The Sauenland is built around a heavy-gauge steel frame designed to last season after season. The body is UV- and weather-resistant, so it lives outdoors year-round without complaint. At the heart of it is a stainless steel rotisserie driven by a 15 W electric motor — it turns steadily and evenly, with a simple on/off switch mounted directly on the motor. The firebox adjusts across 9 height settings, letting you dial in the distance between coals and food: lower for a searing blast of direct heat, higher for long, slow smoking. A sprung lid opens and closes cleanly, and the removable ash drawer means clearing up after a session takes minutes rather than half an hour.
Vents at the base and lid let you manage airflow without having to lift the lid every time you want a bit more oxygen on the coals. Two grill grates give you plenty of cooking space for larger groups. The wooden handles stay cool to the touch even when the grill is running flat out — no scrambling for an oven glove every time you need to adjust something.
