Die Abzugshabe ist zwar ganz ok, aber der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch schlecht. Leider waren bei der Lieferung keine Aktivkohlefilter dabei. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt dass ich mich hier selber kümmern muss, da fehlende Teile nicht separat versendet werden. Mir wurde dann noch eine Artikelnummer des passenden Filter genannt, der passt aber auch nicht.

Ich mache in Zukunft einen großen Bogen um Klarstein !

The extractor hood is okay, but the customer service is abysmal. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't include any activated carbon filters. I was then told that I would have to take care of it myself, as missing parts aren't shipped separately. I was then given the item number for the correct filter, but that one doesn't fit either. I'll be staying well away from Klarstein in the future!

Buonasera, dopo almeno 4 gg che avevo ricevuto la 1 cappa, menzionando che non era arrivata la seconda, Io mi sono attrezzato tramite compagnie di spedizione, per trovare la seconda cappa. finalmente ieri sono riuscito a trovarla, il mio indirizzo era a mio nome ma con una residenza diversa sicuramente non la mia, fatto ciò presa. Devo dire che anche questa ha un problema alla struttura. questa volta ho cercato di capire perchè succede cosi, visto che l involucro era buono. Ho capito il perchè: Voi completate la spedizione dello oggetto ed inserite alla fine la spina elettrica di attacco corrente, questa con il movimento si posiziona tra l oggetto ed l involucro, ed è questo che ammacca il prodotto. Vi consiglio di modificare la posizione della spina con una protezione migliore , ne consegue che non avrete più problematiche di questo genere. Io sono un Ingegnere e sono responsabile della sicurezza e dei collaudi. A volte per poco, fate il capofitto del prodotto. Grazie Ing. Giovanni Pisano

This time I tried to understand why it happens like this, since the packaging was good. I understood why: You complete the shipment of the object and insert at the end the electrical plug of the current connection, this with the movement is positioned between the object and the packaging, and this is what dents the product. I advise you to change the position of the plug with better protection, it follows that you will no longer have problems of this kind. I am an Engineer and I am responsible for safety and testing.
