Je n'ai pas eu le craquant de ceux achetés en grandes surfaces mais c'est du 100% maison, de préférence avec des fruits non traités, mais garantis sans conservateurs et produits chimiques. Un régal. I tried thin slices of pears and apples, we enjoyed it. I didn't have the crunch of those bought in supermarkets but it's 100% homemade, preferably with untreated fruit, but guaranteed without preservatives and chemicals. A delight. Des magnifiques récoltes de champignons parfaitement déshydratées en quelques heures. Plus long pour les courgettes, que je vais continuer à faire plutôt en bocaux. Mûres, prunes et pommes à venir… je suis vraiment ravie !!! ça faisait plusieurs années que je cogitais sur l’achat d’un déshydrateur et je regrette pas du tout mon choix ! Don't know what the negative reviews are supposed to be - read everything correctly before buying and the operating instructions - make bread and cakes everything perfect - 2-3 people household - up to 1.5 kg no problems but more almost this machine also not for processing - it's just not one Professional machine for large households - but you shouldn't expect that at this price. Was looking for a machine with power, also suitable for heavy kneaded dough. This does the job without getting hot. When I was beating the egg whites, I was concerned that the beater would make it that far to the bottom of the bowl. But it worked. Noise level within limits, only very loud at the highest level, but that's usually only 2-3 minutes. Machine feels robust. So far everything is fine..despite Christmas baking. Price almost unbeatable, all in all clear purchase recommendation

Ich habe das Gerät aufgestellt und sofort benutzt. Sowohl das Rinderherz als auch Äpfel und Bananen sind sofort gelungen. Die Möhren würden sehr krunkelig und nicht so fest, wie die anderen Sachen. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Gerät etwas leiser laufen könnte und der Hersteller ein wenig mehr grundsätzliche Anwendungstipps geben würde. Z.Bsp. weiß ich nicht, ob man Früchte und Fleisch in einem Vorgang dörren kann, ob es besser ist das Dörrgut dünner zu schneiden, damit sich z.bsp. die Dörrzeit verkürzt U.ä.m.

I would wish that the device could run a little more quietly and that the manufacturer would give a little more basic usage tips. E.g. I don't know whether you can dry fruit and meat in one process, whether it is better to cut the dried food thinner, so that e.g. the drying time is shortened etc.

... welches von der Optik und Qualität gut ist. Das Gehäuse ist auf wertigem Kunststoff und die Gitter aus Metall (Kein Edelstahl, also Geschirrspüler nicht zu empfehlen!) Die Größe reicht für ca. 1kg Rindfleisch vor dem Dören oder 1,5 Kg Bananen. Also eine ordentlich Kapazität. Kräuter würde ich eine Unterlage wählen sonst fallen sie leicht durch. Das Gebläse ist leise und pustet nicht so stark. Die Dauer entspricht in den Tips im Internet, hängt je nach den Dörrgut ab. Vom Stroverbrauch ist er relativ sparsam. Also insgesamt ein tolles Gerät.

The size is enough for around 1kg of beef before drying or 1.5kg of bananas. So it has a decent capacity. I would choose a base for herbs otherwise they fall through easily. The fan is quiet and doesn't blow very hard. The duration corresponds to the tips on the internet, but depends on the food being dried. It is relatively economical in terms of electricity consumption. So all in all a great device.

Ware wurde schnell geliefert. Beim Auspacken wurde aber schon die Farbe bemängelt, es sieht aus wie ein Badezimmer-Blau d.h. mehr Türkisfarben. Passt natürlich nicht in eine rote Küche. Deshalb gar nicht ausprobiert sondern Retoure und in Rot getauscht. In Rot-Metallic sieht die Maschine richtig gut aus. Sie ist nicht so riesig und passt gut auf die Arbeitsplatte einer kleinen Küche. Den Kuchenteig rührt sie ordentlich und ist belastbarer als die Handrührgeräte. In den höheren Stufen wird sie doch recht laut, ist aber verschmerzbar. Das Einfüllen der Zutaten über die Öffnung im Spritzschutzdeckel ist jedoch sehr umständlich und unsauber. Diese Öffnung ist nur für Flüssigkeiten geeignet. Für Quark etc. muss die Maschine angehalten und der Deckel abgenommen werden. Auch könnte die Edelstahlschüssel einen kleinen Griff haben, das Halten beim Form befüllen ist sehr schwierig. Für den Preis allerdings darf sie bleiben:-)

The noise level is really OK. Of course you can hear the fan, but it's really not that loud. Unfortunately the temperature in the device fluctuates a lot. I didn't measure it, but I turn the trays during the drying process so that the result is even. This is probably due to the plastic door. You get what you pay for. There are probably reasons why other machines are much more expensive. At least that seems logical to me and I accept that when I shop in the mid-price segment. So I would only deduct 1 star for that aspect. Otherwise I am really satisfied. I think it is completely sufficient that you can adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments. Ist mein erster Dörrautomat, hab also kein Vergleich. Zwei Gründe warum ich mich für dieses Produkt entscheiden habe. Erstens die Größe. Je nach Größe der Apfelringe, bekomme ich da zwischen 1,5 und 2 Kg Äpfel rein. Wenn der Automat voll ist, dauerts natürlich auch länger. Apfelchips in 4 mm Stärke dauern bei mir 11 Stunden. Wichtig war für mich auch, dass die Luft nicht von unten, sondern von der Seite kommt. kann ich nicht begründen, für mein Gefühl ist es besser wenn die Luft nicht von unten durch 6 Etagen kommt, sondern gleichmäßig von der Seite. Der Automat ist relativ leise. Wir haben eine Wohnküche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und ich kann den Automat laufen lassen ohne das jemand oder TV schauen gestört ist (man hört ihn aber nicht störend, vielleicht so wie ein Dampfabzug auf Stufe 1). Ich hab mir auch matten gekauft, dass das Dörrgut nicht an den Gittereinschübe kleben bleibt. Mit den matten dauert der Vorgang, ca. 2 bis 3 Stunden länger und sooo schlimm klebt nix an den Gittern (sind ja im Notfall spülmaschinenfest.

Está muy bien, tiene bastante capacidad y no hace nada de ruido, fácil manejo ,muy intuitivo. Yo lo usé para desecar plantas medicinales a la mínima temperatura y quedaron perfectas.

Nach langer langer Suche und tausende von Bewertungen und Tests im Internet, habe ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden. Ich wollte ein Gerät, das nicht nur Strom frisst, aber auch in der Lage ist „größere“ Mengen an Ernte aus meinem Garten haltbar zu machen, ohne Geschmack zu verlieren. Das Gerät ist relativ laut. Ist ok, normal hat man es ja nicht im Schlafzimmer stehen. Bzgl der Temperatur, es kann in 5er-Schritten geschalten werden, was grundsätzlich ausreichend ist. Die Dauer kann auf maximal 10 Stunden getimt werden, man muss also spätestens nach 10 Stunden dazu schauen und ggfs. nochmal neu starten, falls das Gemüse/Obst noch nicht trocken ist. Würde ich aber eh, da ich das Gerät nicht unbedingt unbeaufsichtigt lassen würde (liegt aber nicht am Gerät selbst, die Sorge habe ich generell bei verschiedenen Geräten!). Für die Gitter habe ich mir Unterlagen gekauft, die wirken leider als ob da Metallrückstände am Obst/Gemüse hängen bleiben würden wenn es antrocknet. Das Gerät riecht lange Zeit extrem nach Plastik. Der Geruch bleibt aber nicht am Trockengut hängen. Alles in allem: ich denke es ist ok, aber die Qualität spiegelt sich nicht im Preis wider. Allerdings findet man gute Alternativen nur im extrem höher angesiedelten Preissegment. Wenn man sich aber durch die Thematik liest, scheint es, als ob ein Großteil der Geräte aus ein und derselben Fabrik stammen, und nur unterschiedlich gelabelt werden.

Ich bin mit dem Gerät zufrieden. Es trocknet alles, was ich bisher probiert habe, ganz super. (Apfelringe, alle Sorten Nüsse, Cracker, Orangen und Zitronenschalen, rohe Kekse ....) Was ich nicht beachtet habe ist, dass man die Klarsichttür immer nach oben raus ziehen muss, um etwa die Trocknung zu prüfen. Ich finde es besser, wenn man die Tür nach der Seite aufmachen kann. Aber ich vermute, dass ich das nicht beachtet habe. Es gibt sicher Geräte bei denen das so ist. Also mein Fehler. Ansonsten alles klasse. Das Gerät ist leise, riecht am Anfang etwas.....aber nach einem Durchgang ohne Lebensmittel war der Geruch weg. Die Bedienung ist leicht verständlich und einfach.

Avendo un orticello e qualche albero da frutto, sono anni che essicco verdure e frutta nel forno, ma era un'impazzimento e spesso la riuscita lasciava a desiderare, cosí mi sono decisa e ho acquistato questo perché ha dimensioni contenute pur essendo capiente ha un'ottima potenza 500 watt per cui assicura che non rimanga alcuna traccia di acqua. La temperatura è regolabile da 35 a 70° C, 6 piani in acciaio a rete per una migliore distribuzione del calore. L'ho messo subito alla prova con le albicocche e le verdure per fare il liofilizzato per il brodo vegetale, sono venute benissimo. Mi piace parché nonostante le dimensioni contenute 35 x 32 x 45 cm fa il suo lavoro in maniera professionale.

Semplicità nell'utilizzo, griglie in metallo e funzionalitá. Cercavo un essicatore e per poter fare delle conserve in modo rapido e semplice visto e considerato che dove mi trovo purtroppo il sole non scalda come al sud, e non riuscivo a farle in modo tradizionale, con questo invece ho trovato la soluzione. Semplicissimo da usare , con un display intuitivo che anche un bambino sarebbe in grado di cntrollare, la temperatura arriva fino a 70 gradi e il tempo di essicazione fino a 10 ore. Lo chassis è in plastica, lo sportello anteriore in plexiglass trasparente in modo da tener sotto controllo quello che stiamo essiccando e le griglie sono in acciaio inox, semplicissimi da pulire con una maglia abbastanza stretta da non consentire ai nostri alimenti di cadere sul fondo. Nella parte inferiore si trova un cassettino anch’esso in plastica per la raccolta dei liquidi. Una volta terminato il processo si spegne automaticamente. Ho voluto provarlo appena arrivato con una mela, e in 2 ore era completamente secca. Lo consiglio vivamente in quanto una valida alternativa al calore del nostro sole che purtroppo come chi come me vive al nord non può usufruirne .

The chassis is made of plastic, the front door is made of transparent plexiglass so as to keep an eye on what we are drying and the grids are made of stainless steel, very easy to clean with a mesh narrow enough to not allow our food to fall to the bottom. In the lower part there is a drawer also made of plastic to collect liquids. Once the process is finished it turns off automatically. I wanted to try it as soon as it arrived with an apple, and in 2 hours it was completely dry. I highly recommend it as a valid alternative to the heat of our sun which unfortunately those like me who live in the north cannot benefit from.

A fecha de hoy, 6 meses después de comprarla, creo que fue todo un acierto. La usan para deshidratar sobre todo fruta y es fantástico el sabor. No gasta una barbaridad y los tiempos de deshidratación son los mismos que cualquier otra. Por echar en falta, opino que las instrucciones podrían venir en español y una tabla con tiempos estimados no vendría mal. El resto, genial

They use it mainly to dehydrate fruit and the taste is fantastic. It doesn't use a lot of energy and the dehydration times are the same as any other. The only thing missing is that the instructions could come in Spanish and a table with estimated times wouldn't be a bad idea. The rest is great.

Merece mucho la pena que los de torre, más económicos. Tanto por el ventilador trasero como por las bandejas de aluminio. Es muy cómodo y tras varias semanas de uso intensivo me parece una buena compra. Por sacarle defectos, la construcción de plástico no es demasiado robusta. Si bien por eso resulta muy ligero para transportar. Parece que fugue un exceso de aire caliente por la tapa delantera, al no ser muy hermético precisamente. Tal vez se agradecería menos holgura.

Ne ho acquistato uno a parte ma ogni essiccatore lavora a modo suo, lo sto usando spesso e tengo io nota dei tempi e temperature e mi sto facendo il mio manuale d'uso

Sono contenta del mio acquisto anche se occorre prenderci la mano con i tempi. Sicuramente in un luogo secco funzionerà ancora meglio. Da me è un po' umido e a volte ci vuole molto tempo prima che la frutta o la verdura si disidratino come desidero. Dipende anche dal fatto che lo faccio andare a 45° per preservare le proprietà nutritive. E' facile da usare e per il momento sono contenta.

Producto totalmente recomendable. Lo recibí ayer y ya he deshidratado setas, plátanos y pechuga de pollo perfectamente y en tiempo récord!! El ventilador está situado en horizontal, ocupa todo el fondo del deshidratador y reparte homogéneamente el aire en cada una de las 6 bandejas metálicas. y, si bien por la noche y en completo silencio puede oirse un suave "zumbido", para mí, pasa con nota la prueba. En cuanto al tamaño, aún sabiendo las medidas antes de comprarlo... Lo imaginaba algo más pequeño al verlo en fotos, pero es GRANDE,y para según que cocinas te será complicado ubicarlo (a mí me ha pasado) pero lo recomiendo ampliamente por relación precio/potencia/capacidad. Mi puntuación a falta de testearlo más es 10/10

Ein neuer Dörrautomat musste herbei, als mein "Stöckli" plötzlich und unerwartet die Arbeit verweigerte. Das Konzept dieses Modells von Klarstein hat mich überzeugt. Vorteile: - Klarsichtfalltür. Man hat das Dörrgut im Auge. Das ersetzt zwar nicht die genaue Prüfung des Dörrgrades, verhilft aber zu einer ersten Einschätzung. - Metallgitterablagen aus Edelstahl. Beste Hygiene für meine Nahrungsmittel - Gute Luftverteilung durch das rückseitige Gebläse. Mein Vorgängergerät hatte gestapelte Gitter. Die warme Luft wurde von unter nach oben durch das Gerät geblasen. Im Ergebnis waren die Lebensmittel auf den unteren Sieben schneller getrocknet, so dass man zwischendurch die Siebreihenfolge ändern musste, um einen gleichmäßigen Trocknungsgrad zu erreichen. Hier scheint das kein Problem mehr zu sein. - Kleine enge Lüftungsschlitze. Der Duft von Obst zieht Fruchtfliegen an. Durch die engen Schlitze haben sie keine Chance in das Gerät zu gelangen abgesehen davon, dass sie nur bei niedrigen Temperaturen eine Überlebenschance hätten - Sehr einfache Bedienung. Das Bedienfeld weist einen Einschaltknopf aus. Beim Einschalten wählt das Gerät als Grundeinstellung 10 Stunden und Maximaltemperatur von 70 °C. Durch Drücken des Temperaturschalters und nachfolgender Auswahl der Pfeiltasten kann die Trocknungstemperatur in 5°-Schritten zwischen 30 und 70 °C gewählt werden. Gleiches für die Zeiteinstellung. Hier reicht der Einstellintervall von 30 min bis 24 Stunden Nachteile: -etwas größer als mein Stöckli piepst bei jedem Drücken der Tastatur, wobei man bei Zeit- und Temperatureinstellung die Pfeiltasten halten kann, bis der gewünschte Wert erreicht ist, dann piepst es bei diesem Tastendruck nur einmal. Nun ja, wirkliche Nachteile sind das nicht. Mein erster Dörrspass mit diesem Gerät: 100g Bärlauchblätter auf den Sieben so verteilen, dass diese nicht übereinanderliegen und bei 55 °C etwa 4-5 Stunden trocknen. Die Blätter müssen rascheln. Dickere Stiele entweder entfernen oder die Trocknungszeit verlängern. Dann die getrockneten Blätter zusammen mit ca. 250 g grobem Salz in den Mixer geben und so lange zerschlagen, bis das Salz eine feine Struktur aufweist. Ein feines grünfarbenes stark duftendes Kräutersalz für die eigene Küche oder als Geschenk. Tipp: Wenn die Blätter richtig stark getrocknet sind, stiebt es im Mixer. War der Trocknungsgrad zu gering, verbleiben größere Pflanzenteile im Salz, die sich nicht zerschlagen lassen. Diese sammeln sich oben, wenn man das Salz schüttelt und können problemlos abgenommen werden. Das muss man allerdings nicht unbedingt. Salz konserviert. Es ist also nur ein ästhetisches Problem.

La scocca di plastica lo rende leggerissimo e nel contempo le griglie d'acciaio lo rendono resistente, cosa da non sottovalutare per una pulizia accurata delle griglie. Anche esteticamente è ben fatto e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfattissima dell'acquisto e eccellente il venditore.

Les clayettes en métal sont un plus: pas de gout de plastique transmis aux aliments. La taille du déshydrateur et les 6 étages permettent de préparer une bonne dose de fruits secs à chaque fois. Le produit laisse une vraie impression de qualité. Le ventilateur est vraiment silencieux et c'est très agréable. Le bac de récupération et toutes les clayettes se retirent très facilement et le nettoyage de l’intérieur est d’une facilité déconcertante! La porte avant se retire aussi complètement. Le panneau de commandes est on ne peut plus simple et lisible, une commande de temps et une de température. Seul petit bémol, la notice est uniquement en allemand et en anglais. Après plusieurs essais, le constat est simple: plus vous mettez d’aliments, plus vous laissez sécher longtemps. Plus les aliments sont épais et juteux, plus vous augmentez la température. En fin de cycle, rajoutez ou pas du temps pour avoir plus de croustillant (essais avec des bananes séchées). Je suis vraiment satisfait.

After several tests, the observation is simple: the more food you put in, the longer you leave it to dry. The thicker and juicier the food, the more you increase the temperature. At the end of the cycle, add time or not to get more crispiness (tests with dried bananas). I'm really satisfied.

La primera impresión fue buena, pero después de probarla aún es mejor, la máquina funciona muy bien él temporizador va de fábula i es muy útil, la carcasa es de plástico aunque no es muy grueso, parece fuerte, por ponerle una pega es que en el interior la parte inferir no es totalmente lisa, i para limpiar los restos que pueda haber es complicado, i lo que faltan son las instrucciones en español, todo y qué su funcionamiento es muy fácil

I was looking for a dryer that does a bit of everything. Looking at the reviews of the various dryers, I decided to buy this one from Klarstein, the Jerky Plus 6 fruit dryer and I'm satisfied. It does its job. It's silent, easy to use, convenient with 6 stainless steel grids for drying the various fruits. You have to try and find the right time. The dried fruit seems to me to be ok in terms of price and quality.

Da quando il nutrizionista ha inserito nella mia dieta di mantenimento 30gr di frutta essiccata a colazione mi sono subito attivato per acquistare un forno essiccatore, perché nei supermercati non sempre trovo tutta la frutta essiccata che desidero. Semplice da assemblare e davvero pratico nell'utilizzo giornaliero. Ho trovato utilissimo il display (posto sulla parte superiore di esso) che indica la temperatura di essiccazione e timer di durata. Il design è senza dubbio lodevole ma purtroppo è un po' "pesantuccio" ed ingombrante ma per fortuna in cucina ho abbastanza spazio. Una volta inserite le griglie, riposta la frutta su di esse, e stabilito la temperatura e la durata, resta solamente da attendere l'avvenuta essiccazione. Il tutto in modo davvero silenzioso. Generalmente in 60/90 minuti banane, ananas e mele raggiungono il livello di essiccazione da me gradito. Fortunatamente non consuma molto, perché ne faccio un uso costante. Lo consiglio a chi come me, non vuole andar ogni giorno a comprare frutta essiccata al supermercato ma vuole prepararsela in casa.

Once the grids are inserted, the fruit is placed on them, and the temperature and duration have been set, all that remains is to wait for the drying to take place. All in a really silent way. Generally in 60/90 minutes bananas, pineapples and apples reach the level of drying that I like. Fortunately it doesn't consume much, because I use it constantly. I recommend it to those like me, who don't want to go to the supermarket every day to buy dried fruit but want to prepare it at home.

Das erste, was mir an dem Automat auffiel, war das geringe Gewicht. Trotz der relativen Größe ist der Dörrautomat sehr leicht. Praktisch ist die Eckige Form, bei der die warme Luft von hinten aus zirkuliert. Das bedeutet weniger Umschichtung von Dörrgut (man muss es zwar auch hier machen, aber nicht so oft und intensiv wie bei runden Dörrautomaten) also eine bessere Luftzirkulation. Auch praktisch sind die mitgelieferten sechs Gitter. Schade hierbei ist, dass sie nicht in verschiedenen Lochgrößen mitgeliefert werden. Wenn man zum Beispiel Fruchtleder machen will oder kleine Beeren trocknen möchte, muss man geeignetes Material zukaufen. Dafür schon einmal einen halben Stern Abzug. Ein weiterer Stern geht weg durch die vordere Klappe; man kann sie zwar leicht öffnen und schließen, aber erstens muss man sie komplett herausziehen, auch wenn man nur an das untere Gitter will und zweitens lässt sie sich nicht oben einrasten, sodass man sie immer irgendwo zur Seite legen muss . Mein Vorschlag wäre erstens eine Art Einrastvorrichtung zur stückweisen Öffnung des Autmaten und zweitens oben ein Scharnier oder Ähnliches, was die Klappe festhält. Super ist die praktische Timerfunktion in Halbstundenschritten, auch toll die Temperaturregelung in Fünferschritten von 35-70 Grad. Nervig allerdings, und das scheint bei Klarstein irgendwie Standart zu sein, ist der laute Piepston , der bei jedem Tastendruck ertönt, man kann ihn nicht ausschalten. Der Überhitzungsschutz tut sein übriges. Anbei liegt eine kurze Beschreibung auf Deutsch und Englisch. Diese könnte wie immer ausführlicher sein. Im großen und ganzen bin ich vollauf zufrieden mit diesem Dörrautomaten.

The six grids supplied are also practical. It's a shame that they don't come with different hole sizes. If you want to make fruit leather, for example, or dry small berries, you have to buy suitable material. That's half a star off. Another star goes to the front flap; you can open and close it easily, but firstly you have to pull it out completely, even if you only want to get to the bottom grid, and secondly it doesn't lock into place at the top, so you always have to put it to the side somewhere. My suggestion would be, firstly, a kind of locking mechanism to open the machine bit by bit and, secondly, a hinge or something similar at the top to hold the flap in place. The practical timer function in half-hour increments is great, and the temperature control in increments of five from 35-70 degrees is also great. What is annoying, however, and this seems to be somewhat standard with Klarstein, is the loud beep that sounds every time a button is pressed; you can't turn it off. The overheating protection does the rest. Attached is a short description in German and English. As always, this could be more detailed. All in all, I am completely satisfied with this dehydrator.

Je n'ai pas encore tout utilisé mais ce que j'ai testé c'est super ! (je cuisine beaucoup) très pratique, rapide et efficace, pas trop bruyant comme le disent certains commentaires, grande capacité, changement d'accessoires très facile, reste bien en place avec ses ventouses même à vitesse maxi. Prise en main très rapide, il est hyper simple à utiliser. Ce robot est vraiment complet pour un prix très raisonnable. En + il est beau, je l'ai pris en rouge. Outil indispensable dans votre cuisine Mesdames, toujours disponible à n'importe quel moment sur votre plan de travail, il remplace à lui seul tous vos robots encombrants qui traînent au fonds de vos placards ! Pour la livraison, très rapide et très bien emballé aussi.

(I cook a lot) very practical, quick and efficient, not too noisy as some comments say, large capacity, very easy to change accessories, stays in place with its suction cups even at maximum speed. Very quick to learn, it is super easy to use. This robot is really complete for a very reasonable price. Plus it's beautiful, I took it in red. An essential tool in your kitchen ladies, always available at any time on your work surface, it alone replaces all your bulky robots lying around in the back of your cupboards! For delivery, very fast and very well packaged too.
