[Refurbished] Raincastle Garden Fountain

Der Brunnen begleitet mich nun bereits einige Zeit. Er funktioniert noch immer wie am 1. Tag einwandfrei. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Die Qualität des Brunnens ist super. Es sind echte Steine verarbeitet. Wenn man das richtige Level an Wasser gefunden hat plätschert es auch wunderbar. Der Stromverbrauch mit rund 16,7 Watt ist ebenfalls sehr gering, so dass man ihn auch hier bedenkenlos lange laufen lassen kann. Ich würde ihn immer wieder kaufen. Ich habe ihn im Auffangbecken noch mit kleinen Sternchen verschönert. Diese könnten noch von Werk aus beiliegen.

The fountain has been with me for quite some time now. It still works perfectly, just like on day one. Delivery was quick and easy. The quality of the fountain is excellent. It's made of real stone. Once you find the right water level, it makes a lovely splashing sound. With a power consumption of around 16.7 watts, it's also very energy-efficient, so you can run it for extended periods without worry. I would definitely buy it again. I've added some small star decorations to the basin. It would be nice if these were included as standard.

Insgesamt wirklich gelungenes Produkt. Alleinstehend macht er auch was her aber ich habe ihn hier eingefügt. Nachteil: man kann das Wasser nicht einfach komplett ablassen und ausschütten da ihnen geschlossene Ränder sind. Zweitens das stromkabel wird etwas gequetscht aber es ist wirklich so vorgesehen.

Overall, a really great product. It looks great on its own, but I included it here. The only downside is that you can't simply drain and empty the water completely because of the enclosed edges. Secondly, the power cable gets a bit pinched, but that's how it's designed.

Hallo, der Zimmerbrunnen ist sehr schön . Wenn kein Besuch da ist , dann schalten wir ihn für längere Zeit ein, aber wenn Besuch da ist nur kurz um ihnen zu zeigen , wie schön er ist . Denn wenn er an ist dann ist er schon recht laut , wenn man sich unterhalten möchte. Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen

Hello, the indoor fountain is very nice. When we don't have visitors, we turn it on for longer periods, but when we do, we only turn it on briefly to show them how beautiful it is. Because when it's on, it's quite loud if you want to have a conversation. I would buy it again.

Wenn man trotz unterirdischer Gebrauchsanleitung den Schlauch im Innern des Gerätes erahnt und gefunden hat und die richtige Neigung beachtet ist es ein gutes Gerät. Lieferung erfolgte einfach an einem anderen Tag und (telefonischer oder digitaler) Kundenservice war praktisch nicht vorhanden, was besonders frustrierend ist, wenn man bei der Installation einen Tipp braucht. Nach Ausrede ("wir stellen gerade unsere Kommunikation um und melden uns bei Ihnen") und angekündigter Rückmeldung geschah einfach: NICHTS. Also Service Null, Gerät + Preis okay.

If you manage to figure out the hose inside the device despite the abysmal instructions and ensure the correct angle, it's a decent device. Delivery simply arrived on a different day, and customer service (both by phone and online) was practically nonexistent, which is especially frustrating when you need help with installation. After an excuse ("we're currently restructuring our communication and will get back to you") and a promised response, nothing happened. So, zero service, but the device and price are okay.

Der Brunnen ist optisch in Ordnung. Der Wasserfall klingt durch den Metallkorpus blechern. Ist eher für den Außenbereich geeignet. Wir mussten die Pumpe auf Minimum stellen, sonst wäre das Wasser auf den Boden gespritzt, dadurch bedingt läuft dann das Wasser nicht über die ganze Wand

The fountain looks fine. The waterfall sounds tinny due to the metal casing. It's more suitable for outdoor use. We had to set the pump to the minimum setting, otherwise the water would have splashed onto the floor, which is why the water doesn't run down the entire wall.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Der Brunnen ist einfach Super. Der Geräuschpegel ist minimal. Also das Wassergeplätscher ist lauter als die Pumpe. Tip an die Leute wo es zu laut ist. Schaut mal ob die Klappe von der Pumpe ganz aufgedreht ist. Die Beleuchtung habe ich noch mit einer Heissklebepistole fixiert. Und ich werde mir noch eine Kommunizieren Röhre für den Wasserstand installieren.

The media files could not be loaded. The fountain is simply fantastic. The noise level is minimal. The splashing of the water is louder than the pump. A tip for those who find it too loud: check if the pump valve is fully open. I secured the lighting with a hot glue gun. And I'm going to install a communication tube to monitor the water level.

Good quality product and worth the price, only thing I need to mention it’s the light. I thought it’s a warm soft light but unfortunately it came with a cold white LED light…not so pleasant otherwise 5*

Der Brunnen plätschert bei uns auf dem Balkon. Tolle Optik, guter Preis und der Kundenservice, so man ihn benötigt, ist schnell freundlich, transparent, lösungsorientiert - sehr gut!

Optisch sieht der Brunnen gut aus und entspricht dem, was wir uns anhand der Bilder und Beschreibung erwartet hatten. Das Plätschern ist deutlich zu hören, was aber gerade im Aussenbereich nicht wirklich stört sondern eher angenehm ist. Das Wasserbecken ist aus Blech was dazu führt, dass sich das Plätschern anhört als würde man Wasser in einen Blecheimer laufen lassen, was den Gedamteindruck leider etwas trübt.

Visually, the fountain looks good and matches our expectations based on the pictures and description. The splashing sound is clearly audible, but this isn't really bothersome, especially outdoors; in fact, it's rather pleasant. The water basin is made of sheet metal, which makes the splashing sound like water being poured into a tin bucket, unfortunately detracting somewhat from the overall impression.

We really like the product's appearance. Furthermore, it creates a pleasant, comfortable indoor climate. We wouldn't want to be without it. The instruction manual and the delivery time information offer potential improvements.

Wurde sehr schnell geliefert, sofort ausgepackt und von mir aufgebaut. Sieht toll aus, Größe wie gewünscht, ein Schmuckstück in meinem Wohnzimmer kurz gesagt, wunderschön un funktioniert einwandfrei

It was delivered very quickly, I unpacked it immediately and assembled it myself. It looks great, the size is as desired, a real gem in my living room – in short, beautiful and works perfectly.

Der Aufbau ist leicht gemacht, siehe Anleitung anbei. Wichtig erst die Pumpe und das Licht anschliessen vor dem finalen Zusammenbau. Auch darauf achten, dass es korrekt in der Waage steht, damit das Wasser auch dort bleibt wo es hin soll. Ach ja, es passt ordentlich was an Wasser rein, die Pumpe braucht auch eine gewisse menge um richtig zu fördern. Fazit: super schön und beruhigendes plätschern ;)

Assembly is easy; see the attached instructions. It's important to connect the pump and light before final assembly. Also, make sure it's perfectly level so the water stays where it's supposed to. Oh, and it holds a fair amount of water; the pump needs a certain volume to circulate properly. In short: absolutely beautiful and a soothing trickling sound ;)

Sto ristrutturando casa perciò ne approfitto per apportare qualche miglioria, era da tanto che desideravo una fontana in giardino per creare un angolo in stile giapponese, ed ho scelto questo modello perché offre diversi vantaggi, in primo luogo non ha bisogno di un collegamento alla rete idrica, perché ha un ricircolo interno, ha una luce a led che la illumina per la notte, ed è fatta di pietre, che la rende molto durevole, oltre che bella. Arriva ben impacchettata, tutta la struttura è in metallo smaltato nero, la colonna ha dei listelli di pietra incollati ed il montaggio è molto semplice. Arriva con uno schema in inglese, comunque basta collegare la pompa al tubo trasparente dentro la colonna facendolo uscire dal foro alla base, il filo corto che esce dalla pompa alimenta i led, il filo lungo deve entrare dal foro alla base e uscire dal retro della colonna attraverso la spugna nera, così che andrà collegato al trasformatore. Una volta eseguito tutti i collegamenti si può appoggiare la colonna sulla base e fissarla con i due bulloni inclusi. Non ha interruttori, perciò quando si alimenta la presa parte subito, consiglio perciò di collegarla ad una presa temporizzata o ad una presa comandata via Wi-Fi per gestirla al meglio e godervi il vostro angolo zen

I'm renovating my house, so I'm taking this opportunity to make some improvements. I've been wanting a garden fountain for a while, creating a Japanese-style corner. I chose this model because it offers several advantages. First, it doesn't require a water connection because it recirculates internally. It has an LED light that illuminates it at night. It's made of stone, making it very durable and beautiful. It arrives well packaged. The entire structure is made of black enameled metal. The column has glued stone strips, and assembly is very simple. It comes with a diagram in English. Simply connect the pump to the clear tube inside the column, making it emerge from the hole at the base. The short wire coming from the pump powers the LEDs. The long wire goes through the hole at the base and exits from the back of the column through the black foam, where it will be connected to the transformer. Once all the connections are made, you can place the column on the base and secure it with the two included bolts. It has no switches, so when you power the socket it starts immediately, I therefore recommend connecting it to a timed socket or a socket controlled via Wi-Fi to manage it better and enjoy your Zen corner

Der Aufbau des Brunnens war in nicht einmal 5 Minuten erledigt und somit konnte man direkt loslegen. Wasser rein , Kabel in die Steckdose und direkt wohlfühlen. Der Brunnen sieht einfach nur toll aus und das Wasser plätschert nicht allzu laut. Da fühlt man sich direkt wie im Urlaub. Ich kann den Brunnen nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit heraustropfendem Wasser oder zu lauter Pumpe. Alles Top.

Setting up the fountain took less than 5 minutes, so we could get started right away. Just add water, plug it in, and enjoy. The fountain looks fantastic, and the water isn't too loud. It instantly makes you feel like you're on vacation. I highly recommend this fountain. We had no problems with leaks or a noisy pump. Everything was perfect.

Una fontana che da la sensazione di trovarsi vicino ad un ruscello. E arrivato imballato benissimo, con al interno tutti i pezzi e le istruzioni per poterlo assemblare. Una volta assemblato e messo l’acqua, accesso e il top sia per un appartamento, terrazzo che per un giardino. Noi l’abbiamo messo in sala, vicino a delle piante e il risultato è bellissimo. Sinceramente una volta accesso e meglio di quanto mi aspettavo, basta metterle la giusta quantità di acqua, accenderlo e godersi il suono de l’acqua che scorre. Io lo tengo accesso di giorno anche quando ho l’ora di meditazione, il suono che emette rilassa tantissimo.Lo consiglio in quanto questa Fontana ha un ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo

A fountain that gives the feeling of being near a stream. It arrived very well packaged, with all the pieces and assembly instructions. Once assembled and watered, it's ready to go, and the top is perfect for an apartment, terrace, or garden. We placed it in the living room, near some plants, and the result is beautiful. Honestly, once turned on, it's better than I expected; just add the right amount of water, turn it on, and enjoy the sound of the flowing water. I keep it on during the day, even during meditation time; the sound it makes is incredibly relaxing. I recommend it as this fountain has an excellent quality-price ratio.
