Four independently controlled cooking zones give you the flexibility to run multiple pots at once, each with precise, steplessly adjustable heat levels. When speed matters, the Boost function draws the full 7,200 W (2 × 2,100 W + 2 × 1,500 W) to get things moving fast. Running without Boost, total output is 6,000 W (2 × 1,800 W + 2 × 1,200 W) — still more than enough for a full family meal.
