If you've ever wished your kitchen could do more with less, the Klarstein AirJet 83 DownAir System is the answer. This is an induction hob with an integrated DownAir extractor built right into the cooking surface — no hood hanging overhead, no lost cupboard space, no compromises on style or power.
The induction hob features four cooking zones, each delivering 1,800 W individually — or up to 3,600 W when paired together. Thanks to the VarioHeating system, two adjacent zones merge into a single large flex zone, perfect for wide casserole dishes, stockpots, or oversized pans. Every zone also has a Booster mode (2,000 W per zone) for when you need heat fast.
The real ingenuity is below the surface. The DownAir extractor pulls steam, smoke, and cooking smells downward through the hob itself, operating in either recirculation or extraction mode with an airflow of up to 754 m³/h. Because it sits within the hob rather than above it, your sightlines stay clear and your kitchen stays open — ideal for a central cooking island or a streamlined kitchen run alike. At just 20 cm deep, the motor housing frees up an extra 10 cm of cupboard space below.
Everything is controlled via a touch panel integrated flush into the glass surface — no knobs, no gaps, nothing to interrupt the clean lines. Pot detection, a timer (up to 99 minutes), and a child lock are all built in as standard.
