Il caminetto è proprio bello, ma è arrivato senza le staffe per montarlo. Ho contattato l azienda la quale mi ha risposto che non potevano mandarle ma mi rimborsavano 20 euro. Quindi le ho comprate e montato.

The fireplace is really beautiful, but it arrived without the brackets to mount it. I contacted the company, who said they couldn't send them but would refund me €20. So I bought them and installed them.

The instructions are a complete mystery! I'm having a hard time with the remote control. Nevertheless... very nice. Great flame effect and good workmanship. Worth every penny.

The plan is a mystery! I'm at odds with the controls. Still...very nice. Great flame pattern and good workmanship. Worth every cent.

Qualité de finition des matériaux moyen pour le prix même avec la réduction, dit que ça fonctionne avec l'application en fait non, la télécommande est défectueuse et on ne voit pas tous les chiffres ou informations, la soufflerie est très bruyante et sans elle pas de chauffage. Les fixations pour mettre la cheminée dans le meuble sont très basique et ne permettent pas de régler la position . bref pourtant très fans de la marque car j'ai plusieurs choses qui fonctionnent extrêmement bien, ici même a 50% de réduction je suis un peu déçu, je la garde parce qu'a la base c'est un chauffage d'appoint et décoratif, donc ça fera le travail mais voila.

Par contre l'effet flamme est bien, cela fonctionne très bien en mode chauffage et l'ensemble sans regarder de trop près est joli

Lange habe ich mich auf einen Elektrokamin gefreut und nun ist er endlich da und ich bin voll zufrieden! Aber fange ich von vorne an:Der Klarstein-Deko-Kamin kommt in drei großen, aber nicht zu schweren Kartons via Paketdienstleister. Nachdem ich alle Pakete ausgepackt habe, habe ich mich an den Zusammenbau gemacht mit Hilfe der beigefügten Anleitung. Praktisch hier: via QR-Code-Scan auf dem Karton kommt man zu einer Übersichtsseite auf der die Anleitung als PDF-Datei sowie die Klarstein App verlinkt sind.Der Aufbau ist recht kurz zu beschreiben, da es wirklich nicht kompliziert ist: Aus den Boxen zieht man die gut verarbeiteten Holzbauteile, in die man relativ schnell zusammensetzen und mit Schrauben befestigen kann. Zu guter Letzt setzt man den elektrischen Kamin ein und befestigt ihn in dem Holzgerüst.Der Kamin erfüllt genau, wofür ich ihn haben wollte. Er vermittelt mit seiner Feueranimation das mollig-gemütliche Gefühl ohne dass er den Dreck und den Aufwand eines "echten" Kamins macht. Der integrierte Heizlüfter schafft schnell eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Fernbedienung sowie die Klarstein App ermöglichen weitere Einstellungsoptionen. Fazit: Der Winter kann kommen!

I'd been looking forward to an electric fireplace for a long time, and now it's finally here, and I'm completely satisfied! But let me start from the beginning: The Klarstein decorative fireplace arrived in three large, but not too heavy, boxes via parcel service. After unpacking all the packages, I started assembling it using the included instructions. A handy feature here is that scanning the QR code on the box takes you to an overview page where the instructions are available as a PDF file, and the Klarstein app is also linked. The assembly process is quite simple: You take the well-made wooden components out of the boxes, which you can then assemble and secure with screws relatively quickly. Finally, you insert the electric fireplace and attach it to the wooden frame. The fireplace does exactly what I wanted it to do. With its flame animation, it creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere without the mess and hassle of a "real" fireplace. The integrated fan heater quickly reaches a comfortable temperature. The remote control and the Klarstein app offer additional settings. Conclusion: Bring on winter!

Der Kamin sieht absolut traumhaft und hochwertig aus, also genau wie auf dem Foto. Die Flammen wirken täuschend echt. Die Farbe des Kamins ist reinweiß.Dank der guten Verpackung kam der Kamin in einem einwandfreien Zustand bei mir an. Er hat nur unten links eine ganz mini-kleine Macke am Eck, aber das sieht man kaum.Die Heizfunktion brauche ich an sich nicht, aber ich habe sie mal getestet, und auf Stufe 2 wird der Raum schnell warm. Es gibt dabei aber auch ein entsprechendes Geräusch. Ich werde den Kamin hauptsächlich ohne die Heizung verwenden.Der Kamin richt - auch in der Flammenfunktion - etwas eigenartig (nach der Farbe?), ich hoffe der Geruch vergeht bald. Das ist das Einzige, das mich stört.Also eine Empfehlung meinerseits. Ich habe auch hier in Wien nach elektrischen Kaminen gesucht, aber keinen in dieser Qualität um diesen Preis gefunden.Die Lieferung von Berlin nach Wien dauerte 2,5 Wochen und ich habe ca. 10 Mails geschickt und mehrmals mit der Spedition telefoniert, weil die Sendung zwischendurch nicht mehr auffindbar war (die Spedition war DSV). Dafür hat der Lieferant mir den Kamin bis in die Wohnung geliefert, obwohl an sich nur Bordstein vereinbart war.Update 05/2016: also der seltsame Geruch ist bei mir jetzt fast ganz weg. Ich bin nach wie vor vom Kamin begeistert. Er macht mein Wohnzimmer einfach viel schöner. :)

The fireplace looks absolutely stunning and high-quality, exactly like in the photo. The flames look incredibly realistic. The fireplace is pure white. Thanks to the excellent packaging, it arrived in perfect condition. There's only a tiny, barely noticeable scratch in the bottom left corner. I don't really need the heating function, but I tested it, and on level 2, the room warms up quickly. It does make a noticeable noise, though. I'll mainly use the fireplace without the heating function. The fireplace has a slightly odd smell – even when the flames are on (like the paint?). I hope it goes away soon. That's the only thing that bothers me. So, I highly recommend it. I also looked for electric fireplaces here in Vienna, but couldn't find any of this quality at this price. Delivery from Berlin to Vienna took 2.5 weeks, and I sent about 10 emails and called the shipping company several times because the package was lost at one point (the shipping company was DSV). The delivery person brought the fireplace right into my apartment, even though only curbside delivery had been agreed upon. Update 05/2016: The strange smell is almost completely gone now. I'm still thrilled with the fireplace. It simply makes my living room so much nicer. :)
