I already had 2 Klarstein panels. This one has a cordless control and the frame is white instead of aluminum color. The suspension has been improved. In short, I am very satisfied with these panels. They give off a pleasant warmth and are very economical 600 W per panel. I hardly use my gas heating anymore.

Sur la notice il est dit que les radiateurs " peuvent être réglés pour s'allumer ou s'éteindre
à différentes heures chaque jour."
Après plusieurs essais, j'arrive seulement à créer une seule plage d'allumage et d'extinction par jour, ce qui est beaucoup moins pratique que les radiateurs contrôlés par téléphone où j'y suis arrivé rapidement.

La notice est elle mensongère ? J'aimerai avoir de l'aide du support après vente. Sans cela je vous conseille plutôt les tableaux avec contrôle sur téléphone...

De plus, l'horloge de la télécommande se dérègle chaque jour de quelques minutes...

Je changerai évidemment mon avis selon les réponses de l'entreprise ...

The instructions say that the radiators "can be set to turn on or off at different times each day." After several attempts, I can only create one on and off time slot per day, which is much less practical than the telephone-controlled radiators where I managed to do it quickly. Il est très bien et l’installation est très simple et il fait parfaitement le job. Le seul bémol c’est les finitions elles ne sont pas terribles et les angles sont saillants. Attention aux coupures si vous l’installez à un endroit où on peut se frotter.

Ich war schon kurz davor das Infrarotpanel zurückzuschicken und zwar aus folgenden 2 Gründen:1. Die Funkverbindung muß erst mit der +und - Taste gleichzeitig gedrückt aufgebaut werden.2. Meine ältere Klarsteinheizung hatte noch die einfachere Fernbedienung die nur 1 Grad Unterschied zum Schaltvorgang benötigt. Dieses Modell schaltet erst dann die Heizfunktion ein wenn die Solltemperatur 3 Grad über der Ist-Temperatur beträgt. Eindeutig zu großes Delta!Die Heizleistung ist wie erwartet und die Verarbeitung ist ohne Mängel. Die Montage war einfach und selbsterklärend, Schrauben und anständige Dübel waren beiliegend.

I was about to send the infrared panel back for the following two reasons: 1. The radio connection must first be established by pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously. 2. My older Klarstein heater had the simpler remote control that only required a 1 degree difference to switch on. This model only switches on the heating function when the target temperature is 3 degrees above the actual temperature. Clearly too large a delta! The heating output is as expected and the workmanship is flawless. The assembly was simple and self-explanatory, screws and decent dowels were included.

Habe diese sehr schmalen Heizkörper für Deckenmontage in Schrägdeckenraum gekauft.Drei Stück à 300 W sind für eine Fläche von 24qm sicher knapp bemessen. Sie schaffen aber, gut im Raum verteilt, recht schnell eine Temperaturanhebung um ca. 5 Grad (bei einem über Fernbedienung gewählten Zielwert von 27 Grad (Dieser wird in meinem Raum natürlich nicht erreicht). Evtl. würde ein vierter Heizkörper das Raumvolumen noch besser abdecken.Anders als manche Rezensenten zuvor erhielt ich perfekte Ware ohne Fehler. Die Heizkörper finde ich auch optisch sehr gelungen.Nachtrag: Benutze die Heizkörper jetzt dauerhaft. Sie bringen ausreichende Leistung für den Raum (Deckenmontage ist sinnvoll). Ein Problem gibt es mit dem Pairing der notwendigen Fernbedienung: Wenn die Batterien getauscht sind, muss man sie mit dem Heizsteuer-Kästchen auf der Geräterückseite neu verbinden. Steuerkästchen aus-und wieder anschalten (1x Piepton, rote LED leuchtet). An Fernbedienung - und + gleichzeitig drücken, diese dabei in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kästchen halten. Wenn nun das grüne Lämpchen zusätzlich leuchtet und ein Doppelpiepton ertönt, hat es geklappt. Hat beimir allerdings mehrere Anläufe gebraucht (einen Heizkörper musste ich hierfür nochmal abnehmen, was lästig ist).Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt: die Thermostate in den Fernbedienungen schalten zwar, aber messen die Temperatur falsch (bei mir werden locker 5 Gead weniger angezeigt als tatsächlich erreicht). Dem kann man aber durch ein passend vermindertes Target begegnen. Dn wenn es 21 Grad werden sollen, kann man16 als Zielwert eingeben.Aber aufgepasst: Die Heizkörper verbrauchen satt Strom, (3x300 W ziehen ca. 1kW, Wenn 24/24 aktiv, wirds teuer) wenn die Zieltemperatur nicht erreicht ist. Also am besten immer wieder ausschalten oder Zieltemperatur ausreichend tief angeben.

I bought these very narrow radiators for ceiling mounting in a room with a sloping ceiling. Three 300W radiators are certainly a bit tight for an area of 24 square meters. However, when well distributed throughout the room, they quickly raise the temperature by about 5 degrees (with a target temperature of 27 degrees selected via remote control (which, of course, isn't reached in my room). A fourth radiator might provide even better coverage of the room. Unlike some previous reviewers, I received perfect, flawless products. I also find the radiators visually appealing. Update: I'm now using the radiators permanently. They provide sufficient heat output for the room (ceiling mounting is recommended). There is one issue with pairing the necessary remote control: After replacing the batteries, you have to reconnect it to the control box on the back of the unit. Switch the control box off and on again (one beep, red LED illuminates). Press the - and + buttons on the remote simultaneously, holding it very close to the control box. If the green light also illuminates and a double beep sounds, it has worked. It took several attempts for me, though (I had to remove one radiator again for this, which... (It's annoying). Another minor drawback: the thermostats in the remote controls do switch on and off, but they measure the temperature incorrectly (mine easily show 5 degrees less than the actual temperature). This can be remedied by lowering the target temperature accordingly. For example, if you want 21 degrees, you can enter 16 as the target value. But be careful: the radiators consume a lot of electricity (3 x 300W draws about 1kW; if they're on 24/7, it gets expensive) if the target temperature isn't reached. So it's best to switch them off regularly or set a sufficiently low target temperature.

Joli miroir et en plus c’est un radiateur qui chauffe très bien. La télécommande est un peu difficile à paramétrer avec le radiateur mais après ça marche très bien.

Wir haben uns dieses Holzpaneele unvoreingenommen gekauft, um zwei etwas kühlere Fensterelemente etwas zu entschärfen. Inzwischen ist es so, dass das Paneel an der Wand installiert ist und am Tag bei uns circa 2-3 Stunden im Betrieb ist. Die Wärme ist sehr angenehm, wenn auch die Oberflächentemperatur fast heiß werden kann, wir haben es hinter unserer Sitzecke montiert, um die Strahlung Kälte von den dabei Angehörigen Fenstern zu reduzieren. Dies funktioniert einwandfrei. Durch die von der Wand abstehende Montage (circa 4 cm Luft zwischen Paneele und Wand) und die Tatsache, dass auch die Rückseite etwas wärmer abbekommt wird zum einen das Mauerwerk gewärmt, Und warme Luft zirkuliert hinter dem Paneel wie in einem Heizkörper, wodurch unsere anderen Heizkörper regelmäßig die Temperatur reduzieren.Vom Gefühl ist es, wie wenn die Sonne durch das Fenster scheint.Wir sind wirklich positiv überrascht, und wir waren zunächst auch sehr skeptisch. Die Bauform ist ideal und wenig auffällig jedoch darf man sich nicht erhoffen, mit solch einer Konstruktion anderer Heizkörper komplett ersetzen zu können . Bei uns als Zusatzheizung aber ein sehr sehr angenehmes Wohngefühl.Was verstärken positiv hinzukommt ist die geringe Leistungsaufnahme und an Tagen, an denen es draußen kalt ist aber die Sonne scheint, können wir mit unserem Balkon Kraftwerk kostenlos Wärme erzeugen.Zu der Fernbedienung und den Temperatursensor . Ob dieser haargenau die exakte Temperatur anzeigt, kann ich nicht wirklich sagen dazu fehlen mir die Messinstrumente. We bought this wooden panel with an open mind, hoping to soften the temperature of two rather chilly window units. Now, the panel is installed on the wall and is in use for about 2-3 hours a day. The warmth is very pleasant, although the surface temperature can get quite hot. We mounted it behind our seating area to reduce the radiant cold from the adjacent windows. This works perfectly. Because it's mounted slightly away from the wall (about 4 cm of space between the panel and the wall), and the back side also receives some warmth, the wall is warmed. Warm air circulates behind the panel like in a radiator, causing our other radiators to regularly reduce their temperature. It feels like the sun is shining through the window. We are really pleasantly surprised, and we were initially quite skeptical. The design is ideal and unobtrusive, but you shouldn't expect to completely replace other radiators with this type of construction. For us, it serves as supplemental heating, creating a very pleasant living environment. An added bonus is its low power consumption, and on cold but sunny days, we can generate free heat with our balcony power plant. Regarding the remote control and temperature sensor: I can't say for sure whether it displays the exact temperature, as I lack the necessary measuring instruments. However, when I set the temperature sensor to 21°C and place it on the table about 2 meters away from the panel, it switches on and off smoothly without running continuously. So, this component does function correctly. This suggests to me that the heating panel and the thermostat need to be in close proximity to each other to react appropriately.

Ben fatto, arrivato puntuale, molto semplice da applicare ed usare. Chiaramente con 360 w non puoi aspettarti che scaldi una stanza, tuttavia è perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto dal costruttore, che ne precisa esattamente le possibilità. Quindi, se vi ci sedete accanto, scalda piacevolmente ed è gradevolissimo. Non pensiate di scaldarci una camera perché non lo farà mai, del resto non è per questo che è realizzato. Secondo me, è ottimo per un piccolo bagno. In ogni modo è un buon prodotto, dal quale mi aspettavo esattamente queste prestazioni.

Wirklich warm machen sie nicht! Hatten bis vor kurzem zwei Stück an der Decke hängen, da diese aber nicht mehr so doll aussahen und doch ganz schön groß waren haben wir uns für neue entschieden. Selbe Wattzahl wie die alten! Besser aussehen tuts, aber warm machen die Dinger den Raum nicht! Kann sie leider nicht zurück schicken, da ich die Kabel verlängern musste sonst wären sie umgehend wieder beim Anbieter gelandet!

They don't really get hot! Until recently, we had two hanging from the ceiling, but since they didn't look so great anymore and were quite big, we decided on new ones. Same wattage as the old ones! It looks better, but these things don't warm up the room! Unfortunately, I can't send them back because I had to lengthen the cables, otherwise they would have ended up back with the seller immediately!

Wahl für 100 Euro gekauft und ich habe nicht nur gespart sondern ich bin auch sehr zufrieden. Daher absolut empfehlenswert

Ich weiß nicht wie das Gerät funktionieren wird, hoffentlich besser als es aussieht. Fernbedienung programmieren zu können ist ein Rätsel. Anleitung hat nur unscharfe Bilder, deswegen absolut unbrauchbar. Beispiele auf YouTube haben verschiedene Versionen von Fernbedienungen, bei meiner Version zum Beispiel leuchtet Heizung-An Symbol nicht. Habe mehr als eine Stunde probiert das Ding zu einschalten. Endlich geht es))

Habe zwei Stück Wonderwall Air 36 gekauft. Die Heizkörper selbst sind in Ordnung, Verarbeitung/Optik ist okay. Da gibt's nicht viel zu meckern bei dem Preis. Heizleistung passt auch. Aber die Fernbedienungen sind Mist, bei beiden Exemplaren (also kein Fehler bei einem einzelnen Teil). Die Raumtemperaturanzeige im Display fällt nach einiger Zeit Nichtbenutzung der Remote immer auf 0,0°C ab. Während man die Remote benutzt um zu programmieren oder einzustellen, steigt die Temperaturanzeige wieder. Lässt man die Remote unbenutzt liegen, zeigt es nach kurzer Zeit wieder 0,0°C "Current" an. Zusätzlich gibt's ein paar kleinere Abweichungen in der Bedienbarkeit zur Beschreibung, also die Betriebsanleitung passt in einigen Punkten nicht ganz zur wirklichen Bedienung der Remote, aber das findet man mit bisschen Probieren schon raus. Viel größeres Problem: Die Programmzeiten arbeiten nicht, die Heizung wird nicht zu den programmierten Zeiten ein- oder ausgeschaltet. Ich habe Mode 3 programmiert für täglich um 6:30 an und um 23:00 aus aus, aber das passiert nicht. Die Heizung schaltet nicht zu diesen Zeiten. Mode 3 blinkt aber im Display, wie auf S. 10 der Anleitung beschrieben. Die Fernsteuerung ist mit der Heizung verbunden ("Connect" im Display), und manuell lässt sich die Heizung auch über die Remote ein- und ausschalten, wie auf S. 8 der Anleitung beschrieben. So heizt sie. Habe darum jetzt zusätzlich noch eine Zeitschaltuhr an der Steckdose installiert um mir zu behelfen, weil der Support der Fa. Klarstein nicht helfen kann. Die Fernbedienungen gibt es auch nicht als Ersatzteil. Einzige Option die angeboten wurde als Hilfe: Heizungen komplett wieder abbauen, verpacken und alles zurückschicken und wahlweise gegen eine andere tauschen oder Geld zurück. Nur die Remote separat wird nicht getauscht. - Achja: und etwas nervig: die Heizkörper piepen im Betrieb immer wieder mal, wie beim erstmaligen Verbindungsaufbau/Pairing zur Remote. Keine Ahnung wieso, meine Vermutung: die verlieren zwischendrin kurz mal die Verbindung zur Remote und bauen sie von alleine wieder auf, was mit einem Pieps bestätigt wird. Im Schlafzimmer könnte das massiv störend werden.

Bought two Wonderwall Air 36s. The radiators themselves are fine, processing/optics is okay. There's not much to complain about at the price. Heat output also fits. But the remote controls are crap, on both copies (so no error on a single part). The room temperature reading on the display always falls to 0.0°C after a period of non-use of the remote. While using the remote to program or adjust, the temperature reading will rise again. If you leave the remote unused, it shows 0.0°C "Current" again after a short time. In addition, there are a few minor deviations in the usability from the description, i.e. the operating instructions do not quite match the actual operation of the remote in some points, but you can find that out with a little trying. Much bigger problem: the program times don't work, the heating doesn't turn on or off at the programmed times. I programmed mode 3 to be on at 6:30 a.m. and off at 11:00 p.m. every day, but that doesn't happen. The heating does not switch on at these times. However, mode 3 flashes in the display, as described on page 10 of the instructions. The remote control is connected to the heater ("Connect" in the display), and the heater can also be switched on and off manually using the remote, as described on page 8 of the instructions. That's how she heats. That's why I've now also installed a timer on the socket to help me, because Klarstein's support can't help. The remote controls are also not available as spare parts. The only option that was offered as a help: dismantle the heaters completely, pack them up and send everything back and either exchange them for another one or get your money back. Der Sommer ist hierzulande schon quasi um. Meine Nachbarin hat einen Spätkauf in dem sie ab Sonnenuntergang echt friert. Die Heizung konnte sie an doe Wand montieren, natürlich muss man auf die Reichweite der Steckdose achten. Und nicht nur für sie sondern auch für die Kunden ist es jetzt eine Wohltat. Die Eingangstür und die Fensterscheibe sind aus einfachem Glas, es pfeift da nur so durch. Nun ist es schön warm dort. Mit der Fernbedienung kann die die Temepratur mühelos ändern ohne den Kassenbereich zu verlassen. Genial einfach.

Was gefällt mir besonders gut? Ich finde ein sicher Stand ist wichtig. Angenehme Wärme ohne störende Geräusche Optisch passt es gut bei uns zu den anderen Möbeln. Kein unangenehmer Geruch oder sonstiges. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden.

What do I particularly like? I think a secure footing is important. Pleasant warmth without annoying noises Visually, it goes well with the other furniture. No unpleasant smell or anything. All in all we are very satisfied.

Einwandfreie Heizung. Bis zu 24qm große Räume kann man locker beheizen. Fällt auch kaum auf, obwohl sie so groß ist und trotzdem irgendwie dekorativ. Also für Räumlichkeiten die keine andere Möglichkeit haben für eine Heizung, ist sowas eine super Lösung.

Impeccable heating. Rooms up to 24 square meters can be easily heated. Hardly noticeable, even though it's so big and still somehow decorative. So for rooms that have no other option for heating, something like this is a great solution.

Heizung funktioniert gut, wohlige Wärme und leise, allerdings zeigt der Thermostat die Temperatur nicht korrekt an. Sehr schade. Wir nutzen nun einen Thermostat für die Steckdose. Infrarotheizung hat ein schönes Design und passt dank der länglichen Form (schwer zu bekommen) optimal in unser Wohnzimmer oberhalb der Couch.

Heating works well, cozy warmth and quiet, but the thermostat does not show the temperature correctly. Too bad. We now use a thermostat for the socket. Infrared heating has a beautiful design and thanks to its elongated shape (hard to get) it fits perfectly in our living room above the couch.

Die Fernbedienung kann zwar irgendwie eingestellt werden, leider funktioniert das mit der Temperatur Regelung nicht, Heizung immer volle Leistung egal welche Temperatur eingestellt ist.

The remote control can be set somehow, but unfortunately the temperature control doesn't work, heating is always full power, no matter what temperature is set.

Die Heizung an sich ist Top. Aber die Fernbedienung misst die Raumtemperatur nicht und regelt die Temperatur . Zwei Geräte getestet beide nicht in Ordnung , der Kundendienst hat sich nicht zu diesem Fehler geäußert noch ein Ersatz möchte ich nicht weil das ständige zur Post rennen und mit dem sonderbaren Rücksendeschein von klarsten kommen die Postler nur schwer klar .

The heating itself is great. But the remote control does not measure the room temperature and regulates the temperature. Two devices tested, both not in order, the customer service has not commented on this error, nor do I want a replacement because the constant running to the post office and the postmen find it difficult to cope with the strange return slip from Klarsten.

Ho acquistato questo riscaldatore per il bagno,giacche non disponiamo di molto spazio,ero stata tentata per via delle dimensioni slim e dal fatto che si può applicare al muro..le mie aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate..fa presto calore e visivamente fa davvero una splendida figura.

I bought this heater for the bathroom, since we don't have much space, I was tempted by its slim size and the fact that it can be mounted on the wall. My expectations were more than met. It heats quickly and visually makes a truly splendid impression.
