Ein Einkochautomat für einen 1-Personen-Haushalt? Jep, weil es super bequem ist und meinem Geldbeutel gut tut.Ich habe mich vorweg durch etliche Rezensionen durchgearbeitet und mich letztendlich für den Lady Marmelade entschieden. Das Fassungsvermögen von 27 Lt. schien mir erst zu viel und ich muss sagen, es ist genau richtig. Der Automat wird von mir nicht für ein mickriges Gläschen genutzt (das würde ich im Kochtopf, mit einem Tuch als Unterlage machen), sondern als 1-Personen-Haushalt mache ich daraus natürlich eine Tagesaufgabe.Der Ablaufhahn ist wirklich praktisch, denn in einem 27 Lt. Topf passt entsprechend viel Wasser, das im Nachgang über dem Spülbecken wieder entleert werden muss.Die gefüllten Gläser werden auf das Gitter in den Topf gestellt, Temperatur + Minuten einstellen und fertig. Die negativen Stimmen bezüglich der Tastentöne kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Hier geht es schließlich um Sicherheit. Ist der Vorgang fertig, piept der Automat mehrmals. Das kann fix beendet werden, indem man die Cancel-Taste drückt.Zum Entnehmen der heißen Gläser empfiehlt sich tatsächlich so ein Glasheber. Ich dachte erst, das benötige ich nicht. Aber mit Backhandschuhen ist es für mich eine fummelige Sache und ich habe immer das Gefühl, mir flutscht so ein Glas aus der Hand.Wenn man an einen Einkochautomat denkt, dann habe ich zwangsläufig einen Mehrpersonenhaushalt vor Augen und weniger einen 1 oder 2-Personen-Haushalt. Doch das ist Quatsch. Selbstverständlich koche ich normalerweise keine Riesenmengen. Es bleibt bei mir aber oft etwas übrig oder bspw. Kartoffeln werden weich und reifen. Daher ist Einkochen für mich auch Lebensmittelverwertung.

A preserving machine for a one-person household? Yep, because it's super convenient and easy on my wallet. I read through countless reviews beforehand and ultimately decided on the Lady Marmelade. The 27-liter capacity initially seemed like too much, but I have to say it's just right. I don't use the machine for a single tiny jar (I'd do that in a saucepan with a cloth underneath), but as a one-person household, I naturally make it a day's work. The drain tap is really practical, because a 27-liter pot holds a considerable amount of water, which then needs to be emptied over the sink. The filled jars are placed on the rack in the pot, the temperature and timer are set, and that's it. I can't understand the negative comments about the beeping sounds. After all, it's about safety. When the process is finished, the machine beeps several times. This can be stopped quickly by pressing the cancel button. A jar lifter is really recommended for removing the hot jars. I initially thought I didn't need one. But with oven mitts, it's fiddly for me, and I always feel like a jar will slip out of my hand. When I think of a preserving machine, I inevitably picture a multi-person household, not a one- or two-person one. But that's nonsense. Of course, I don't usually cook huge quantities. But I often have leftovers, or, for example, potatoes get soft and ripe. Therefore, for me, preserving is also a way to use up leftover food.

Tras recibirlo y probarlo en una celebración familiar. Debo decir que estoy muy contento con este calentador de agua. Es muy sencillo y fácil de usar, simplemente rellenas el deposito, ajustas la temperatura y listo.Nos ha permitido servir sin problemas bebida caliente en una celebración familiar, manteniendo la temperatura en todo momento, al ser de acero inoxidable la bebida no tenia ningún sabor. Tiene un tapón para la salida que hace muy cómodo servir la bebida.El elemento ideal para la cocina, donde necesites por ejemplo mucha agua caliente para comidas, infusiones....Muy contento!!!

After receiving and testing it at a family celebration, I must say I'm very happy with this water heater. It's very simple and easy to use; you simply fill the reservoir, adjust the temperature, and that's it. It allowed us to serve hot drinks without any problems at a family gathering, maintaining the temperature at all times. Being made of stainless steel, the drinks had no aftertaste. It has a spout that makes pouring very convenient. The ideal item for the kitchen, wherever you need, for example, a lot of hot water for meals, tea, etc. Very happy!

Ich habe dieses Jahr das Einkochen für mich entdeckt. Hat damit angefangen, dass ich öfter Morosche Suppe für meinen Hund kochen muss. Aufgrund der langen Kochzeiten habe ich immer etwas mehr gekocht und eingefroren. Der begrenzte Platz im Gefrierschrank und das mühselige Auftauen hat mich so genervt, dass ich überlegt habe, die Suppe einzukochen. Zuerst im Kochtopf auf dem Herd, ist aber nicht so wirklich zu empfehlen, 2 Stunden den Herd anzulassen um 5 Gläschen Suppe einzukochen, war mir energietechnisch zu teuer, außerdem muss man zum Schutz der Gläser auf den Kochtopfboden ein Handtuch legen, dieses war bei meinem ersten und einzigen Kochtopf-Einkochversuch angekokelt, obwohl wirklich noch ausreichend Wasser im Topf war. - Also habe ich mich nach einem Einkochautomaten umgesehen, da meine Mutter den alten Einkochtopf, den ich aus meiner Kindheit kenne, leider entsorgt hat. - Ich bin nach vielem Mitlesen in einschlägigen facebook-Gruppen auf die Marke Klarstein gestoßen. Da der Lady Marmalade gerade im Angebot war, habe ich ihn kurzerhand bestellt und bisher nicht bereut. Er hält bis jetzt zuverlässig die Temperatur und bietet wirklich viel Platz. Besonders original Weck-Gläser kann man wunderbar, fast passgenau darin platzieren und auch stapeln. Ich habe mittlerweile einen sehr großen Vorrat an Moroscher Suppe und auch purem Hähnchenfleisch, der Vorteil: sofort verfügbar in verzehrfertiger Konsistenz, wenn der Hund mal wieder Magen-Darm-Probleme hat. Auch Kartoffeln, Möhren, Kuchen usw. habe ich schon eingekocht und habe somit immer etwas auf die Schnelle da (ich finde z.B. Kartoffeln schälen und kochen furchtbar langwierig und esse sie deshalb eher selten, habe ich sie aber eingekocht, ziehe ich am Weck-Gummi, schütte das Wasser ab, spüle sie kurz ab und kann sie sofort für Pommes, Bratkartoffeln oder ähnliches verwenden). Mein studierender Sohn ist inzwischen auch ein Fan und nimmt sich immer gerne etliche Gläser mit. Nochmal kurz zum Topf, der Deckel ist dicht, es quillt kein Dampf heraus, das Edelstahlmaterial ist sehr pflegeleicht und der Auslasshahn sehr hilfreich, damit man den gefüllten Topf nicht durch die Gegend schleppen muss und einfach vor Ort das Wasser bequem ablassen kann, wenn es nicht mehr benötigt wird. Kleiner Tipp: Um Kalkablagerungen an den Gläsern zu verhindern, gebe ich dem Wasser etwas Zitronensäure hinzu, außerdem verwende ich das Wasser mehrmals, wenn ich kurz hintereinander mehrere Ladungen einkoche (natürlich bewahre ich es nicht wochenlang auf, aber ein paar Tage geht das schon).

I discovered canning this year. It started because I often have to make Moro's soup for my dog. Because of the long cooking times, I always made a little extra and froze it. The limited freezer space and the tedious defrosting annoyed me so much that I considered canning the soup. At first, I tried it in a pot on the stove, but I wouldn't really recommend it. Leaving the stove on for two hours to can five jars of soup was too energy-intensive, and you also have to put a towel on the bottom of the pot to protect the jars. During my first and only attempt at canning in a pot, the towel got scorched, even though there was still plenty of water in the pot. So, I started looking for an automatic canning machine, since my mother unfortunately threw out the old canning pot I remember from my childhood. After reading a lot in relevant Facebook groups, I came across the Klarstein brand. Since the Lady Marmalade model was on sale, I ordered it without hesitation and haven't regretted it since. So far, it reliably maintains the temperature and offers a lot of space. Original Weck jars, in particular, fit perfectly inside and can even be stacked. I now have a very large supply of Moro's soup and also pure chicken meat. The advantage: it's immediately available in a ready-to-eat consistency when the dog has stomach problems again. I've also preserved potatoes, carrots, cakes, etc., so I always have something on hand in a pinch (for example, I find peeling and cooking potatoes incredibly time-consuming and therefore rarely eat them; but if I've preserved them, I just pull on the rubber seal, drain the water, rinse them briefly, and can use them immediately for fries, fried potatoes, or similar dishes). My son, who's studying at university, has also become a fan and always likes to take several jars home with him. Just a quick word about the pot: the lid is airtight, no steam escapes, the stainless steel is very easy to clean, and the tap is very helpful, so you don't have to lug the full pot around and can simply drain the water on the spot when it's no longer needed. A little tip: To prevent limescale buildup on the jars, I add a little citric acid to the water. I also reuse the water several times if I'm canning multiple batches in quick succession (of course, I don't keep it for weeks, but it'll keep for a few days).

Après avoir été déçue de la livraison négligée par le livreur, Klarstein a très bien réagi et je suis très satisfaite du stérilisateur. Après avoir stérilisé une dizaine de bocaux, ce produit est très facile d'utilisation, pratique et performant. Le seul point négatif est qu'il y a une erreur je pense dans la contenance car nous ne pouvons pas empiler les bocaux de 1l.

After being disappointed by the delivery driver's careless handling, Klarstein responded very well, and I am very satisfied with the sterilizer. After sterilizing about ten jars, I can say that this product is very easy to use, practical, and efficient. The only downside is that I think there's an error in the capacity rating, as we can't stack the 1-liter jars.

Ich habe Obst und Gemüse aus meinem Garten mit diesem Einkocher eingekocht und bin mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden! Er erhitzt sich schnell und ist einfach zu bedienen. Da das Fassungsvermögen relativ groß ist, kann man viele Gläser auf einmal einkochen. Viel besser und effektiver als ein Topf auf dem Herd. Praktisch finde ich, dass der Einkocher einen Timer hat und sich das Gerät nach Beendigung der Einkochzeit selbst abstellt. Die Einstellung des Timers und der Temperatur kann man auf der Digitalanzeige ablesen. Super ist auch, dass der Einkocher einen Zapfhahn hat. Dadurch kann man ihn auch zum Getränkespender von heißen Punsch oder Glühwein verwenden und kinderleicht ausschenken. Durch den Edelstahl lässt sich der Einkocher im Anschluss leicht reinigen und sieht optisch gut aus. Ich kann dieses Gerät wirklich sehr empfehlen – das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Das Einkochen ist damit super einfach und bringt mehr Vielfalt auf den Teller.

I've been preserving fruit and vegetables from my garden with this preserving kettle and I'm very happy with the results! It heats up quickly and is easy to use. Since the capacity is relatively large, you can process many jars at once. Much better and more efficient than using a pot on the stove. I find it particularly practical that the kettle has a timer and switches off automatically when the processing time is complete. The timer and temperature settings are clearly displayed on the digital screen. It's also great that the kettle has a tap. This means you can use it as a beverage dispenser for hot punch or mulled wine and pour it with ease. The stainless steel construction makes the kettle easy to clean afterwards and it looks great. I can highly recommend this appliance – the price-performance ratio is excellent! Preserving food with it is incredibly easy and brings more variety to our meals.
