Unlike thermoelectric coolers that struggle when the temperature climbs, the Mr. Barbot uses a proper compressor unit to hold a steady chill throughout the entire cabinet. Set your temperature anywhere between 0 and 16 °C — precise to the degree — and it stays there. That means 8–10 °C for lager, 10–12 °C for white wine, or 6–8 °C for soft drinks, all without any of the fluctuation that shortens shelf life or ruins the pour.
