Klarstein; Danke für diesen fantastischen Deckenventilator... die Qualität der einzelnen Komponenten ist wirklich gut, nur die Dübel für die Stahlbetondecke waren eine Qual, da sich die Schraube immer nach oben drückt wenn das Bohrloch zu tief ist und die Mutter einfach nicht greifen kann. Aber als er dann hing und ich den auf Stufe 1/6 angeschaltet habe... sensationell... man hört Ihn einfach nicht... ab Stufe 4 eiert er dann, aber dafür wurden extra Klebepads zum auswuchten beigelegt! Die sind nicht dokumentiert, aber die Bedeutung war mir sofort klar. Da ich den aber nur auf Stufe 1 und 2 betreibe, konnte ich mir das auswuchten sparen. Die Optik mit den wunderschönen Flügeblättern sucht seines gleichen! Ich liebe Ihn...

Klarstein; Thank you for this fantastic ceiling fan... the quality of the individual components is really good, only the anchors for the reinforced concrete ceiling were a pain, as the screw always pushes upwards if the drilled hole is too deep and the nut simply can't grip. But once it was hung and I turned it on to level 1/6... sensational... you simply can't hear it... from level 4 onwards, it wobbles, but special adhesive pads for balancing were included! They aren't documented, but their importance was immediately clear to me. Since I only use it on levels 1 and 2, I was able to skip the balancing. The look with the beautiful blades is second to none! I love it...

On a passé une heure à essayer de comprendre le branchement du boîtier de télecommande entre le secteur et le moteur du ventilateur... Les schémas sont incompréhensibles et des vues en détails manquent. C’est en faisant le contraire de ce qui est indiqué (brancher aussi les fils bleux dédiés à la lumière alors que notre appareil n’a pas de lumière !) qu’on a fini par réussir. Une vraie galère. Sinon le ventilateur fait le job avec un petit cliquetis quand même . Faire aussi attention à la hauteur sous plafond, il faut 2.30 m sous le ventilateur alors que celui-ci descend à 35 cm du plafond donc il faudrait en théorie un plafond de 2.65 m...

We spent an hour trying to understand the connection of the remote control box between the mains and the fan motor... The diagrams are incomprehensible and detailed views are missing. It is by doing the opposite of what is indicated (also connecting the blue wires dedicated to the light while our device has no light!) that we finally succeeded. A real pain. Otherwise the fan does the job with a little clicking anyway. Also pay attention to the ceiling height, you need 2.30 m under the fan while it descends to 35 cm from the ceiling so in theory you would need a ceiling of 2.65 m...

Es hat ein paar Tage gedauert, aber wir haben endlich unseren neuen Ventilator Klarstein installiert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt, es ist von guter Qualität. Das Holzdesign trägt zu einem tollen Aussehen bei. Es wurde schnell und sicher verpackt geliefert. Sehr empfehlenswert

It took a few days, but we finally installed our new Klarstein fan. We're very happy with the product; it's of good quality. The wooden design adds to the great look. It was delivered quickly and securely packaged. Highly recommended.
