Bisher auf jedenfall 5 Sterne. Macht einen guten Eindruck von der Qualität Aufbauanleitung könnte etwas besser sein, ist ansich aber auch selbst erklärend (von daher keinen Punkt Abzug) Der kleine Aufsatz hat keine Absenkautomatik, da müssen sich die Kids noch dran gewöhnen ansonsten knallt es ordentlich auf die größere Schüssel... Sitzt perfekt und wackelt nicht und der Aufbau war einfach. Bisher knarzt auch die Absenkautomatik nicht (stand öfter in den Kommentaren)

Definitely 5 stars so far. The quality seems good. The assembly instructions could be a bit better, but they're self-explanatory (so no points deducted). The smaller attachment doesn't have a soft-close mechanism, so the kids will have to get used to it, otherwise it'll crash into the larger bowl... It fits perfectly and doesn't wobble, and assembly was easy. So far, the soft-close mechanism hasn't creaked either (as mentioned several times in the comments).

Der Deckel an sich macht einen qualitativ guten Eindruck. Die Gummi-Dübel funktionieren bei unserer Toilette aber nicht. Diese zieht es beim ersten Schließen einfach wieder raus. Die alternativen Schrauben sind relativ kurz, so dass sie nicht bei allen Tiolettenschüsseln passen. Ich musste im Baumarkt längere Schrauben kaufen. Dann lässt sich der Deckel aber einfach und sicher befestigen.

The lid itself seems to be of good quality. However, the rubber anchors don't work on our toilet. They simply pop out the first time we close it. The alternative screws are relatively short, so they don't fit all toilet bowls. I had to buy longer screws at the hardware store. But then the lid attaches easily and securely.

Die Gummidübel sind besonders gut bei Vollkeramik, einfacher Aufbau und später die Reinigung auch vom Feinsten.

Den Sitz habe ich sofort nach der Lieferung montiert. Es gibt 2 Möglickeiten der Befestigung. 1. Montage mit Schrauben und 2. Montage mit Dübeln. Ich habe mich für die 2. Variante entschieden, da man dann nicht von unten arbeiten muss sondern nur von oben. Die mitgelieferten Spreizdübel in die Aussparungen des WCs drücken (es hilft hier die Schraube leicht hereinzudrehen und damit den Dübel ganz hereindrücken. Dann werden die Halterungen verschraubt (nicht ganz festziehen), die Halterungen entsprechend dem Sitz ausrichten und dann die Schrauben festziehen. Anschließend die Edelstahlabdeckungen anbringen und zum Schluß den Sitz aufstecken. Super einfache und sinnvolle Montage. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich muss meine Bewertung korrigieren. Mittels der Spreizdübel bleibt der Sitz nicht dauerhaft fest. Nach kurzer Zeit kann man ihn hin und her schieben und muss die Schrauben immer wieder fest ziehen. Schade

I installed the seat immediately after delivery. There are two ways of attaching it. 1. Installation with screws and 2. Installation with dowels. I chose the second option because then you don't have to work from below, only from above. Press the expansion dowels provided into the recesses in the toilet (it helps to screw the screw in slightly and thus push the dowel in completely). Then the brackets are screwed on (don't tighten them all the way), align the brackets according to the seat and then tighten the screws. Then attach the stainless steel covers and finally put the seat on. Super simple and sensible installation. I am very satisfied. I have to correct my review. The seat does not stay permanently fixed using the expansion dowels. After a short time you can slide it back and forth and have to tighten the screws again and again. What a pity

L'asse è realizzata in robusta plastica, il sistema di fissaggio fornito è duplice: o con le classiche viti che tirano a pacco la piastrina inferiore, o con sferette in gomma dotate di nottolino in ottone integrato. Una volta inserite le sfere nei fori della ceramica e tirate le viti, le sferette si comprimono andando a schiacciarsi lungo le pareti dei fori della ceramica. Con questo sistema gli slittamenti dell'asse dovuti al gioco delle viti nei fori è escluso. I perni per l'ancoraggio dell'asse possono essere ruotati e fatti slittare avanti o indietro prima del completo serraggio delle viti per consentire un certo margine di regolazione. Il prezzo mi sembra onesto. Ovviamente prestate attenzione alle misure del vostro water prima dell'acquisto.

The axle is made of sturdy plastic, the fixing system provided is twofold: either with the classic screws that pull the lower plate together, or with rubber balls equipped with an integrated brass pawl. Once the balls are inserted into the holes of the ceramic and the screws are tightened, the balls compress and squash along the walls of the holes of the ceramic. With this system, slipping of the axle due to the play of the screws in the holes is excluded. The pins for anchoring the axle can be rotated and slid forward or backward before the screws are completely tightened to allow for a certain margin of adjustment. The price seems fair to me. Obviously pay attention to the measurements of your toilet before purchasing.

Acheté pour changer un abattant qui n'a pas tenu 1 mois, quelle surprise de constater le qualité de la marque DOMBASCH (allemande !) : solidité, bonne épaisseur, esthétique et surtout surtout facile à poser même pour la mamie que je suis, sans avoir à se contorsionner sous le WC, ce que je ne peux plus faire. De plus le prix est abordable, seulement quelques Euros de plus que mon ancien abattant ! A voir dans le temps, je recommande.

It can be assembled in two ways. I think the expansion dowels are very good. Unfortunately, these didn't fit our toilet - not even with pressure and pushing in. So we chose to assemble using screw connections in the "classic" sense. Here, however, the screws were too short for our toilet. So we used our own screws (longer ones) and also swapped the nuts and the tightening area. Not quite ideal, but it can't fit every toilet 100%. The brackets and the assembly of the lid were very good, though. We are completely satisfied with this. Assembly took a little longer, but was then done quickly. We are very happy with the soft-close so far and hopefully it will last a long time. With the previous model, this was also a reason to replace it, as the soft close no longer worked well over time. We are currently completely satisfied.

l'abattant est très confortable, robuste et bien pensé pour le nettoyage, ravi d en avoir acheté 2. A l inverse les fixations ne fonctionne pas . Je suis très bricoleur et j'ai bien effectué l installation avec ce qui est fourni mais des qu' on soulève l abatant le système pourtant bien serré sort du logement et tout se barre. Comme vous le voyez sur la photo a droite, c est un kit de fixation de cuve que j'ai du me procurer dans un mag de bricolage pour faire l'installation convenablement. A gauche, vous voyez le centreur auto serrant qui est fourni dans le kit et qui se barre de suite. Je ne comprend pas les constructeurs fabriquer de très bons produits équipés de fixations inutilisables

The seat is very comfortable, robust and well thought out for cleaning, delighted to have bought 2. Conversely the fixings do not work. I am very handy and I carried out the installation well with what is provided but as soon as you lift the cover the system, although very tight, comes out of the housing and everything is blocked. As you see in the photo on the right, it's a tank fixing kit that I had to get from a DIY store to do the installation properly. On the left, you see the self-tightening centering device which is supplied in the kit and which locks immediately. I don't understand manufacturers making very good products equipped with unusable fixings

Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. Plus que ravie !!! Je ne m'attendais pas à un si bel abattant et de surcroît, de très belle qualité. Livraison : merci au marchand pour son sérieux, je le recommande, envoi rapide, commandé le 02/10, reçu samedi 07/10 au lieu du lundi 09, je n'ai pas eu à attendre le week-end. L'emballage carton est très bien, mais il faudrait peut-être scotcher les 2 pattes d'ouverture car on peut les ouvrir sans peine (1ère photo), pour moi ce n'est pas assez bien scellé, vu tout ce qu'on voit en ces temps. Le film plastique protégeant l'abattant avait un petit trou (2ème photo). L'abattant comporte une micro rayure mais elle ne vient pas de là, cet endroit était protégé par le film plastique. On est très bien informé du suivi du colis. Tout est parfait. Montage : comme indiqué par plusieurs acheteurs, la notice en français n'y est pas, je l'ai cherchée sur le site du constructeur. J'ai choisi le montage par le dessus avec les chevilles à expansion, génial ce système je ne connaissais pas. Il faut mettre du lubrifiant ou paraffine pour les rentrer, sinon c'est trop difficile (j'espère que j'arriverai à les ressortir le jour où je devrai enlever l'abattant pour xx raison) ; dans la notice, il est précisé qu'il y a de la paraffine dans le colis mais je n'en ai pas trouvé. J'ai quand même mis 50 mn pour monter l'abattant car pas douée, il fallait que je comprenne bien la façon de monter, je n'avais jamais fait cela et manque de logique, donc ça prend du temps ! pour quelqu'un avec logique, même pas besoin de lire, ça se monte en 5mn. Je trouve qu'à deux personnes ce serait même mieux pour le monter, surtout pour ajuster l'alignement des charnières, car à chaque fois que je trouvais le bon alignement, au moment de retirer l'abattant pour serrer les vis, ça bougeait et ce n'était plus aligné. Mais j'y suis arrivée ! Abattant : cet abattant est vraiment trop beau ! finition lisse, sans défaut, il s'adapte parfaitement sur mon wc des années 80, l'assise est un peu incurvée vers l'intérieur, un peu surprenant au début et plus basse (mon ancien abattant était plat et plus épais), mais rien de gênant. Le système frein de chute est excellent ! l'abattant descend doucement, on entend le bruit lorsqu'il se pose sur le wc mais pas de claquement, tout en douceur ! on peut descendre la lunette ou couvercle seul (e) ou la lunette + couvercle ensemble. Le bouton pour enlever l'abattant fonctionne très bien, facile à enlever comme à remettre. Nettoyage super facile avec ce système. Les cache en inox pour les charnières sont beaux. Rien ne devrait rouiller à mon avis. Le prix était très raisonnable et si je devais en racheter c'est celui-ci que je reprendrais sans hésitation. Petite suggestion, ce serait bien s'il y avait d'autres coloris que le blanc.

Delivery: thank you to the merchant for his seriousness, I recommend him, fast shipping, ordered on 02/10, received Saturday 07/10 instead of Monday 09, I did not have to wait for the weekend. The cardboard packaging is very good, but it would perhaps be necessary to tape the 2 opening tabs because they can be opened without difficulty (1st photo), for me it is not sealed well enough, given everything we sees in these times. The plastic film protecting the flap had a small hole (2nd photo). The seat has a micro scratch but it does not come from there, this place was protected by the plastic film. We are very well informed about the tracking of the package. Everything is perfect. Assembly: as indicated by several buyers, the instructions in French are not there, I looked for them on the manufacturer's website. I chose the top mounting with the expansion plugs, this system was great, I didn't know about it. You have to use lubricant or paraffin to get them in, otherwise it's too difficult (I hope I'll be able to get them out the day I have to remove the seat for xx reason); in the instructions, it is specified that there is paraffin in the package but I did not find any. I still took 50 minutes to assemble the flap because I wasn't good at it, I had to understand how to assemble it, I had never done that and lacked logic, so it took time! for someone with logic, you don't even need to read, it can be put together in 5 minutes. Livraison : merci au marchand pour son sérieux, je le recommande, envoi rapide, commandé le 02/10, reçu samedi 07/10 au lieu du lundi 09, je n’ai pas eu à attendre le week-end. L’emballage carton est très bien, mais il faudrait peut-être scotcher les 2 pattes d’ouverture car on peut les ouvrir sans peine (1ère photo), pour moi ce n’est pas assez bien scellé, vu tout ce qu’on voit en ces temps. Le film plastique protégeant l’abattant avait un petit trou (2ème photo). L’abattant comporte une micro rayure mais elle ne vient pas de là, cet endroit était protégé par le film plastique. On est très bien informé du suivi du colis. Tout est parfait. Montage : comme indiqué par plusieurs acheteurs, la notice en français n’y est pas, je l’ai cherchée sur le site du constructeur. J’ai choisi le montage par le dessus avec les chevilles à expansion, génial ce système je ne connaissais pas. Il faut mettre du lubrifiant ou paraffine pour les rentrer, sinon c’est trop difficile (j’espère que j’arriverai à les ressortir le jour où je devrai enlever l’abattant pour xx raison) ; dans la notice, il est précisé qu’il y a de la paraffine dans le colis mais je n’en ai pas trouvé. J’ai quand même mis 50 mn pour monter l’abattant car pas douée, il fallait que je comprenne bien la façon de monter, je n’avais jamais fait cela et manque de logique, donc ça prend du temps ! pour quelqu’un avec logique, même pas besoin de lire, ça se monte en 5mn. Je trouve qu’à deux personnes ce serait même mieux pour le monter, surtout pour ajuster l’alignement des charnières, car à chaque fois que je trouvais le bon alignement, au moment de retirer l’abattant pour serrer les vis, ça bougeait et ce n’était plus aligné. Mais j’y suis arrivée ! Abattant : cet abattant est vraiment trop beau ! finition lisse, sans défaut, il s’adapte parfaitement sur mon wc des années 80, l’assise est un peu incurvée vers l’intérieur, un peu surprenant au début et plus basse (mon ancien abattant était plat et plus épais), mais rien de gênant. Le système frein de chute est excellent ! l’abattant descend doucement, on entend le bruit lorsqu’il se pose sur le wc mais pas de claquement, tout en douceur ! on peut descendre la lunette ou couvercle seul (e) ou la lunette + couvercle ensemble. Le bouton pour enlever l’abattant fonctionne très bien, facile à enlever comme à remettre. Nettoyage super facile avec ce système. Les cache en inox pour les charnières sont beaux. Rien ne devrait rouiller à mon avis. Le prix était très raisonnable et si je devais en racheter c’est celui-ci que je reprendrais sans hésitation. Petite suggestion, ce serait bien s’il y avait d’autres coloris que le blanc.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf Sitz und Deckel in D-Form. Wir haben bislang immer Toilettendeckel aus dem Bieber Baumarkt verwendet. Die Absenkautomatik der Baumarktprodukte hielt bei einer häufig genutzten Toilette ca. 1 Jahr. Dieses mal habe ich bewusst ein Produkt von Amazon ausprobiert da der Knopf zum abnehmen von Sitz und Deckel die Reinigung deutlich erleichtert. Das Produkt selbst kam ordentlich verpackt in einer Verpackung die an sich schon einen Wertigen Eindruck unterstützt hat. Das Befestigungsmaterial ist großartig. Anstelle der üblichen hellen Kunststoff "Dübel" die von oben in die Löcher eingeführt werden, sind schwarze "Gummidübel" mit eingefasstem Metallgewinde dabei. Diese "Dübel" halten an sich schon recht gut und werden durch das anziehen der Befestigungsschrauben fest aber schonend verbunden. Es liegt auch noch Befestigungsmaterial für eine Schraubverbindung bei (ein kleines Metallstück mit Langloch und eine Mutter) die ich jedoch bei Toilettendeckeln noch nie gesehen habe. Hinweis: Die Montageanleitung ist im beigelegten kleinen Heftchecn vorhanden (ich habe sie nach dem Einbau gefunden). Seiten 4 und 5 sind damit bedruckt. Da vorher Konformitätserklärungen in anderen sprachen kamen, war dies nicht direkt ersichtlich. Ich habe die Montage ohne die Anleitung vorgenommen. Jemand der bereits ähnlich befestigte Toilettendeckel verbaut hat sollte dies ohne Probleme hinbekommen. Hervorzuheben ist noch das die Silikonunterleger die unter den Befestigungsflansch kommen bei meinem Modell weiß waren. Im Baumarkt gibt es immer schwarze die nach einer Zeit schmieren und wirklich nicht schön aussehen. Ich bin gespannt ob wir dieses "Problem" auf mit diesen Teilen haben. Die einzige Herausforderung ist die finale Montage, da hierfür die Bolzen auf die Sitz und Deckel aufgesetzt werden ausgerichtet werden müssen. Die Ausrichtung dieser Bolzen entscheidet darüber wie gut oder schlecht Sitz und Deckel später abgenommen werden können also lohnen sich 5 Minuten mehr Aufwand an dieser stelle um später Frust vorzubeugen. Ich habe die Schrauben leicht angezogen, Deckel angehalten, nachjustiert, wieder angehalten usw. bevor ich die Schrauben final mit dem Akkuschrauber auf Drehmomenteinstellung 9 (von 12) fest angezogen habe. Danach nur noch die Metallabdeckung drüber stülpen, Sitz und Deckel aufsetzen und alles ist fertig. Deckel und Sitz fühlen sich ebenfalls Wertig bzw. Stabil an und die Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Absenkautomatik macht was sie soll, was im neuen Zustand nicht anders zu erwarten war. Die Haltbarkeit muss sich nun im täglichen Gebrauch zeigen. Hinweis zur Verpackung: Die Kartonage ist großartig und erweckt den Eindruck gut recyclebar zu sein. Konsequent wäre es im inneren weitestgehend ebenfalls auf Kunststoff zu verzichten und Sitz/Deckel höchtens nochmal in Papier einzuschlagen. Der Kunststoffbeutel für das Befestigungsmaterial könnte ebenfalls ein Papiertütchen sein. Das ist absolut kein Manko, würde aber das Produkt nochmal weiter von den Marktbegleitern abheben. ;) Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. P.S: Wer eine Absenkautomatik am Toilettensitz für Schickimicki hält musste noch nie einen Klodeckel mit Rückenschmerzen schliessen ohne ihn fallen zu lassen. Wir wollen sie einfach nicht mehr missen.

This review refers to a D-shaped seat and lid. We've always used toilet lids from the Bieber hardware store. The automatic lowering mechanism on these products lasted about a year on a frequently used toilet. This time, I deliberately tried a product from Amazon because the button for removing the seat and lid made cleaning much easier. The product itself came neatly packaged in a box that already reinforced a high-quality impression. The mounting hardware is excellent. Instead of the usual light-colored plastic "dowels" that are inserted into the holes from above, there are black "rubber dowels" with an embedded metal thread. These "dowels" hold quite well and are firmly but gently connected by tightening the mounting screws. Mounting hardware for a screw connection is also included (a small metal piece with a slotted hole and a nut), which I've never seen on toilet lids before. Note: The installation instructions are included in the enclosed small booklet (I found them after installation). Pages 4 and 5 are printed with them. Since declarations of conformity were previously available in other languages, this wasn't immediately obvious. I performed the installation without the instructions. Someone who has previously installed similarly mounted toilet lids should be able to do it without any problems. It's also worth mentioning that the silicone pads that go under the mounting flange on my model were white. Hardware stores always sell black ones that smear after a while and look really unsightly. I'm curious to see if we'll have this "problem" with these parts. The only challenge is the final assembly, as this is where the bolts onto which the seat and lid are attached must be aligned. The alignment of these bolts determines how well or poorly the seat and lid can be removed later, so spending an extra 5 minutes here is worthwhile to avoid frustration later. I lightly tightened the screws, held the lid in place, readjusted, held it in place again, and so on, before finally tightening the screws with the cordless screwdriver at torque setting 9 (out of 12). After that, just slip the metal cover over it, attach the seat and lid, and everything's done. The lid and seat also feel high quality and sturdy, and the workmanship makes a good impression. The automatic close function does what it's supposed to, which was to be expected when it was new. Its durability now needs to be proven through daily use. Note on the packaging: The cardboard is great and gives the impression of being easily recyclable. It would be consistent to avoid using plastic on the inside as much as possible and at most wrap the seat/lid in paper again. The plastic bag for the fastening material could also be a paper bag. This is by no means a drawback, but it would make the product stand out even further from its competitors. ;) All in all, I am very happy with the purchase. PS: Anyone who thinks automatic close functions on toilet seats are fancy has never had to give a backache trying to close a toilet lid without dropping it. We simply don't want to be without them anymore.

Pues eso, la tapa parece de calidad y resistente, ya veremos cuánto dura en una casa de familia numerosa y si, como en todas las familias que conozco, aguanta que se sienten encima de las dos tapas para utilizarla como asiento. La única pega es que, por lo menos en mi caso, no han venido las instrucciones en Español (solo en Alemán e Inglés) la verdad es que no es muy complicado el montaje pero sería de agradecer tener las instrucciones en mi idioma.

Handwerklich bin ich leider nicht sehr begabt und es fehlt mir jegliches Verständnis dafür. Ich war daher in Panik, dass der Toilettensitz ohne Montageanleitung ausgeliefert wurde. Glücklicherweise beinhaltet die Amazon–Verkaufsseite neben Fotos auch ein Montagevideo, so dass ich tatsächlich Schritt für Schritt erfolgreich den Sitz anbringen und perfekt justieren konnte. Endlich konnte ich mal als Handwerker fühlen! Der Sitz an sich macht einen wertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Ich bin daher zuversichtlich, dass dieser länger halten wird, als sein dreißig Euro günstigerer Vorgänger.

Leider ist die Einbauanleitung sehr verwirrend!! Das mitgelieferte Befestigungsmaterial entsprach nicht den 2 möglichen Anbauanleitungen!? Die Edelstahlschrauben (2 Stck.) waren für mein WC zu kurz, Baumarkt hatte nur 4er Pack, 9,95 € kamen noch dazu!!??

Unfortunately, the installation instructions are very confusing!! The fastening material supplied did not correspond to the 2 possible installation instructions!? The stainless steel screws (2 pieces) were too short for my toilet, hardware store only had a pack of 4, 9.95 € were added!!??

Bought a toilet seat from Homebase as my previous seat shattered Couldn't wait for the seat I ordered when I realised this one was coming from Germany. I opened it up to look at it and changed the seat on the spot. So much better quality from the hinge options to the seat it's self. Company were really great and quick to reply. If you need a decent toilet seat look no further.

This is comfort! Don’t waste your money on cheap seats for what will be required every day. This is so easy to install, it comes with the new type of fixings so you shouldn’t need to buy the recommended ones. A little bit of liquid soap enables you to squeeze the fittings into the holes on the back of your toilet. One screwdriver is all you need, tighten until very secure - no more fiddling around under the bowl with silly nuts. Once the fittings are in place it’s very easy to fit the seat, though you might need to angle the fittings to match up the holes on the seat if they’re not dead square. Very easy to remove if aligned correctly. Extremely sturdy and comfortable. As I said at the beginning it’s something you’ll be sitting on every day so it’s worth paying double for what you’d get from a well known hardware store

We had to get a plumber to fit the toilet seat as the long washers were too wide for the holes in the toilet pan. I eventually realised the washers from the old toilet seat could be used to get the new seat to fit.

Se me rompió la tapa de uno de los inodoros de la casa y cuando vi esta en Amazon ni me lo pensé y la verdad que creo que he acertado. La tapa es súper fácil de instalar y aparte trae unas instrucciones que las entendería hasta un niño de primaria. Tiene un práctico botón para quitarla lo que facilita totalmente su limpieza y además si la dejas caer no cae de golpe que es como se me rompió la vieja, no, cae suavemente sin riesgo alguno de roturas y sin apenas ruido.

The lid of one of the toilets in the house broke and when I saw this one on Amazon I didn't think twice and the truth is that I think I got it right. The lid is super easy to install and also comes with instructions that even a primary school child would understand. It has a practical button to remove it which makes cleaning it totally easy and also if you drop it it doesn't fall suddenly which is how the old one broke, no, it falls smoothly without any risk of breakage and with hardly any noise.

On researching this product, I couldn't see what the difference was between this and other similar products. Having decided to purchase and looking at the product on my toilet, it looks very nice and functions as described, but I can only assume that I've paid a few more pounds for the products name. The only gripe in fitting is that the instructions were poor and the diagrams lacked detail. I started up initially fitting the plug and the screws and couldn't understand why the seat was loosening and moving from side to side. I had to watch a Youtube video of another product from 2013 being fitted to realise that there is a choice of 2 fitting instructions (either the plug or the screws and brackets). The written description of fitting the screws vertically through the holes in my toilet would be better understood if presented in a clear diagram.
