With 5 cooking zones and a total output of 3.4 kW, it covers everything from a rolling wok stir-fry to a delicate beurre blanc held at the gentlest simmer.
The five zones give you a zone for every technique: a 3.4 kW wok burner for high-heat searing and tossing, a 2.4 kW high-power burner for rapid boiling, two 1.8 kW standard burners for everyday cooking, and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner for keeping sauces warm without scorching. Turn the dial and the flame responds immediately — no pre-heating, no lag. That kind of responsiveness is simply something electric hobs can't match.
Italian-made Sabaf aluminium burners distribute heat evenly across the base of your pan, while heavy-duty cast iron pan supports hold everything steady — from a cast iron wok to a small milk pan. The stainless steel body and satin glass surface wipe clean easily and hold their finish day after day.
