La chimenea eléctrica simula con gran realismo la llama real, con efecto de humo y chispas. El aspecto imita perfectamente madera y ladrillo visto. Es pesada (más de 21 kg) y de aspecto robusto.

En cuanto a la atención de la empresa, deseamos mencionar que la chimenea, aunque la enviaron bien protegida con porexpán, parece que no había sido bién manipulada (supononemos que durante el transporte) y presentaba unas pequeñas fisuras causadas por un golpe. Lo comunicamos a la empresa, documentando con fotos, y la respuesta fue inmediata: nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de devolverla gratuitamente o bien quedarnos con ella a cambio de un descuento del 20%.

Finalmente, decidimos aceptar la segunda propuesta y nos ingresaron el descuento en la tarjeta con la que habíamos pagado. Resumiendo, nos parece que la empresa es de confianza y que los artículos ofertados se corresponden con la informaciónpublicitada.

The appearance perfectly imitates wood and exposed brick. It is heavy (more than 21 kg) and robust looking. Regarding the company's attention, we would like to mention that the fireplace, although it was sent well protected with Styrofoam, appears to have not been handled properly (we assume during transportation) and had some small cracks caused by a blow. We informed the company, documenting it with photos, and the response was immediate: they offered us the possibility of returning it for free or keeping it in exchange for a 20% discount. Finally, we decided to accept the second proposal and they credited us with the discount on the card we had paid with. In short, it seems to us that the company is trustworthy and that the items offered correspond to the information advertised.

Wir haben den Heizlüfter mit Flammeneffekt und Kaminoptik gekauft um im Winter eine jeweils kurz nutzbare elektrische Heizquelle zu haben, die zugleich dabei hilft den Gasverbrauch zu senken. Es ist aber klar, dass das immer nur ganz kurz geschehen wird, damit nicht auch noch die Stromrechnung explodiert. Das wäre dann kontraproduktiv. Das Stück verbindet das Nützliche mit dem Schönen auf gelungene Art. Der schnell gelieferte Kamin sieht wirklich sehr elegant und wertig aus, ist recht schwer (23 kg) und wirkt wie aus echtem Stein. Stilistisch kann ich den "Frosty Peak"- Kamin nicht eindeutig zuordnen, auf jeden Fall Antik in Richtung klassischer Landhausstil. Der Flammeneffekt ist realistisch, auch in ein entsprechend eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer passt er sicher gut, da er recht klein und kompakt ist. Am Tag der Lieferung war es über 30 Grad warm, darum haben wir die Heizung nur ganz kurz geprüft. Das Gebläse ist recht kräftig, aber nicht zu laut. Es gibt auch einen Timer und einen Fernbedienung. Auf jeden Fall ein Hingucker und eine Bereicherung im Salon.

In terms of style, I cannot clearly classify the "Frosty Peak" fireplace; it is definitely antique in the direction of classic country house style. The flame effect is realistic, and it will also fit well in a suitably furnished bedroom, as it is quite small and compact. On the day of delivery it was over 30 degrees, so we only tested the heater very briefly. The fan is quite powerful, but not too loud. There is also a timer and a remote control. Definitely an eye-catcher and an asset to the living room.

Das ist wirklich cool. Es imitiert einen echten Kamin ziemlich gut. Super einfach zu steuern. Die Qualität scheint gut, das Ganze ist schwer, aber dadurch stabil.

Der Artikel wird komplett geliefert und so kann es also sofort los gehen. Er wärmt schnell und zuverlässig und es lassen sich zudem noch verschiedene Stufen einstellen. Auch ohne eine Wärmeleistung kann man den Kamin anstellen. So hat man dann das schöne Licht, aber halt keine Wärme. Es schaut dabei sehr toll aus. Wir haben ihn im Wohnzimmer stehen und sind begeistert davon. Von den Optik her toll und man denkt, dass es sich dabei um einen echten Kamin handelt. Es schaut sehr gut und hochwertig aus- das war uns auch sehr wichtig gewesen.
