[Used] HeatPal 1300W 13–25m² Freestanding Infrared Heater​ Copper Metallic

Habe sie jetzt schon eine ganze Weile und kann nur Gutes Berichten.Sie heizt gut und hält auch die Wärme lange.Ein automatischer Frostschutz ab 3 Grad und auch Überhitzung Schutz.Kann ich nur Empfehlen

I've had it for quite a while now and can only say good things about it. It heats up well and retains the heat for a long time. It has automatic frost protection from 3 degrees Celsius and also overheat protection. I can highly recommend it.

1. erster Eindruck: wertig, schwer (durch den Stein), gute Verarbeitung. schön schmal und nicht zu groß.

2. erster Betrieb: eine Katastrophe! Das Gerät hat schnell einen sonderbaren Geruch abgesondert. Vermutlich erstes "Einbrennen" bis herstellungsbedingte Stoffe geflüchtet sind. Aber nach einiger Zeit wurde es gefühlt trübe im Raum ... bis nach etwa einer Stunde der Rauchmelder anging! Als der Raum verlassen wurde, wurde es klar riech- und sichtbar: die Heizung hat extreme Absonderungen verursacht! Darin steht nichts in der Anleitung! (Nur: "Sobald das Gerät zum ersten mal eingeschaltet wird, kann es sein, dass etwas Feuchtigkeit verdunstet" ... das ist die Untertreibung des Jahres!). Keine Ahnung ob die Absonderungen giftig waren und ich das Zeug somit eine Zeit lang unbemerkt eingeatmet habe!

3. Wärmeleistung: innerhalb weniger Minuten spürt man schon eine deutliche Wärme. Diese strahlt zwar auch etwas nach vorne ab, aber es ist unklar, ob das echte Infrarot Wärmestrahlen oder nur die Wärmeabstrahlung des integrierten Steins ist. Jedenfalls wird noch einige Zeit nach Abschaltung Wärme abgestrahlt - dies ist somit auf den Stein zurück zu führen. Insofern ist die Bezeichnung "Infrarotheizung" unklar oder sogar irreführend!?

4. Portablilität: mit ca. 13 Kg ist das schmale Gerät mit seinem isolierten Handgriff gut zu tragen und kann so auch schnell von einem Zimmer in ein anderes Getragen werden.

5. Bedienung: leider kein "smartes" Gerät mit App-Steuerung. Nur ein mechanischer Kippschalter und ein Drehthermostat. Leider ohne irgendeine Anzeige von Grad-Celsius - man weiss überhaupt nicht in welcher Stellung wieviel C angestrebt werden. Leider sind beide Bedieneinheiten ganz unten am Boden angebracht statt bequem ganz oben.

6. Stromverbrauch: die Heizung zieht konstant 1200 W (mit Strommessgerät gemessen, also keine 1,3 sondern 1,2 kW). Es gibt somit nur eine Stufe ein oder aus. Durch Intervall ein/aus/ein/aus mal länger, mal kürzer wird dann geheizt.

7. Fazit: eine ansehnliche, praktische (schmal, Handgriff), leider nicht smarte, aber portable Heizung mit Nachwärmeffekt. Im Grunde also die Erwartung nach Produktbeschreibung erfüllt - aber mit nicht dokumentierter, katastrophaler "Einbrennphase", die ggf. gefährlich/giftig sein könnte! Man sollte sie am ersten Tag somit in einem weniger wichtigen Raum mit Luftabzug einige Stunden "ausdunsten" lassen.

Der Klarstein Support hat auf meine Anfrage bezüglich dieser Ausdünstungen bisher nicht geantwortet ...

1. First impression: high-quality, heavy (due to the stone), well-made. Nicely slim and not too big. 2. First use: a disaster! The device quickly emitted a strange odor. Presumably, this was the initial "burn-in" phase until manufacturing residues dissipated. But after a while, the room felt cloudy... until, after about an hour, the smoke alarm went off! When the room was vacated, it became clear by smell and sight: the heater had caused extreme emissions! This isn't mentioned in the instructions! (Only: "As soon as the device is switched on for the first time, some moisture may evaporate"... that's the understatement of the year!). I have no idea if the emissions were toxic and if I unknowingly inhaled the stuff for a while! 3. Heating performance: within a few minutes, you can already feel a noticeable warmth. This does radiate forward somewhat, but it's unclear whether this is genuine infrared heat radiation or just the heat emitted by the integrated stone. In any case, heat continues to radiate for some time after switching off – this can therefore be attributed to the stone. In this respect, the term "infrared heater" is unclear or even misleading! 4. Portability: at approximately 13 kg, the slim device with its insulated handle is easy to carry and can thus be quickly moved from one room to another. 5. Operation: unfortunately, it's not a "smart" device with app control. It only has a mechanical rocker switch and a rotary thermostat. Unfortunately, there's no display of degrees Celsius – you have no idea what temperature is being targeted in each position. Unfortunately, both controls are located at the very bottom instead of conveniently at the top. 6. Power consumption: the heater draws a constant 1200 W (measured with a power meter, so not 1.3 but 1.2 kW). Therefore, there is only one setting: on or off. Heating occurs through an intermittent on/off/on/off cycle of varying lengths. 7. Conclusion: A handsome, practical (slim, handle), unfortunately not smart, but portable heater with residual heat. Basically, it meets the expectations based on the product description – but with an undocumented, disastrous "burn-in" phase that could potentially be dangerous/toxic! Therefore, it should be left to "air out" for a few hours on the first day in a less important room with ventilation. Klarstein support has not yet responded to my inquiry regarding these emissions...

Livré 5 jours avant la date prévue, j’étais d’abord surpris par sa grande taille.Design moderne avec ses arceaux, il est plat et élégant.Côté fonctionnel, il chauffe un début de pièce de 32 m2 jusqu’à 22°C dont l’isolation a été presque refaite avec pare-vapeur, therméo rampant multi-couches 35 mm et panneaux fibre de bois au-dessus 200 mm (prévu à 400 mm bientôt).Côté surprise, çà chauffe le couloir et le fond si on ouvre les portes. Pour son côté infrarouge et placé à 4-5 m, il réchauffe mes pieds nus comme un soleil s’ils ne bougent pas. Étonnant et adieu les chaussettes le soir. Super efficace avec son inertie, pas de bruit et agréable un peu comme un poële à bois, je dis bravo à Klarstein pour ce modèle.

Delivered 5 days ahead of schedule, I was initially surprised by its large size. With its modern, arched design, it's flat and elegant. Functionally, it heats the front of a 32 m² room to 22°C, the insulation of which has been almost completely redone with a vapor barrier, 35 mm multi-layered thermal insulation, and 200 mm wood fiber panels above (planned to be upgraded to 400 mm soon). Surprisingly, it also heats the hallway and the back of the room if the doors are opened. Thanks to its infrared function, and placed 4-5 meters away, it warms my bare feet like sunshine as long as they remain still. Amazing, and goodbye to socks in the evening! Super efficient with its thermal inertia, silent, and pleasant, a bit like a wood-burning stove. I applaud Klarstein for this model.

Prodotto veramente utile, funziona bene e basta imparare ad usarlo per goderne senza spendere troppo in corrente. Rilascia un calore in forma di tepore, riscalda le persone “dall’interno” cosi’ come farebbe un camino per intederci. Certo bisogna tenerlo in prossimità, e’ pensato appunto per riscaldare le persone piuttosto che gli ambienti.

A truly useful product, it works well, and once you learn how to use it, you can enjoy it without spending too much on electricity. It releases heat in the form of warmth, warming people "from the inside," just like a fireplace. Of course, you have to keep it nearby; it's designed specifically to heat people rather than spaces.

Genial. Calienta toda la casa y da un calor muy cómodo, no es nada agobiante. El diseño es precioso y además aunque coge mucha temperatura la protección exterior nunca se calienta tanto como para poder quemar y eso era importante por qué tenemos un bebé.

Fantastic. It heats the whole house and provides a very comfortable warmth; it's not at all oppressive. The design is beautiful, and even though it gets very hot, the outer layer never gets so hot that it could burn you, which was important because we have a baby.

Wir haben schon ein paar andere Infrarotheizung ausprobiert, aber diese funktioniert wunderbar.Sie heizt anders als ein Lüfter, ist total geräuschlos und sehr angenehm. Das Gerät ist gut zu handhaben also von einem räum in den anderen zu transportieren.Ein Punktabzug gibt es nur, da das Gerät bes. am Anfang sehr roch, dieses scheint sich jetzt aber verflüchtigt zu haben.Die Lieferung war auch prompt und super verpackt.

We've tried a few other infrared heaters, but this one works wonderfully. It heats differently than a fan heater, is completely silent, and very pleasant. The unit is easy to handle and move from one room to another. The only downside is that the unit had a strong odor, especially at first, but this seems to have dissipated now. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was excellent.

Ich besitze bereits ein Wärmewellengerät (DeLonghi HMP 2000 Wärmewelle), zudem einen Konvektor (DeLonghi HCX 3120FS). Beide verrichten gute Arbeit im mobilen Einsatz, wobei ich die Wärmewelle doch bevorzuge (die "Art der Wärme" ist einfach angenehmer).Das Gerät von Klarstein weist kein "Made in China"-Schild auf, was schon sehr erfreulich ist! Das Gerät wirkt sehr hochwertig und stabil (und ist zudem auch noch sehr formschön). Das Gerät wiegt exakt 10,60 Kilo, ist also kein Plastikschrott (trotzdem ergonomisch sehr gut und leicht zu transportieren).Zum Glück hatte ich vor der Lieferung in irgendeinem Forum gelesen, dass solche Geräte erst nach mehrmaliger Verwendung richtig funktionieren. Nach dem ersten Einschalten tat sich nämlich ein paar Minuten lang rein gar nichts - ich wollte das Teil schon zurückschicken. Doch nach und nach kam es in die Gänge. Es entsteht ein Geruch nach Naturstein (im Gegensatz zum unerträglichen Kunstoffgeruch anderer Hersteller), der aber schnell nachlässt/verschwindet. Beim zweiten Mal heizt es schon wesentlich schneller auf.Nicht zu vergessen: Der Versand verlief schnell und reibunglos, das Gerät ist ausreichend & sicher verpackt (im Überkarton), was in der heutigen Zeit leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist.Update: Das Gerät heizt ein 20 m² (60 m³) großes Zimmer in einem 100 Jahre alten, schlecht gedämmten Haus bei einer Außentemperatur von Null Grad (und starkem Wind) in 2 Stunden von 14 auf 16 Grad, mehr schafft es nicht. Die Wärmewelle von DeLonghi schafft das locker in 25 Minuten, allerdings auf der 2000-Watt-Stufe (die heizt dann noch auf über 18 Grad auf, in weniger als 2 Stunden).Die Klarstein wird sehr heiß (auch die Rückwand), die DeLonghi wird nur sehr warm. Für mich ist die Klarstein ein ideales "Beistell-Heizgerät", da man die Hitze sehr wohlwollend wahrnimmt, wenn man sich unmittelbar daneben aufhält (1 - 2 Meter Abstand). Die Steinplatte bleibt nach dem Abdrehen noch eine zeitlang warm, von einem stundenlangen Nachheiz-Effekt zu sprechen, wäre vermessen (das wäre ob der geringen Größe der Platte rein physikalisch gar nicht möglich).Bei der Klarstein dauert es (gemessene) 9 Minuten, bis das Gitter an der Front warm wird (bis sich der Stein erwärmt dauert es dann noch zusätzlich einige Minuten). Die DeLonghi (2000 Watt) wird wirklich innerhalb einer Minute warm, auch beim Konvektor geht das blitzschnell. Die Klarstein und die Wärmewelle von DeLonghi heizen wirklich völlig geräuschlos, der Konvektor neigt zu einem leichten Brummen.Also für ein schnelles aufheizen und flächiges Beheizen großer (bis max. 60 m³ großer) Räume/Altbau (und wenn man viel Platz für ein größeres Gerät hat / stehend oder Wandmontage) würde ich persönlich die DeLonghi HMP2000 empfehlen, für Räume bis ca. 12 m² (Altbau) und vor allem als "Beisteller" die sehr kopmpakte Klarstein. Allerdings ist die Wärme, die die Klarstein nach ca. 2 Stunden Betrieb abstrahlt, wirklich "bombastisch" gut. Das ist einem Kachelofen durchaus ebenbürtig.Generell gilt für Infrarotheizungen, dass es (auch) die Wände und die Gegenstände im Raum erwärmt und diese dann wiederum Wärme in den Raum abstrahlen. Um diesen Effekt wirklich zu erreichen, müssten die Geräte aber mindestens 48-72 Stunden durchgehend auf hoher Stufe laufen und danach auf die gewünschte (dauerhafte) Temperatur eingestellt werden.Die Strahlungsweite (Wärmeabgabe) bei Infrarotgeräten generell ist auf ca. 3-4 Meter begrenzt, das sollte man berücksichtigen.Konvektoren wiederum wärmen die Raumluft, dürfen aber nicht auf Teppichen oder Teppichböden augestellt werden (es wird die kalte Luft von unten angesaugt und wenn diese staubig ist, kann das Gerät dadurch Schaden nehmen / verstopfen).Konvektoren wirken in undichten oder sehr zugigen Räumen besser, da hierbei die erwärmte Luft verteilt wird. Bei Wärmewellengeräten würde unter diesen Umständen die Strahlungswärme einfach "verpuffen".Über die Wirkung(en) in einem gut isoliertem Neubau kann ich leider nichts sagen ...

I already own a radiant heater (DeLonghi HMP 2000) and a convector heater (DeLonghi HCX 3120FS). Both work well for portable use, although I prefer the radiant heater (the "type of heat" is simply more pleasant). The Klarstein unit doesn't have a "Made in China" label, which is a big plus! The unit feels very high-quality and sturdy (and is also very stylish). It weighs exactly 10.60 kg, so it's not flimsy plastic (yet it's very ergonomic and easy to transport). Luckily, I had read in a forum before delivery that these kinds of devices only work properly after being used several times. After switching it on for the first time, absolutely nothing happened for a few minutes – I was ready to send it back. But gradually, it started working. There's a natural stone smell (unlike the unbearable plastic smell of other manufacturers), but this quickly dissipates/disappears. The second time, it heats up significantly faster. Not to forget: Shipping was quick and smooth, and the device was adequately and securely packaged (in an outer box), which unfortunately isn't always a given these days. Update: The device heats a 20 m² (60 m³) room in a 100-year-old, poorly insulated house from 14 to 16 degrees Celsius in 2 hours at an outside temperature of zero degrees Celsius (and strong winds). It can't manage any more than that. The DeLonghi radiant heater easily achieves this in 25 minutes, but that's on the 2000-watt setting (which then heats up to over 18 degrees Celsius in less than 2 hours). The Klarstein gets very hot (including the back panel), while the DeLonghi only gets very warm. For me, the Klarstein is an ideal "side heater" because the heat is very pleasant when you're standing right next to it (1-2 meters away). The stone slab remains warm for a while after being turned off, but to speak of an hours-long after-heating effect would be presumptuous (given the small size of the slab, this would be physically impossible). With the Klarstein, it takes (a measured) 9 minutes for the grille on the front to get warm (it then takes a few more minutes for the stone itself to heat up). The DeLonghi (2000 watts) really does heat up within a minute, and the convector heater is also lightning fast. The Klarstein and the DeLonghi radiant heater are completely silent, while the convector heater tends to emit a slight hum. So, for quickly heating and evenly radiating heat in large rooms (up to 60 m³) or older buildings (and if you have plenty of space for a larger unit, either freestanding or wall-mounted), I would personally recommend the DeLonghi HMP2000. For rooms up to about 12 m² (older buildings), and especially as a supplementary heater, I would recommend the very compact Klarstein. However, the heat radiated by the Klarstein after about two hours of operation is truly impressive. It's easily comparable to a tiled stove. Generally speaking, infrared heaters also warm the walls and objects in the room, which then radiate heat back into the room. To achieve this effect, the devices would need to run continuously at a high setting for at least 48-72 hours and then be set to the desired (permanent) temperature. The radiation range (heat emission) of infrared devices is generally limited to about 3-4 meters, which should be taken into account. Convectors, on the other hand, heat the room air but should not be placed on carpets or rugs (cold air is drawn in from below, and if this air is dusty, it can damage or clog the device). Convectors work better in drafty or airtight rooms because they distribute the heated air. With radiant heaters, the radiant heat would simply dissipate under these circumstances. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the effect(s) in a well-insulated new building...
