Montblanc 90 Cooker Hood

Reçu uen première fois rayée sur le capot (du aux accessoires qui se trimballe dans le colis ou a l’emballage)S. A. V très réactif qui m’en a envoyé une autre. Attention juste lors de l’emballage de ne pas rayer la hotte. Fait quand même un bruit d’avion a réaction quand on met la vitesse 3. Mais aspire efficacement.

The first one I received had a scratch on the hood (due to accessories rattling around in the package or the packaging itself). Customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement. Just be careful not to scratch the hood when packing it. It does make a jet-like noise when you put it on speed 3. But it does have effective suction.

Schönes Design, einfach zu montieren, allerdings müssen unbedingt zwei Filter separat gekauft werden! .

Viele haben nicht den richtigen Filter gefunden, ich habe set von 2 Stück auf der Klarstein Homepage gefunden, heisst Aktivkohlefilter CGCH2. Angebracht werden sie seitlich am Motor, jeweils ein Stück links und rechts, mit einer 1/4 Kreis Runddrehung bis es einschnappt. Zum Thema Lautstärke: zwischen dem Motor und der Rückwand/dem Gehäuse befindet sich ein Stück Styropor, das, unglaublicherweise, nicht sichtbar ist. Obwohl Styropor weiss ist, und mein Gerät schwarz, war es tatsächlich nicht zu sehen. Ich habe es gefunden nur nach dem ich das Gerät eingeschaltet hab, es war laut wie ein Hubschrauber im Raum. Reingegriffen und Styropor gefunden, das Gerät schnurrt jetzt wie ein Kätzchen. Das Licht ist kalt. Ich habe nicht die Blechaufsätze anmontiert, die silbrig waren, da ich das Gerät als Umluftversion montiert habe. Die Blechaufsätze verstecken das Abluftrohr bei Abluftversionmontage.

Many people couldn't find the right filter. I found a set of two on the Klarstein website, called the CGCH2 activated carbon filter. They're attached to the sides of the motor, one on the left and one on the right, with a quarter turn until they click into place. Regarding the noise level: there's a piece of polystyrene between the motor and the back panel/housing that, incredibly, isn't visible. Even though polystyrene is white and my unit is black, it was completely hidden. I only found it after I turned the unit on; it was as loud as a helicopter in the room. I reached in and found the polystyrene, and now the unit purrs like a kitten. The light is cool white. I didn't install the silver metal covers because I set up the unit in recirculation mode. The metal covers conceal the exhaust duct in ducted mode.

Schicke Abzugshaube Die Haube wurde schnell und ordentlich verpackt geliefert. Montag war einfach. Das Design ist sehr schön und sieht wertig aus. Die Lampen könnten etwas heller sein. Der Abzug ist sehr laut und die Abzugsleistung ist ok. Für den Preis akzeptabel. Wem Design vor Funktion wichtig ist macht hier einen guten Deal.

Ich habe mir die Haube bestellt und sie kam auch wie angekündigt an. Sie sollte ursprünglich in der Abluftfunktion benutzt werden, daher hatte ich sie ohne Aktivkohlefilter gekauft. Allerdings hat sich der mitgelieferte Kunstoff-Flex-Rohr bei jedem Einschalten (sogar in der niedrigsten Stufe) in seiner kompletten Länge ausgedehnt und hing dann praktisch seitlich runter. Das war natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Daher hab ich den Service über Amazon kontaktiert. nach zwei Tagen hab ich dann endlich eine Antwort bekommen. Ich sollte ein Foto von der eben beschriebenen Situation machen, damit sie das nachvollziehen können. Tja in der Zwischenzeit hab ich natürlich zwei Filter beim Hersteller bestellt und dafür fast 35 Euro gezahlt um mir den ganzen Ärger zu ersparen und bin sozusagen auf Umluft umgestiegen. Wenn ich das aber vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich mir die Variante mit den Filtern von vornherein bestellt und das hätte mich nur 10 Euro mehr gekostet. Das habe ich dann dem Hersteller mitgeteilt, in der Hoffnung, dass sie mir nach Abzug der Differenz von 10 Euro, denn Rest der Umkosten für die Filter zurückzuerstatten, aber leider gab es nur ein "das tut uns leid". Daher ziehe ich in der Bewertung ein Stern ab. Ich werde jetzt schauen, wie sich die Haube so macht. In Moment läuft sie gut, etwas laut, aber es funktioniert.

However, the included flexible plastic duct expanded to its full length every time I turned it on (even on the lowest setting) and then practically hung down sideways. This was, of course, very annoying. So I contacted customer service through Amazon. After two days, I finally received a reply. I was asked to take a photo of the situation I had just described so they could understand the problem. Well, in the meantime, I ordered two filters from the manufacturer and paid almost €35 to avoid all the hassle and essentially switched to recirculation mode. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered the version with the filters from the start, which would have only cost me €10 more. I then informed the manufacturer, hoping they would refund me the remaining cost of the filters after deducting the €10 difference, but unfortunately, I only received a "we're sorry." Therefore, I'm deducting one star from my rating. I'll now see how the hood performs. At the moment, it's working well, a bit noisy, but it's functioning.

Dovevo cambiare cucina ed ho deciso di acquistare gli elettrodomestici a parte,ho scelto questa della Klarstein perchè ne sento parlare sempre bene e devo confermare ciò che dicevano!!L’ho scelta bianca per abbinarla alla nuova cucina bianca!!Montaggio semplice e anche x chi lo fa la prima volta verrà facile!! Nel cartone c’era: - la cappa, -il tubo di aspirazione, -il gancio -filtri -il materiale di montaggio -libretto di istruzione. -2 luci a led -3 velocità di aspirazione -barra (che io ho usato per appendere gli stracci) consigliata assolutamente!!!

I had to change the kitchen and decided to buy the appliances separately. I chose this one from Klarstein because I always hear good things about it, and I have to confirm what they said! I chose it in white to match the new white kitchen! Easy assembly, even for first-time users. The box contained: - the hood, - the exhaust pipe, - the hook - filters - the assembly materials - instruction manual. - 2 LED lights - 3 extraction speeds - a bar (which I used to hang rags). Highly recommended!
