Da meine Freundin und ich begeisterte Nudelmaschinenbesitzer sind, wollten wir uns auch mal in Ravioli ausprobieren. Nach intensiven Vergleichen haben wir uns für die bambuswald© plastikfreie Ravioli-Ausstecher entschieden, da Bambuswald auch ein Augenmerk auf den Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt legt. Verpackung: Die Ausstecher kommen in einer liebevoll designten Papier-Verpackung zu mir nach Hause. Hier fällt vor allem auf, dass die Umverpackung gesteckt und nicht geklebt ist. So wurde bereits bei der Verpackung an umweltschädlichen Stoffen gespart. Nutzung: Die Holzgriffe der drei Ausstecher fühlen sich gut an und sehen gut aus. Die Ausstecher sind so designed, dass die beiden Teigschichten nicht nur ausgestochen, sondern auch gleichzeitig miteinander verbunden bzw. zusammengepresst werden. Ausstechen geht kinderleicht und macht viel Spaß. Die Ausstecher verzeihen sogar ein paar Füllungsfehler, wenn hier die maximal verfügbaren Abmessungen nicht exakt eingehalten wurden :) Nachhaltigkeit: Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um ein nachhaltiges Produkt, da dieses teilweise aus Bambus gefertigt ist und Bambus bekanntermaßen ein schnell nachwachsender Rohstoff ist. Wie nachhaltig das Metall hergestellt wurde, kann ich leider nicht bewerten. Zusammenfassung: Nach ein paar Übungsravioli ist das Ergebnis so, wie man es erwartet. Tolles Produkt! Since my girlfriend and I are enthusiastic pasta machine owners, we wanted to try our hand at ravioli. After intensive comparisons, we decided on the bambuswald© plastic-free ravioli cutters, because the bamboo forest also pays attention to the sustainability aspect. Packaging: The cutters come to me in a lovingly designed paper packaging. What is particularly noticeable here is that the outer packaging is plugged in and not glued. Savings on environmentally harmful substances were made in the packaging. Usage: The wooden handles of the three cutters feel good and look good. The cutters are designed in such a way that the two layers of dough are not only cut out, but also connected or pressed together at the same time. Cutting out is child's play and a lot of fun. The cutters even forgive a few filling errors if the maximum available dimensions were not adhered to exactly :) Sustainability: This product is a sustainable product because it is partly made of bamboo and bamboo is known to be a fast-growing raw material. Unfortunately, I cannot rate how sustainably the metal was manufactured. Summary: After a few practice ravioli, the result is what you would expect. Great product! Wirklich tolle Qualität! Das Ausstechen funktioniert super. Sind auch gut mit einer Spülbürste zu reinigen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I bordi sono un pó troppo stondati e non tagliano bene. Necessario mettere i ravioli su una superficie rigida e dare molta pressione. Comunque il risultato non sarà perfetto. Utile inclinare lo stampo mentre si stacca l’eccedenza di pasta.

Habe gestern meine ersten gefüllten Nudeltaschen gemacht. Ausstecher etwas in Mehl tupfen und die Teile sind gut und ohne anzukleben auszustechen. Aufwendig, aber der Geschmack hat die viele Arbeit wieder wett gemacht.

haben extra die bestellt da man damit echt gut arbeiten kann. (Es ist angenehmer mit einem Holz- Handstück) Lässt sich auch super reinigen und passt überall rein. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden es nochmal kaufen

Die Raviolistempel werden mir bei meinen künftigen Kochkünsten mit Teigtaschen, Ravioli, Culurgiones (aus Sardinien) einerseits den Zeiteinsatz erheblich verkürzen und andererseits werden sie damit sehr viel professioneller aussehen. Das gibt was her. Mit den verschiedenen Größen bin ich auch flexibler. Alles hat gut geklappt, die Ware war sofort da.

Die bestellung kam, innerhalb von 2 Tagen, ohne Beschädigungen umd vollständig, bei mir an. Die Ausstecher sind etwas größer, als gedacht und die hergestellte Ravioli kommen nicht mit nur einem Haps in den Mund, aber das ist gerade bei mir kein Minuspunkt. Sie eignen sich zusätzlich nicht nur für Nudelteig, sondern auch für gefüllte süße Blätterteig- oder Pizzataschen. Die Ausstecher sind sehr stabil (Verbindung zwischen dem Bambusgriff und dem Metall) und machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei meiner ersten Betrachtung konnte ich keine scharfen Kanten sehen bzw. fühlen.
