The Klarstein Victoria Downdraft cooker hood combines modern design with powerful technology. The cooker hood offers three power levels and a booster function to achieve an air flow rate of up to 713.8 m³/h. Thanks to the powerful BLDC motor with 120 watts, the noise level remains at a minimum of 52 dB, making it one of the quietest cooker hoods on the market. Achat d’une hotte aspirante Klarstein Victoria 60 cm plan de travail, en février 2026, vendue pour une utilisation en mode recyclage.

À la réception et à l’installation, aucun filtre à charbon fourni. Après vérification, ce filtre indispensable est en rupture de stock depuis mon achat, sans date de réapprovisionnement et sans solution alternative proposée par le service client.

Résultat : produit neuf inutilisable dans sa fonction principale.

Malgré de nombreuses relances, aucune solution concrète n’est apportée. Seule réponse obtenue : une proposition de remise de 20 %, totalement inadaptée au regard de l’impossibilité d’utiliser le produit.

Le plus préoccupant : le produit est toujours en vente sur le site, alors même que les éléments nécessaires à son fonctionnement ne sont pas disponibles.

Extrêmement déçue d'avoir fait confinace à cette marque de par cette expérience : produit non conforme, service client uniquement joignable par mail, quasiment pas réactif et absence totale de prise en charge sérieuse du problème pour un remboursement intégral. J'attends toujours une réponse.

I strongly advise against buying this product! Order number: 4008258550. I purchased a Klarstein Victoria 60cm worktop extractor hood in February 2026, advertised for use in recirculation mode. Upon delivery and installation, no charcoal filter was included. After checking, I discovered that this essential filter has been out of stock since my purchase, with no restocking date and no alternative solution offered by customer service. As a result, the brand new product is unusable for its primary function. Despite numerous follow-ups, no concrete solution has been provided. The only response I received was a 20% discount offer, completely inadequate given the impossibility of using the product. Most concerningly, the product is still listed for sale on the website, even though the necessary components for its operation are unavailable. I am extremely disappointed to have trusted this brand based on this experience: a defective product, customer service reachable only by email, virtually unresponsive, and a complete lack of serious consideration for a full refund. I'm still waiting for a response. Avoid!

hotte très fonctionnelledesign superprévoir un placard pour le moteur assez grand (pas compatible avec un casselier en dessous)fonctionne très bien et rend votre cuisine moderneje ne regrette pas et je le recommande à 100%

Very functional cooker hood, great design. You'll need a fairly large cupboard for the motor (not compatible with a cabinet underneath). Works very well and gives your kitchen a modern look. I have no regrets and I recommend it 100%.

Sieht gut aus und geht. Mein Herd steht in einer Ecke und so muss der Lüfter nach hinten, dass geht gut zu machen. Es ist zu beachten, dass der Lüfter nicht nachträglich eingebaut werden kann und so die gesamte Einheit (22Kg) zusammen eingebaut werden muss. Ein Schlitz in der Arbeitsplatte reicht dann auch nicht, sondern da muss echt eine Klappe in der Arbeitsplatte sein, in der auch der Lüfter durch passt. Ich bin also sehr zufrieden, die Anmerkung nur als Tipp, wenn es ein Einbau in einem Eck werden soll.

Looks good and works. My stove is in a corner, so the fan has to be at the back, which is easy to do. It's important to note that the fan can't be retrofitted; the entire unit (22 kg) has to be installed together. A slot in the worktop won't suffice; there really has to be a flap in the worktop through which the fan can fit. So, I'm very satisfied; this comment is just a tip if you're planning on installing it in a corner.
