Der Centerlausprecheruwurde mir sehr schnell - innerhalb von 2 Tagen - geliefert. Wesentlicher schneller, als angekündigt. Schon beim Auspacken merkt mann, dass die Leute von Numan Wert auf Qualität legen: Abgesehen von der sicheren Verpackung in 2 stabilen Kartons sind zum Auspacken außerdem weiße Stoffhandschuhe beigelegt! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! In die Stereoanlage eingebunden liefert der Center einen ausgezeichneten Sound: Egal, ob bei Klassik, Rock oder Pop liefert die Box einen transparenten und klaren Klang. Außerdem bereichert die Box die Klangtiefe der Stereoanlage um einiges und "drückt" den Sound ordentlich, wenn man es möchte. Insgesamt eine tolle Centerbox, zumal bei einem Preis von knapp 90,00 Euro. Daher 5 Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!

The center speaker was delivered to me very quickly - within 2 days. Much quicker than advertised. As soon as you unpack it, you notice that the people at Numan value quality: Aside from the secure packaging in 2 sturdy boxes, white fabric gloves are also included for unpacking! I've never experienced that before! When integrated into the stereo system, the center delivers an excellent sound: regardless of whether it's classical, rock or pop, the speaker delivers a transparent and clear sound. The speaker also enriches the sound depth of the stereo system considerably and "pushes" the sound properly if you want it to. Overall, a great center speaker, especially at a price of just under 90.00 euros. Therefore, 5 stars and a clear purchase recommendation from me!

Ich muss sagen das ich kein hifi Experte aber was dieser lautsprecher leistet Preis Leistung unschlagbar werde mir von diese Serie weitere lautsprecher kaufe. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Than have read various references, tests about that german solid product and have taken the risk. I have got two loudspeakers for 450€ and the sound was and is that impressive good you have to pay regular for that fine quality surely between 1.000-1.200 each! But now the difference between that outstanding good speakers and my old center speaker was though. I decided to give the Numan Reference another try. Amazing! I am a private person and had given this longer recession to help other audiophile people save money and disillusion. I am very satisfied and very happy!

Von mir eine absolute Empfehlung! Verarbeitung und Optik sind prima. Die Leistung ist hervorragend und in dieser Preisklasse gibt es wohl nicht wirklich andere Produkte die so eine top Klangqualität bieten.

I would definitely recommend it! The workmanship and appearance are great. The performance is outstanding and in this price range there aren't really any other products that offer such top sound quality.

Zunächst mal kommt dieser Centerspeaker gut verpackt und pünklich an. Nach dem öffnen des ersten Karton sieht man den 2. Karton. Vorsichtig geöffnet und den in Folie eingewickelten und durch Schaumstoff gut gesicherten Numan ( made in Germany ) herausgenommen, sieht man sofort die Qualität der Verarbeitung. Es sind sogar "Samthandschuhe" mitgeliefert, damit man das gute Stück nicht mit seinen Fettfingern versaut. Er macht sofort einen sehr hochweritgen Eindruck. Nachdem ich dem fast 9 Kilo schwerem Centerspeaker die mitgelieferten Gummifüße in die dafür vorgesehenen Befestigungen eingedreht habe (Es sind übrigens auch Wandhalter mitgeliefert) kommts dann zum Anklemmen der Lautsprecherkabel mittels vergoldeten Schraubklemmen. So, Onkyo AVR an, Lautsprecher mit Einmeßmicro neu eingemessen und ab zum Test. Filme im Dolby Atmos macht der Numan in kistallklarem Sound weg. Das Teil an seine Grenzen zu zwingen hab ich nicht geschafft, auch wegen den Nachbarn . Der komplette Frequenzbereich bringt der Center sehr real rüber. Auch bei niedriger Lautstärke geht nichts verloren. Für mich, für den Preis ein ganz klarer Preis Leistungssieger. Numan werde ich in Zukunft bei Lautsprecherentscheidungen mit ins Boot nehmen. Ich brauche noch nen aktiven Subwoofer und würde mich uber HIFI Boxen in JBL Control One Größe freuen, das evtl als Anreiz. 5 Sterne, weil ich nicht glaube für das Geld besseres zu finden.

First of all, this center speaker arrives well packaged and on time. After opening the first box, you see the second box. Carefully opened and the Numan (made in Germany) wrapped in foil and well secured with foam is taken out, and you immediately see the quality of the workmanship. It even comes with "kid gloves" so that you don't mess up the good piece with your greasy fingers. It immediately makes a very high-quality impression. After I screwed the rubber feet supplied into the fastenings provided for the almost 9 kg center speaker (wall brackets are also included), it's time to connect the speaker cables using gold-plated screw terminals. So, turn on the Onkyo AVR, re-calibrate the speakers with a calibration microphone and off to the test. The Numan plays films in Dolby Atmos with crystal-clear sound. I didn't manage to push the thing to its limits, also because of the neighbors. The center brings the entire frequency range across very realistically. Nothing is lost even at low volume. For me, a clear winner in terms of price and performance. I will be taking Numan into account when making speaker decisions in the future. I still need an active subwoofer and would be happy to get some HIFI speakers in the JBL Control One size, perhaps as an incentive. 5 stars because I don't think I can find anything better for the money.

Für einen bemerkenswert geringen Preis bekommt man einen recht gut verarbeiteten, wirklich gut klingenden, ziemlich großen und fast neun Kilo schweren Lautsprecher. Man sollte sich nicht davon abschrecken lassen, dass Numan aus demselben Hause wie Auna kommt. Die Qualität ist in jeder Hinsicht wesentlich besser und in jedem Fall sein Geld wert. Allerdings sollte man auch keine Wunder erwarten. An die Qualität eines doppelt so teuren Canton Lautsprechers kommt dieses Gerät definitiv nicht heran. Aber es wäre auch unfair, das zu erwarten. Ich nutze es für meine Zweitanlage und bin zufrieden.

For a remarkably low price, you get a fairly well-made, really good-sounding, fairly large speaker that weighs almost nine kilos. Don't be put off by the fact that Numan comes from the same company as Auna. The quality is much better in every respect and is definitely worth the money. But you shouldn't expect miracles. This device definitely doesn't come close to the quality of a Canton speaker that costs twice as much. But it would be unfair to expect that. I use it for my second system and I'm happy with it.

Ein absolut hörenswerter Center für meine Anlage. Absolut weicher Klang und keine Verzerrungen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass er recht groß ist, aber irgendwo muss der Klang ja herkommen....

Ich habe vorher das System 5.1 (kleiner ls) von pioneer gehabt. Wenn ich jetzt die beiden miteinander vergleiche, sind es welten. Vorher kamen die Dialoge sehr dumpf und somit schwer zu verstehen. Daher wollte ich was neues haben. Mir gefällt der ls sehr gut. Klare Dialoge, keine unangenehme Geräusche. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Center und bereue den Kauf nicht. Kann aber nur den direkten Vergleich zu meinen Vorgängern beziehen.

I previously had the 5.1 system (smaller LS) from Pioneer. When I compare the two now, they are worlds apart. Before, the dialogues were very muffled and therefore difficult to understand. So I wanted something new. I really like the LS. Clear dialogues, no unpleasant noises. I am very happy with the center and do not regret the purchase. But I can only make a direct comparison with my predecessors.

Habe die Centerbox als Ergänzung zu meinen Numan Reference 801 und dem Subwoofer UniSub bestellt und nicht bereut. Abweichend von den anderen Lautsprechern habe ich den Center in schwarz bestellt. Damit kann man ihn auf Grund der moderaten Tiefe hinter einem Flachbildfernseher verstecken. Klein ist er allerdings nicht. Sehr gute Sprach- und Musikwiedergabe mit großen Frequenzumfang.

I ordered the center speaker as a supplement to my Numan Reference 801 and the UniSub subwoofer and have no regrets. Unlike the other speakers, I ordered the center speaker in black. This means that you can hide it behind a flat screen TV due to its moderate depth. It is not small, though. Very good speech and music reproduction with a wide frequency range.

Vor 4 Monaten habe ich meine alten Front Lautsprecher durch 2 NUMAN Retrospective 1977 MKII ersetzt. Mein alter CANTON Center konnte mit den NUMAN's nicht mithalten. Um eine harmonische Klangbühne zu schaffen, habe ich mir diesen neuen Center von NUMAN gekauft. Was soll ich sagen? Jetzt ist unser Heimkino perfekt! Mit dem alten (kleinen) Center von CANTON hatte ich oft das Problem, dass Dialoge und sonstige Töne aus der Mitte (Bluray 5.1) meistens von den Front Lautsprechern akustisch verschluckt wurden. Um das einigermaßen zu kompensieren, musste ich den Pegel des Center um bis zu 3 db höher stellen. Trotz der angehobenen Lautstärke war der Klang der Dialoge... meistens nur genügend. Eigentlich wollte ich mir den Center "Octavox 703 MKII" kaufen. Da ich glücklicherweise genug Platz habe, steht nun der "große Bruder" Reference 803 unter meinem TV. Die beiden 165mm Tieftöner und das größere Volumen sind eine sinnvolle Investition für ein richtig gutes Heimkino. Dialoge werden vom NUMAN Reference 803 Center besonders klar und leicht wiedergegeben. Und tiefe Stimmen sind ein Ohren-Schmaus! mfG.

4 months ago I replaced my old front speakers with 2 NUMAN Retrospective 1977 MKII. My old CANTON center couldn't keep up with the NUMANs. To create a harmonious sound stage, I bought this new center from NUMAN. What can I say? Now our home cinema is perfect! With the old (small) center from CANTON, I often had the problem that dialogues and other sounds from the center (Bluray 5.1) were mostly acoustically swallowed up by the front speakers. To compensate for this somewhat, I had to increase the level of the center by up to 3 db. Despite the increased volume, the sound of the dialogues was... mostly just sufficient. I actually wanted to buy the "Octavox 703 MKII" center. Fortunately, I have enough space, so the "big brother" Reference 803 is now under my TV. The two 165mm woofers and the larger volume are a sensible investment for a really good home cinema. Dialogues are reproduced particularly clearly and easily by the NUMAN Reference 803 Center. And deep voices are a feast for the ears! Kind regards.

Guter Subwoofer um ihn hinter dem Fernseher zu montieren. Bei Wandmontage mit Gummifüßen von der Wand entkoppeln, sonst kann es dröhnen.

Good subwoofer to mount behind the TV. If wall-mounting, decouple it from the wall with rubber feet, otherwise it can boom.

Macht einfach Spaß. Kein Kratzen, keine wahrnehmbare Verzerrung. Seidige Höhen und mit entsprechendem Subwoofer ein sehr guter Patner! Top Verarbeitung, frischer, präziser Klang. Nichts zu bemängeln. Für diesen Preis nur schwer schlagbar. Erwartungen erfüllt! Zudem eignet sich das Center auf Grund der geringen Tiefe gut um unter dem Fernseher platziert zu werden, selbst wenn dieser an der Wand hängt. Da ich mit Beamer gucke fällt das bei mir aber nicht ins Gewicht. Für den ein oder anderen aber vielleicht ein interessanter Tip.

It's just fun. No scratching, no perceptible distortion. Silky highs and a very good partner with the right subwoofer! Top quality workmanship, fresh, precise sound. Nothing to complain about. Hard to beat for this price. Expectations met! In addition, the center is well suited to being placed under the TV due to its shallow depth, even if it is hanging on the wall. But since I watch with a projector, that doesn't matter to me. But it might be an interesting tip for some people.

Voller Vorfreude nach diversen Recherchen bestellte ich mir den NUMAN Reference 803 Center Lautsprecher . Die Lieferung kam auch schnell an, der Karton war unbeschädigt also ging es ans auspacken. Der Center war gut verpackt und sah auch gut aus aber bei genauerem hinsehen konnte man in den Lautsprechermebranen kleine Einschlüsse und Kratzer sehen und der Hochglanzlack in der Front hatte einen dicken Läufer aber da ich ja nicht so pingelig bin hab ich den Center genommen und voller Vorfreude angeschlossen und dann kam das große ? keine Höhen und absolut schlechter Klang. Ich dachte das kann es jetzt doch nicht sein haben sich die ganzen Leute geirrt oder hab ich was an den Ohren. Bei genauerem hinsehen sah ich dann das kein Hochtöner in der Aussparung verbaut war ?! Kurz gesagt einen Inbus Schlüssel geholt, Abdeckung abgeschraubt und siehe da der Hochtöner lag lose im Gehäuse,Kabel abgerissen und Halterung defekt,echt super. Hatte jetzt auch keine Lust den Center wieder einzupacken und auf meine kosten zurück zu senden . Also Lötkolben ein bisschen Epoxid harz und die Bastelstunde konnte beginnen. Nach einer Stunde war alles erledigt und dann kam endlich das aha Erlebnis, Super Klang macht einfach nur Spaß mit dem Center Filme zu schauen. Habe mir auch gleich die Octavox 701 und 702 bestellt und hoffe ja mal das sie unbeschädigt ankommen. Update, nachdem ich dem Verkäufer den Sachverhalt am Telefon geschildert habe und ich von einer Rücksendung die übrigens doch kostenlos ist absehe bekomme ich eine Gutschrift über meine Reparatur. Also 5 Sterne für die Box und den Verkäufer.

Full of anticipation and after various researches I ordered the NUMAN Reference 803 center speaker. The delivery arrived quickly, the box was undamaged so I started unpacking. The center was well packaged and looked good but on closer inspection you could see small inclusions and scratches in the speaker membranes and the high gloss paint on the front had a thick runner but since I'm not that fussy I took the center and connected it full of anticipation and then came the big thing - no highs and absolutely bad sound. I thought that couldn't be it, were all these people mistaken or was it my ears? On closer inspection I saw that there was no tweeter built into the recess?! In short I got an Allen key, unscrewed the cover and lo and behold the tweeter was lying loose in the housing, the cable was torn off and the holder was broken, really great. I didn't feel like packing up the center again and sending it back at my own expense. So I got a soldering iron, a bit of epoxy resin and the crafting session could begin. After an hour everything was done and then finally came the aha moment, great sound, it's just fun to watch films with the center. I also ordered the Octavox 701 and 702 straight away and hope that they arrive undamaged. Update, after I explained the situation to the seller on the phone and decided not to return it (which is free anyway), I received a credit for my repair. So 5 stars for the box and the seller.
