Perfect for making ice cubes

Fonctionne très bien ,rapide . Dommage petite rayure ( mais bien visible ) sur la face avant et rien qui maintien la petite porte de la glace pilée.

Works very well, fast. Too bad, small scratch (but clearly visible) on the front face and nothing to hold the small door of the crushed ice.

Hace un par de años nos regalaron una maquina de hielo de otra marca y de menor capacidad (12kg). La teníamos 24h encendida y la usa amos todo el año porque en casa tomamos hielo con casi cualquier bebida... Aquella máquina se nos estropeó un par de veces en dos años.... Por suerte lo cubrió la garantía vez al cabo de 10 meses, la enviamos a reparar en garantía y nos llegaron a enviar una nueva unidad al no poder repararla. Finalmente al cabo de un año la unidad de repuesto se volvió a estropear... Ya fuera de garantía no pudiendo repararla.En base a la experiencia anterior decidimos cambiar de marca y comprar una de mayor capacidad porque asumimos que a mayor capacidad mayor robustez de materiales.Pues bien, creo que con este modelo hemos acertado de pleno! Hace el hielo más grande, más frío y más rápido que la antigua máquina. Además al tener más capacidad, es más prácticacuando somos varios los que queremos servirnos.Sin duda la recomiendo!

A couple of years ago, we were given an ice maker from another brand with a smaller capacity (12kg). We had it on 24/7 and used it all year round because we use ice with almost every drink at home. That machine broke down a couple of times in two years. Luckily, it was covered by the warranty. Once, after 10 months, we sent it in for warranty repair, and they even sent us a new unit since they couldn't fix the old one. Finally, after a year, the replacement unit broke down again... This time it was out of warranty and couldn't be repaired. Based on that experience, we decided to change brands and buy one with a larger capacity because we assumed that a larger capacity meant more robust materials. Well, I think we made the right choice with this model! It makes bigger, colder, and faster ice than the old machine. Plus, with its larger capacity, it's more practical when several people want to use it. I definitely recommend it!

Pas satisfait du produit, une première machine avec glaçons "ice clear", achetée chez le même fournisseur et qui était tombée en panne, fut retournée et remboursée (sans trop de difficulté). Rachat de celle-ci qui est mécaniquement est exactement la même, à savoir glaçons carrés qui tombent en blocs absolument inutilisables sous cette forme. Je pensais, en lisant le descriptif de cette machine, avoir des glaçons utilisables et surtout détachés, il n'en ai rien. En fait j'ai reçu une machine identique, équipée il est vrai d'un système de broyage, c'est vraiment du broyage, pratiquement du rapage, peu d'intérêt pour ce gadjet. J'ai accordé 4 étoiles parce que le vendeur respecte ses conditions de garantie et que les livraisons sont sérieuses. Dommage pour le produit.

Not satisfied with the product, a first machine with "ice clear" ice cubes, purchased from the same supplier and which had broken down, was returned and refunded (without too much difficulty). Purchase of this one which is mechanically exactly the same, namely square ice cubes which fall into blocks absolutely unusable in this form. I thought, when reading the description of this machine, to have usable and especially detached ice cubes, it is not the case. In fact I received an identical machine, equipped it is true with a grinding system, it is really grinding, practically grating, little interest for this gadget. I gave 4 stars because the seller respects his warranty conditions and the deliveries are serious. Too bad for the product.

Ich bin sehr zu frieden mit dieser Eismaschine! Ich hatte vorher einige andere kleinere Geräte und war eigentlich immer unzufrieden. Sie haben meistens sehr lange gebraucht um Eis herzustellen. Nicht so bei diesem Gerät! Zum einen ist es das über Nacht nicht mal alle Eiswürfel schmelzen und sich immer noch welche in der Maschine befinden. Und selbst wenn man sie neu startet dauert es wohl keine zehn Minuten bis man das erste große Getränk mit Eiswürfeln zubereiten kann. Der feste Wasseranschluss ist klasse! Damit muss man nie wieder manuell Wasser nachfüllen, kann es aber trotzdem machen wenn man keinen Wasseranschluss hat. Zudem stellt die Maschine auch shaved ice her was Klasse ist. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es trotzdem. Zum einen wegen dem zu kleinen Fach für das shaved ice und zum zweiten befindet sich im Fach für das shaved ice ein Loch welches einfach durch die Maschine durch geht. Wenn man also shaved ice hergestellt wurde und das Eis dort drin mit der Zeit schmilzt läuft das Wasser einfach unter der Maschine aus. Das hätte anders gelöst werden können. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden!

I'm very happy with this ice maker! I've had several other smaller models before and was always dissatisfied. They usually took ages to make ice. Not so with this one! For one thing, not all the ice cubes melt overnight; there are always some left in the machine. And even after restarting it, it takes less than ten minutes before you can make your first large drink with ice. The fixed water connection is fantastic! You never have to refill the water manually again, but you can still do it if you don't have a water connection. The machine also makes shaved ice, which is great. I'm still deducting one star, though. Firstly, because the compartment for shaved ice is too small, and secondly, because there's a hole in the shaved ice compartment that goes right through the machine. So, when you've made shaved ice and it melts over time, the water simply leaks out from underneath. That could have been designed better. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied!

Très bonne machine à glace ! Je l'utilise dans mon restaurant et elle fait très bien le travail. Petit bémol ce pendant le système pour faire de la glace pilée fonction peut-être un peu trop bien et fais plus de la neige que de la glace pilée. Sinon fonctionne très bien fait 32 glaçons toute les 12 minutes. Je recommande !

Very good ice machine! I use it in my restaurant and it does the job very well. Small downside however the system for making crushed ice works perhaps a little too well and makes more snow than crushed ice. Otherwise works very well makes 32 ice cubes every 12 minutes. I recommend!

Avec cette chaleur estivale c’est parfait ! La machine est facile à installer et à mettre en marche. Elle produit de beaux glaçons en peu de temps et peu de bruits. La machine est esthétique avec un système de vidange efficace. Elle est très facile d’utilisation et silencieuse. Il y a possibilité de faire de la glace pilée c’est parfait pour faire des cocktails ! Je recommande vraiment cette machine

With this summer heat it's perfect! The machine is easy to install and start. It produces beautiful ice cubes in a short time and with little noise. The machine is aesthetic with an efficient draining system. It is very easy to use and quiet. There is the possibility of making crushed ice, it's perfect for making cocktails!
