Die Haube ist klasse - technisch sowie optisch.
Aber: Wenn man sie bekommt sollte sie vollständig sein. Wegen einem falschen kleinen Teil (Aufhängung des Kamins ) sollte ich sie wieder komplett abbauen, verpacken und zurückschicken weil das Teil nicht einzeln geliefert werden kann.
Gäbe es in der, im Übrigen völlig unverständlichen Aufbauanleitung, eine Auflistung über die mitgelieferten Teile, hätte ich es wahrscheinlich vor dem Aufbau kontrolliert. So habe ich erst gemerkt, als ich den Kamin befestigen wollte.

The hood is great – both technically and aesthetically. However: When you receive it, it should be complete. Because of one small, incorrect part (the chimney mounting bracket), I had to completely disassemble, repack, and return it, as the part cannot be supplied separately. If the assembly instructions, which are completely incomprehensible by the way, had included a list of the included parts, I probably would have checked it before assembly. As it was, I only noticed the missing part when I tried to attach the chimney. Conclusion: The extractor hood is good! Klarstein's customer service is a disaster!!! Never again!

Keine optimale Anleitung zum Aufbauen ansonsten relativ gute Qualität. Läuft sehr leise bei guter Abzugsleistung . Sehr schnelle Lieferung

Die Dunstabzugshaube überzeugt. Leise auch auf hoher Stufe, sehr kräftig, schönes Design. Die Lieferung ging sehr rasch und problemlos.Einziges Manko: Die zusätzlichen Schrauben zur Befestigung der Schräghaube sind sehr schwer auszumessen und die Schrauben kompliziert einzusetzen und anzuziehen.

The extractor hood is impressive. Quiet even on high, very powerful, and with a beautiful design. Delivery was very quick and problem-free. The only drawback: the additional screws for attaching the angled hood are very difficult to measure and the screws are complicated to insert and tighten.

pour un prix raisonnable, j’avais un peu peur de sortir des grandes marques (souvent hors de prix) et finalement cette hotte est top, esthétiquement sobre et élégante, pas de LED de couleur inutile pas de wifi tout aussi inutile, mais 8 vitesses permettant de s’adapter à votre usage, très silencieuse avec un bon éclairage, les touches tactiles fonctionnent parfaitement. livrée complète avec filtres ou nécessaire de sortie directe en parfait état. seul point un peu moins bien, la notice d’installation n’est pas assez précise sur la hauteur idéale par rapport au plan de travail.

Also erst einmal möchte ich die super schnelle Lieferung loben. Einen Tag für eine Lieferung vom Vertrieb Klarstein in Berlin bis zu uns, nicht schlecht muss ich sagen. Da können sich so manche Unternehmen eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Verpackung ist solide und die Dunstabzugshaube wurde auch in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert. Zudem macht Sie optisch auch einiges her. Leise ist Sie auf jeden Fall. Bei Stufe 9 scheppert Sie ein wenig, aber unsere alte Siemens war da auch nicht besser. Auch das mitgelieferte Zubehör passt. 2x Kohlefilter und ein 150 Durchmesser Aluschlauch waren mit an Bord. So...das wars dann auch der guten Worte. Kommen wir zu den negativen Seiten dieser Haube. Das auf- und zuklappen der Glasplatte für besseren Abzug ist ein wenig hakelig bis schwierig. Man muss schon kräftig drücken und wackeln. Ein Gasdruckdämpfer wäre hier besser gewesen. Die Beleuchtung ist ein wenig dünne. Hier wäre eine dritte Leuchte besser gewesen. Auch der Abzugsbereich für eine 85er Herdplatte ist zu klein. Beim Kauf bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass der Abzugsbereich fast die gesamte Breite einnimmt. Der Dampf der Töpfe strömt somit am Absaugbereich vorbei. Auch bei Stufe 9. Also nach meiner Meinung nur für Standard Herdplatten Breite geeignet.

First of all, I'd like to praise the super-fast delivery. It took one day from the Klarstein distributor in Berlin to our location – not bad, I must say. Many companies could learn a thing or two from that. The packaging is sturdy, and the extractor hood arrived in perfect condition. It also looks impressive. It's definitely quiet. It rattles a bit at level 9, but our old Siemens wasn't any better. The included accessories are also good. Two carbon filters and a 150mm diameter aluminum hose were included. So... that's all the good words. Now for the negative aspects of this hood. Opening and closing the glass panel for better extraction is a bit tricky, even difficult. You have to push and wiggle it quite hard. A gas pressure damper would have been better. The lighting is a bit dim. A third light would have been better. The extraction area is also too small for an 85cm stovetop. When I bought it, I assumed the extraction area would take up almost the entire width. This meant that steam from the pots and pans would bypass the extraction area, even at level 9. So, in my opinion, it's only suitable for standard-width stovetops.

Mittwochs bestellt, Donnerstags geliefert, Freitags alles fertig . Schneller geht es nicht. Montage äusserst einfach, Betrieb In den ersten 4 bis 5 Stufen kaum hörbar. Top. Ausleuchtung des Kochfeldes dank integrierter Leuchten ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, lediglich das Aufklappen der Glasscheibe ist nicht gut gelöst. Hier wären Hydraulikstössel angebracht gewesen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne.

Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday, everything ready on Friday. It couldn't be quicker. Extremely easy to assemble, operation barely audible in the first 4 to 5 steps. Excellent. The hob is also very well lit thanks to the integrated lights. We are very satisfied, only the opening of the glass panel is not a good solution.
