With a volume of 1.5 litres, the glass carafe is made of particularly durable and heat-resistant borosilicate glass. The higher boron content makes this material significantly more stable and heat-resistant than conventional glass. The practical stainless steel strainer in the tight-fitting lid also holds back pieces of fruit, mint leaves or ice cubes when pouring out. This way, you can flavour your water with delicious fruits without them ending up in the glass when pouring! The water carafe can easily be cleaned by hand as well as in the dishwasher. We recommend rinsing the lid by hand to protect the material in the long term.

An sich ein sehr schönes Produkt. Leider fällt schon beim auspacken ein Riss im Gummi auf. Schade

Die Wasser Kanne ist super super schön, und bin zufrieden. Nur nach einige Monaten benutzen wird deckel schimmlig. Und leider finde ich keine Information wo kann man Ersatz Deckel kaufen.
The water jug is super super beautiful, and I'm satisfied. Only after a few months of use does the lid become moldy. And unfortunately I can't find any information on where to buy a replacement cover.

Man glaubt es kaum, dass der filigrane Griff die riesige Kanne mit zwei Litern Inhalt aushält. Geht aber. Ein formschönes Leichtgewicht mit edlem Deckel. In die Kühlschranktür passt die Kanne bei mir nicht, aber vor ein halbes Bord so in den Kühlschrank. Und da steht sie nun und hält ständig Eistee bereit.
It's hard to believe that the filigree handle can hold the huge two-litre pot. But it works. An elegant lightweight with a classy lid. The pot doesn't fit in the fridge door for me, but it does in the fridge half a shelf ago. And there she is, always having ice tea ready.
Die Karaffe selbst ist sehr leicht und hitzebeständig. Wir haben die Kanne seit ca 4 Wochen in Betrieb. Sie wird immer handgespült und der Deckel ist trocken. Trotzdem hat sich der Holzdeckel verzogen und von der Metallfassung gelöst. Wir spannen jetzt den Deckel ein und sehen ob er sich gerade pressen lässt. Etwas enttäuschend wenn Ware hochwertige aussieht aber minderwertige verarbeitet ist.
The carafe itself is very light and heat-resistant. We have been using the pot for about 4 weeks. It is always hand washed and the lid is dry. Nevertheless, the wooden lid has warped and detached from the metal frame. We now clamp the lid and see if it can be pressed straight. A bit disappointing when the goods look high quality but are processed inferiorly.
Schöne Karaffe, leider ist der Deckel bereits nach ein paar Wochen auseinandergegangen (ist wohl nur gesteckt). Versuche es zu kleben, auch wenn das nicht optimal ist...
Beautiful carafe, unfortunately the lid fell apart after a few weeks (it was probably just plugged in). Try to glue it, even if it's not optimal...
Karaffe hat schöne Form und Größe, kann somit auch gut gereinigt werden. leider löst sich der Holzdeckel ständig vom unteren Teil des Deckels, was nervt, daher Deckel natürlich zum Befüllen abgenommen werden muss.
Carafe has a nice shape and size, so it is easy to clean. Unfortunately, the wooden lid constantly detaches from the lower part of the lid, which is annoying, so of course the lid has to be removed for filling.
Hatte die Karaffe 2x im Gebrauch und leider löste sich dann der Eichenholzdeckel von dem Metalldeckel. Zuerst dachte ich man kann es fixieren, doch es löste sich immer wieder beim Einschenken.
I used the carafe twice and unfortunately the oak lid came loose from the metal lid. At first I thought it could be fixed, but it kept coming loose when pouring.
Die Kanne selbst ist wirklich gut. Das Glas hält großen Temperaturunterschieden stand. Kalt aus dem Kühlschrank und dann kochendes Wasser rein ist kein Problem. Das Material ist sehr dünn, das ist aber erstmal kein Problem. Die Kanne passt sehr gut ins Seitenfach des Kühlschrank was ich als weiteres Plus sehe. Der Deckel ist aber eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion. Unter dem Dichtgummi reagiert der „Stahl“ mit der Flüssigkeit. Das muss regelmäßig geputzt werden, wäre auch kein Problem wenn die Stelle nicht so scharfkantig wäre das man sich bei kleinen Unaufmerksamkeiten sofort in den Finger schneidet. Das ausgießen mit voller Kanne ist auch eine Kunst ohne zu kleckern. Der Holzdeckel ist schon nach kurzer Zeit abgefallen und musste neu geklebt werden. Also Kanne Top, Deckel Flop
The pot itself is really good. The glass withstands large temperature differences. Cold from the fridge and then boiling water in is no problem. The material is very thin, but that's not a problem. The jug fits very well in the side compartment of the fridge, which I see as another plus. But the lid is an absolute bad design. Under the rubber seal, the "steel" reacts with the liquid. It has to be cleaned regularly, and it wouldn't be a problem if the spot weren't so sharp that you cut your finger immediately if you weren't careful. Pouring out with a full pot is also an art without making a mess. The wooden lid fell off after a short time and had to be re-glued. So pot top, lid flop
Die Kanne ist ansich wirklich toll! Leider ist der Deckel aber nach zweimal nutzen schon kaputt. Deswegen würde ich sie nicht nochmal bestellen.

Positiv: Sieht gut aus Ist nicht schwer aber stabil Negativ: Deckel teilt sich in 2 Teile, Holz löst sich vom Metal, hab um Ersatzdeckel gebeten, gab es aber nicht, deswegen musste ich es zurückschicken
Positive: Looks good Is not heavy but stable Negative: Lid splits into 2 parts, wood separates from the metal, I asked for a replacement lid, but it wasn't available, so I had to send it back
Die Karaffe ist bei uns im Dauereinsatz. Ich kann noch nicht so recht beurteilen ob sie wirklich so hochwertig ist wie beschrieben. Ich behandel sie wie ein rohes Ei weil ich Angst habe, das Glas könnte brechen. Weil das Glas so dünn ist habe ich auch noch kein kochendes Wasser rein geschüttet, hab einfach Schiss, dass es kaputt geht. Wenn man Sie im Dauereinsatz hat muss man den Deckel gut beobachten und regelmässig reinigen, zwischen Dichtung und Metall bildet sich schnell Schimmel.
The carafe is in constant use with us. I can not really judge whether it is really as high quality as described. I treat her like a raw egg because I'm afraid the glass might break. Because the glass is so thin I haven't poured boiling water in it yet, I'm just scared that it will break. If you have them in continuous use, you have to watch the lid closely and clean it regularly, mold quickly forms between the seal and the metal.
Kann mich den Vorrednern anschließen, die Karaffe ist wunderschön! Jedoch wurde bei dem Deckel/Ausguss tatsächlich nicht an die lange Haltbarkeit gedacht. Beim ausgießen gelangt das Getränk an das Holz & das zieht sich über den ganzen Deckel, somit wird die Haltbarkeit des Deckel tatsächlich leider nicht lange sein. Schade, hab mir etwas mehr erhofft. Trotzdem schöne Karaffe!
I can agree with the previous speakers, the carafe is beautiful! However, the long shelf life was not actually considered with the lid/spout. When pouring out, the drink gets to the wood & it stretches over the entire lid, so the lid will unfortunately not last long. Too bad, I was hoping for a little more. Still a nice carafe!
Die Glaskaraffe hat eine gute Grösse für einen Tagesbedarf. Jedoch hat mir zunächst der Henkel etwas Sorgen bereitet, ob dieser das volle Gewicht der Kanne trägt. Durch die grosse Öffnung lässt sich die Karaffe gut säubern. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Holzdeckel. Das Holz ist unbehandelt/nicht versiegelt. Mal schauen wie lange dieser gut aussehen wird...
The glass carafe is a good size for a daily requirement. However, the handle initially worried me a bit, whether it would carry the full weight of the jug. The carafe is easy to clean thanks to the large opening. The only downside: the wooden lid. The wood is untreated/unsealed. Let's see how long this one will look good...
