+Rezension eines kostenlosen Testexemplars + Will man aus seinem Dr. Beat-Lautsprecher eine spannende Kompaktanlage zaubern, dann ist diese Halterung ideal. Einfach aufstecken, Tablet oder Handy reinstellen und schon hat alles seinen Platz. Die Halterung ist gut verarbeitet und bietet durch die Gummierung im Innenschlitz auch genug Rutschfestigkeit für das Smart-Device. Der Halter passt nicht nur auf den Dr Beat-Lautsprecher, sondern auf alles Runde mit einem Durchmesser von gut 10 cm.

Simply plug it in, place your tablet or mobile phone in it and everything has its place. The holder is well made and thanks to the rubber coating in the inner slot, it also offers enough slip resistance for the smart device. The holder not only fits the Dr Beat speaker, but anything round with a diameter of a good 10 cm.

Das Angebot beinhaltet nur den Halter!!! Der Halter ist gut Zweckentfremdbar und hält auf allem was irgendwie rund ist - Geländer, Flaschen, Bluetoothboxen,... Der Bügel ist aus Metall. Die Füße haben eine rutschhemmende Gummierung und der Halteschlitz ist auch innen gummiert. Der Halteschlitz ist 1,2 cm breit. Der Metallbügel lässt sich gut noch einige Zentimeter zusammen drücken oder aufbiegen. Mindestbreite ist ungefähr 9 cm und Max etwa 11 cm. Als freier Ständer (also nirgends aufgesetzt) hält er ein iPad 2 nur in Querausrichtung. Hochkant wird es zu Kopflastig und würde beim geringsten Anrempler umkippen. Aber für ein Smartphone (ohne Hülle/Bumper) reicht es. Dieses Produkt habe ich kostenlos erhalten, damit ich es wie ein normaler Benutzer testen und rezensieren kann. Ich habe damit keinen Langzeittest durchgeführt.

The bracket is made of metal. The feet have a non-slip rubber coating and the holding slot is also rubberized on the inside. The holding slot is 1.2 cm wide. The metal bracket can easily be pressed together or bent a few centimeters. Minimum width is about 9 cm and max about 11 cm. As a free stand (i.e. not placed anywhere), it only holds an iPad 2 in a landscape orientation. It's too top-heavy upright and would tip over at the slightest bump. But for a smartphone (without case/bumper) it's enough. I received this product for free so that I can test and review it like a normal user. I haven't done a long term test with it.

In portrait orientation, it becomes too top-heavy and would tip over with the slightest bump. However, it's sufficient for a smartphone (without a case/bumper). I received this product free of charge so that I could test and review it like a regular user. I have not conducted a long-term test with it.

Als glücklicher Besitzer vonDr. Beat fand ich die Idee witzig, durch eine Halterung und Aufsetzen eines Tablets das ganze zum "Musiksystem" zu erweitern. Und tatsächlich ist das Tablet im Partybetrieb auf dem Lautsprecher besser augehoben, als dass es irgendwo rumliegt. Der Halter ist durchaus wertig ausgeführt: Die Metallklammer ist sehr stabil und mit dem Aufsatz verschraubt. Mit den Geräten - also Lautsprecher und Tablet - kommen nur die gummiüberzogenen (oder ist es Silikon?) Teile in Berührung, so dass nichts verkratzen kann. Auch ein Verrutschen wird wirksam vermieden. Natürlich kann man den Halter auch so auf den Tisch stellen oder auch übers Bein stülpen - aber warum sollte man? Doch bestimmt kommen mir mit der Zeit noch ein paar Sonderanwendungen in den Sinn.Für (Röhren-)Lautsprecher der entsprechenden Größe ist der Halter meines Erachtens tatsächlich mehr als ein Gimmick, nämlich ein sinnvolles Zubehörteil.

As the happy owner of Dr. Beat, I thought the idea of expanding the whole thing into a "music system" by attaching a tablet and a holder was funny. And in fact, the tablet is better placed on the speaker when partying than lying around somewhere. The holder is of high quality: the metal clip is very stable and screwed to the attachment. Only the rubber-covered (or is it silicone?) parts come into contact with the devices - i.e. speakers and tablet - so that nothing can be scratched. Slipping is also effectively avoided. Of course you can also put the holder on the table or put it over your leg - but why should you? But I'm sure I'll come up with a few more special applications over time. For (tube) loudspeakers of the appropriate size, I think the holder is actually more than a gimmick, namely a useful accessory.

As a happy owner of Dr. Beat speakers, I thought the idea of expanding them into a "music system" by using a holder and attaching a tablet was quite clever. And indeed, during a party, the tablet is much better protected on the speaker than just lying around. The holder is quite well-made: the metal clamp is very sturdy and screwed to the top. Only the rubber-coated (or is it silicone?) parts come into contact with the devices – the speaker and the tablet – so nothing can get scratched. Slipping is also effectively prevented. Of course, you could just place the holder on a table or even slip it over your leg – but why would you? I'm sure I'll come up with a few more uses for it over time. For (tube) speakers of the appropriate size, I think the holder is more than just a gimmick; it's a truly useful accessory.
