The 25-litre preserver offers enough space to turn the contents of your preserving jars into durable preserves using heat. Whether it's the fruit or vegetable harvest, sweet jam creations, hearty sausage mixtures, or ready-made goulash, roasts, and roulades - in the Abbey 25, they are preserved thanks to the selectable temperature of 30 - 100 °C and preserving times of up to 180 minutes.
And with its flavour-preserving and hygienic stainless steel interior, the cool-touch drain tap, and the integrated keep-warm function, it is also excellently suited as a hot beverage dispenser for tea, punch, or mulled wine.
