Qualitativ sehr gutes Produkt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Funktioniert in Verbindung mit der Klarstein-App tatellos. Einfache und dabei übersichtliche Steuerungsfunktion. Leider 1 Stern Abzug, aufgrund der manuellen Bedienung bzw. mitgelieferten Fernbedienung. Ein nicht sichtbares Display an der Heizungsseite und ein nicht vorhandenes Display auf der Fernbedienung, gibt keinerlei Aufschluss über die aktuelle Eingabe. Keine nachvollziehbare Eingabe möglich. Hier fehlt eindeutig ein sichtbar angebrachtes Display.

A very high-quality product with good value for money. Works flawlessly with the Klarstein app. Simple and clear control function. Unfortunately, one star is deducted due to the manual operation and the included remote control. The lack of a display on the heater itself and the absence of a display on the remote control provide no indication of the current input. No comprehensible input is possible. A clearly visible display is definitely needed.

Der Heizkörper ist die alleinige Heizquelle in unserer Küche. Sie ist dekorativ und nimmt wenig Platz weg. Die Heizung ist sehr schnell montiert, man braucht eine zweite Person zum Halten. Die Installation per App war einfach und ich bin über die unkomplizierte Steuerung über die App wirklich überrascht. Die Wärme im Zimmer empfinden wir angenehm, auch wenn der erste Eindruck beim Betreten kühl ist. Während ich mich in der Küche aufhalte, fühlt es sich wirklich warm an. Ich habe wegen der guten Erfahrungen schon eine zweite Infrarotheizung im Bad montiert - als Zusatzheizung.

The radiator is the sole heat source in our kitchen. It's decorative and takes up little space. The heater is very quick to install, though you do need a second person to hold it in place. Installation via the app was easy, and I'm genuinely surprised by how user-friendly the app is. We find the warmth in the room pleasant, even though it feels a bit cool at first. While I'm in the kitchen, it feels really warm. Because of our positive experience, I've already installed a second infrared heater in the bathroom – as supplemental heating.

Die Klarstein Santorini Smart sieht nicht nur gut aus auch die Heizleistung ist perfekt.Beheizen damit mein Studio mit 20 qm.Habe bereits verschiedene Infrarotheizungenverbaut aber diese ist eine der Besten. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist die App und das Display an der Heizun. Die Beleuchtung des Displays geht zu schnell aus man kann dann nicht mehr erkennen ob das WLAN blinkt oder nicht. Die Verbindung von der App zur Heizung hat auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht funktioniert dagegen mit der Tuya Smart App wurde die Heizung problemlos gekoppelt.

The Klarstein Santorini Smart not only looks good, but its heating performance is also perfect. I use it to heat my 20 sq m studio. I've installed several infrared heaters before, but this one is among the best. The only things I have to criticize are the app and the display on the heater itself. The display's backlight goes out too quickly, making it impossible to see whether the Wi-Fi signal is blinking or not. Connecting the app to the heater didn't work even after several attempts, whereas the heater paired without any problems using the Tuya Smart app.

Il pannello si presenta con un marmo marrone lucido, per me è bellissimo. Ho comprato anche quello di colore bianco che in questo caso è un marmo opaco. Funziona grazie a due modalità di riscaldamento, una aiuta l'altra, i raggi infrarossi e la contemporanea aria calda permettono di scaldare in modo piacevole e uniforme la stanza. Il termostato interno fa sì che il pannello si spenga una volta raggiunta la temperatura preimpostata, il marmo accumula il calore che poi rilascia lentamente. Il che mi permette di risparmiare e di inquinare meno.Lo posso accendere quando voglio, a settembre per esempio, quando i termosifoni sono spenti e non si posso usare, oppure di notte. L'unica nota del prodotto da rivedere è che quando è acceso emette una luce intensa e per chi preferisce dormire al buio può dare fastidio.

The internal thermostat ensures that the panel turns off once the preset temperature is reached; the marble stores the heat and then slowly releases it. This allows me to save money and reduce pollution. I can turn it on whenever I want, for example in September, when the radiators are off and I can't use them, or at night. The only thing I should note about this product is that when it's on, it emits a bright light, which could be annoying for those who prefer to sleep in the dark.

Für die letzten Wintermonate haben wir uns doch noch eine Infrarotheizung für das Badezimmergekauft – und es hat sich gelohnt. Wir haben uns für die kleinste Variante entschieden, da unser Badnur 6 m² groß ist und es reicht vollkommen.Eine Zeitschaltuhr sorgt dafür, dass die Heizung morgensund abends bereits etwas vorgeheizt ist. Denn es braucht doch ein bisschen, bis die Wärme auch imRaum wirklich zu spüren ist. Die App nutzen wir nicht und mit der Fernbedienung können alle Funktionen einfach bedient werden.Das Gerät ist sehr schwer, die mitgelieferten Halterungen sind aber einfach zu montieren und stabil. Nur die Wand muss es auch halten ;-) Die dunkle Marmor Optik ist natürlich geschmackssache – bei uns im Bad passt es perfekt.Qualitativ ist es aber ein hochwertiger Aufdruck. Man muss nur beim Hinstellen aufpassen, dass an den Kanten nichts abbricht. Dafür einfach im Karton lassen. Alles in allem also eine gute Entscheidung, auch wenn der Winter hoffentlich bald vorbei ist.

For the last few winter months, we finally bought an infrared heater for the bathroom – and it was worth it. We opted for the smallest model, as our bathroom is only 6 square meters, and it's perfectly adequate. A timer ensures that the heater is preheated in the mornings and evenings. It does take a little while for the warmth to really build up in the room. We don't use the app, and all the functions are easy to operate with the remote control. The unit is quite heavy, but the included brackets are easy to mount and sturdy. The wall just needs to be able to support it ;-) The dark marble look is, of course, a matter of taste – it fits perfectly in our bathroom. The print quality is high. You just have to be careful when setting it down so that nothing chips off the edges. Just leave it in the box. All in all, a good decision, even if winter will hopefully be over soon.
