If you paid by bank transfer, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 days due to bank transaction processing.
If you ordered an item that is not in stock, delivery may also be delayed.
What should you do if your delivery is delayed?

First, check the status of your shipment.
To check the status, you will need your order number (e.g. 0400123456) and your postal code.
In the tracking link, enter only the order number, not the invoice number (e.g. 4000123456).
You can find the order number in your order confirmation email.
