Welcome to the great outdoors! The blumfeldt Modu Grow 50 raised growing bed with trellis brings the full power of nature into your home. Whether you are growing fruit, vegetables, herbs or flowers, every plant will feel at home here so that you can transform your garden, terrace or yard into a lively oasis of freshness.

Both the sturdy plant box and the supplied trellis are made of solid pinewood and, thanks to the water-based paint, are ideally suited for permanent outdoor use. The supplied bubble wrap protects the wood of the flower pot from moisture and soil, so that you can enjoy the results of your own cultivation and raised bed for a long time. On an area of ​​50 x 45 cm, you can grow what you please - strawberries, tomatoes, courgettes or fresh herbs - because home-grown tastes best.

Are you more of a flower lover? No problem either! The blumfeldt Modu Grow 50 raised bed will be the new home for your favourite flowers. Geraniums, petunias or lavender - all flowers will feel well and shine in all their splendour. And for those who prefer to go high with vegetables or flowers, the necessary climbing aid is included. Trumpet flowers, morning glories or beans can climb up the trellis, which increases the flowering and cultivation area by 0.75 m² in height. The pinewood fits perfectly into every garden and terrace ambience and impressively enhances its surroundings thanks to the natural colouring. The raised bed is supplied as an assembly kit and can be assembled in a short time with just a few screws. The fully assembled trellis then only has to be screwed onto the rear. Insgesamt macht Beet einen soliden Eindruck. Der Zusammenbau war in Ordnung - einzig die Hinterwand war etwas komplizierter, da die Verschraubungen/Gewinde reingeschlagen werden müssen und dann eine andere Schraube reingedreht wird. Ist die Verschraubung nicht fest genug drin, dreht sich alles. Das führt dazu, dass sich die Verschraubung nicht mehr fest reinklopfen lässt und das Holz beschädigt. Gott sei dank war das nur bei einem der 4 Gewinde der Fall. Preis-/Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Overall, the raised bed makes a solid impression. Assembly was fine – only the back panel was a bit more complicated, as the screws/threads have to be hammered in and then another screw is inserted. If the screw isn't tight enough, everything spins. This means that the screw can no longer be hammered in firmly and damages the wood. Thankfully, this only happened with one of the four threads. The price/performance ratio is acceptable.
