I received it like in the pictures, I’m not sure if this was coming from the factory like this, or this happened during transportation, but the cover was not ok. It was an easy fix; however, I don’t like to work on my newly bought stuff. At the first glance it’s pretty, I didn’t get around to testing it yet because the pipe is really short, like 1.5m. According to the manual, I shouldn’t extend it, but it doesn’t even reach the opening on the window... The good part is that the cover sheet is big enough for windows and doors up to 2m height, but the exhaust plastic is way to big, I guess this was made for slide door covers. Anyway, I need to buy some extra pipe and something to shrink down the size of the exhaust plastic. I’ll come back later with additional information. UPDATE: I noticed that it was frequently turning on and off. The problem is, after I read the manual, that I shouldn’t even use this in a room smaller than 18m2. As you may know by now, this has no inverter control. It’s like a classic air conditioner, it just turns the compressor on and off. Furthermore, you can’t change the ventilators speed. Consider this before buying it, it is mentioned nowhere. It is also loud in a small room. I guess the bigger the room is, the quieter it feels. I tried in a bigger room (42m2) as well, it has massive cooling capacity, and it really feels quieter. It cools even big rooms pretty fast. So, overall, I would recommend it, but for my use case it is unfortunately far too big. Had to send it back, but I love the design a lot, I try to check for a smaller one, that is a better fit for my room.

Top Klimageräte. Schafft es das Schlafzimmer 18m² in zwei Stunden von 28 auf 22 Grad zu kühlen. Allerdings ist der mitgelieferten Fensterstoff sinnlos. Ich habe mir etwas gebastelt, siehe Foto. Und leider verschiebt sich das Gerät wegen den rollen, wenn der Kompressor wieder anspringt. Bremsbare Rollen wären super.
Top-notch air conditioners. It cools the 18m² bedroom from 28 to 22 degrees Celsius in two hours. However, the included window covering is useless. I made something myself, see photo. Unfortunately, the unit shifts due to the casters when the compressor starts up again. Brakeable casters would be great.
Ich habe dieses Gerät seit mehr als einem Jahr. Ich war skeptisch und habe es trotzdem versucht. Es war absolut richtig das zu probieren. Die Anlage ist einfach und komfortabel zu bedienen und jeden Cent wert. Ich lasse sie jeden Abend im Sommer ca 2 Stunden vor dem Schlafen gehen laufen , das reicht um das Schlafzimmer (ca. 20 Quadratmeter) auf 19 bis 20 Grad herunter zu kühlen. Gerade richtig zum schlafen. Wenn man dann noch die wichtigsten Regeln des klimatisierens beachtet hat man viel Freude damit. Der Stromverbrauch macht sich auf meiner Jahresrechnung nicht bemerkbar. Ich bin begeistert und gratuliere dem Hersteller zu diesem guten Gerät.
I've had this device for over a year. I was skeptical but gave it a try anyway. It was absolutely the right thing to do. The system is easy and convenient to use and worth every cent. I run it every evening in the summer for about two hours before I go to bed; that's enough to cool the bedroom (about 20 square meters) down to 19 to 20 degrees. Just right for sleeping. If you then follow the most important rules of air conditioning, you'll have a lot of fun with it. The electricity consumption is not noticeable on my annual bill. I'm impressed and congratulate the manufacturer on this excellent device.

Utilisé pour climatiser une chambre mais fait un retour car l'appareil émet un sifflement qui nous gênait
Used to air condition a room but made a comeback because the device emits a whistling sound which bothered us
Honnêtement la chose qui m'a surprise dès la réception du climatiseur, j'avais pas réalisé c'est la taille qui assez imposante. Ensuite le bruit est quand même assez fort , en même temps c'est la 1ère fois que j'achète un climatiseur, j'imagine qu'ils sont tous un peu pareils. En tout cas niveau refroidissement je suis plutôt satisfaite,elle refroidit la pièce en moins de 15 min maintenant je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé en temps caniculaire, et c'est bien pour cela que je l'ai acheté, donc on verra.. Le prix reste encore un peu élevé malgré que je l'ai eu en promotion. Ce que trouve pratique c'est la petite commande que je peux régler sans bouger de mon lit. Mais dans l'ensemble je suis satisfaite
Honestly, the thing that surprised me upon receiving the air conditioner, I hadn't realized, was the size, which was quite imposing. Then the noise is still quite loud, at the same time it's the first time I've bought an air conditioner, I imagine they are all a bit the same. In any case, in terms of cooling, I'm quite satisfied, it cools the room in less than 15 minutes. Now I haven't used it in scorching weather yet, and that's why I bought it, so we'll see. The price is still a little high even though I got it on sale. What I find practical is the small control that I can adjust without moving from my bed. But overall I am satisfied

(Editado 2024) lo compré en 2022 y ya no funciona, he de decir que el trato con el vendedor ha sido bueno, me han devuelto el importe y ha generado en mi mucha confianza para volver a comprar sus productos, de ahí las 5 estrellas. El nivel de ruido es demasiado, tuve un modelo anterior que hacía menos ruido que este, no sé si es por qué está defectuoso o por qué, pero no permite escuchar la TV. Y no es posible dormir con él sin tapones. En referencia al wifi funciona. El modelo es bonito y agradable de ver. Pero la verdad es que me he llevado una decepción, 459 € y no enfría una habitación de 10m2.
(Edited 2024) I bought it in 2022 and it no longer works. I must say that the treatment with the seller has been good. They refunded my money and it has generated a lot of confidence in me to buy their products again, hence the 5 stars. The noise level is too much. I had a previous model that was quieter than this one. I don't know if it's because it's defective or what, but it doesn't allow you to listen to the TV. And it's not possible to sleep with it without earplugs. Regarding the Wi-Fi, it works. The model is nice and pleasant to look at. But the truth is that I was disappointed. €459 and it doesn't cool a 10m2 room.
