Händen könnte der Slamball nicht selten aus den Händen gleiten. Trotzdem bin ich mit dem Ball zufrieden und bislang macht er auch einen robusten Eindruck. Das bisherige Training hat ihm nicht zugesetzt. Alles in allem eine gute Investition, auch im Vergleich zu deutlich teureren Slamballs. Die Rezessionen, die einen Slamball mit einem Medizinball vergleichen oder bemängeln, dass der Ball nicht komplett gefüllt sei, kann ich sowieso nicht Ernst nehmen ! Wer den Unterschied zwischen Slamballs und Medizinbällen nicht kennt, sollte sich vor einem Kauf zuerst imformieren.

Since I didn't want to forgo a comprehensive fitness training program despite the ongoing lockdown, I bought a 10kg slam ball. This slam ball is definitely a good value for the price, however, I unfortunately have to agree with some of the reviews regarding the grip. The slam ball could certainly be grippier, as it can easily slip out of your hands with sweaty hands. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the ball, and so far it seems quite robust. The training sessions I've done so far haven't damaged it. All in all, a good investment, even compared to significantly more expensive slam balls. I can't take seriously the reviews that compare a slam ball to a medicine ball or complain that the ball isn't completely inflated! Anyone who doesn't know the difference between slam balls and medicine balls should do some research before buying one.

Anyone who can't or doesn't want to go to a studio and knows what to do with the ball won't go wrong with this. The ball doesn't have an unpleasant smell and fully meets my expectations. A clear recommendation to buy.

Negativ:Ball besitzt ein Ventil.HabeLuft abgelassen-Ball war eingedellt-sehr gut mit einer Hand (Affengriff) zu fassen-Ball bleibt jetzt liegen. Tip: So wenig Luft rein pumpen,daß er gerade so rund wird.Springt nun nicht mehr und rollt nur wenig weiter!

Positive: Sturdy outer shell. Free shipping. Weight 4kg is appropriate. The ball has a valve – pump in air to make it bounce. Negative: The ball has a valve. I let some air out – the ball was dented – very easy to grip with one hand (monkey grip) – the ball now stays put. Tip: Pump in just enough air so that it's barely round. Now it no longer bounces and only rolls a short distance!

je l'utilise régulièrement pour mes entrainements ou pour echauffement de crossfit et je peux vous dire que c diablement efficace. parfait en tout point, robuste, grip nickel, je le recommande

Avendo comprato le palle mediche da 20 e 25 kg in contemporanea e avendole provate entrambe nello stesso tempo, scrivo un commento complessivo sull'utilizzo dei due prodotti. In principio volevo comprare la palla da 20 kg della escape, visto che mi ero trovato bene con i modelli da 10 e da 15 kg, ma non essendo disponibile ho virato sulla palla da 20 kg della capital sports, e visto che era disponibile anche il modello da 25 ho deciso di comprare anche quello. I pregi sono gli stessi delle palle escape: grande aderenza alle mani, anche sudate, e nessun problema se cade a terra (essendo riempite di sabbia e ferro). Inoltre ho notato che la presa è migliore rispetto alla escape poichè la superficie è uniforme su tutta la palla, e questo permette di prenderla con la stessa aderenza da qualsiasi parte. Questo è importantissimo in delle palle così pesanti perchè non devi perdere tempo (e quindi fatica) a trovare il verso giusto di presa. Di fatto quindi considero queste palle qualitativamente migliori rispetto alle palle escape (e tra le altre cose hanno, a parità di preso, un prezzo leggermente minore).

Having purchased the 20 and 25 kg medicine balls at the same time and having tried them both at the same time, I'm writing a comprehensive review of the two products. I initially wanted to buy the 20 kg ball from Escape, since I'd had a good experience with the 10 and 15 kg models. However, since it wasn't available, I switched to the 20 kg ball from Capital Sports. Since the 25 kg model was also available, I decided to buy that as well. The advantages are the same as the Escape balls: they grip well, even when sweaty, and don't have to worry about dropping them (since they're filled with sand and iron). I also noticed that the grip is better than the Escape one, as the surface is uniform across the entire ball, allowing you to grip it with the same grip from any angle. This is crucial for such heavy balls because you don't have to waste time (and therefore effort) trying to find the right grip angle. In fact, I consider these balls to be qualitatively better than the escape balls (and among other things, for the same weight, they have a slightly lower price).
