Buenos días , yo quiero hacer una. Reclamación. respecto a esta cafetera. La verdad es que me ha gustado mucho. Estoy muy contenta con ella pero mi desilusión es sobre el dispensador para hacer el café. Ya que tengo muy poco tiempo de haberla comprado. Llevo unos tres meses con ella y la verdad está oxidado, así que creo que me deberían de dar otro, porque éste está muy mal

Good morning, I'd like to make a complaint about this coffee maker. The truth is, I really liked it. I'm very happy with it, but my disappointment is about the coffee dispenser. I only recently bought it. I've had it for about three months, and it's rusty, so I think they should give me another one because this one is in very bad condition.

Nach anfänglichen Neu-Nutzer-Problemen (ich hatte bis Dato "nur" eine Kapsel-Maschine) habe ich mich un eingefuchst und mit der Maschine angefreundet. Das hat mich in der 1.Woche einige ungenießbar Cremas gekostet, die im Ausguss gelandet sind. Mit der Espresso Zubereitung hatte ich keine Probleme. Die Einstellung für die das Mahlwerk musste ich auch erst herausfinden. Was aber schnell gelang. Bei der Reinigung der Mühle, muss man die restlichen Bohnen einmal so durchmahlen und aufheben für einen doppelten Esspresso. Den ich für meinen Crema, auf den ich am Morgen nicht verzichten will, eh’ benötige. Mein Fazit zur Maschine: ich war von der Optik begeistert und nun auch von Handhabung und den Resultaten der Espresso’s und Cremas. Wobei ich KEIN Kaffee-Experte bin. Mir muss das Resultat einfach nur schmecken ️ und das tut es!

After some initial problems as a new user (I "only" had a capsule machine up until then), I got used to it and became friends with the machine. This cost me a few undrinkable cremas in the first week, which ended up in the sink. I had no problems making espresso. I also had to figure out the grinder settings first, but I quickly got the hang of it. When cleaning the grinder, you have to grind the leftover beans once and save them for a double espresso. Which I need anyway for my crema, which I can't do without in the morning. My conclusion about the machine: I was impressed by the look and now also by the handling and the results of the espressos and cremas. Although I'm NOT a coffee expert, I just have to like the result ️, and it does!

Je mets 1 étoile pour son coté sympa, n'a jamais fonctionné correctement, et au bout de 3 mois kaput totalement. je suis si déçue, et si triste car je la voulais elle me plaisait vraiment beaucoup. ça fait 279 euros à la poubelle.. et j'ai mal à mon coeur.

No hace un ruido excesivo, lo normal. Creíamos que teníamos un problema con el molinillo, lo comente con el vendedor y obtuve respuesta inmediata y grata. Luego lo solucionamos nosotros ya que no era defecto de la maquina, no girábamos lo suficiente el deposito del café y de forma correcta. ( Nos daba miedo forzar y estropear la maquina). El resultado del café y espumador muy bueno. Manejo muy intuitivo. Por decir algo recomendaría al fabricante... el mango, cacillo que tuviera también una sola salida, para no tener que ajustar tamaño taza de café a las dos salidas del café. Para café expreso es algo grande para una taza.

It doesn't make excessive noise, which is normal. We thought we had a problem with the grinder, I told the seller and got an immediate and pleasant response. We then fixed it ourselves as it was not a defect in the machine, we were not turning the coffee container enough and correctly. (We were afraid of forcing it and damaging the machine). The coffee and foamer results were very good. Very intuitive to use. If I had to say something, I would recommend the manufacturer... the handle, the scoop that also had only one outlet, so as not to have to adjust the size of the coffee cup to the two coffee outlets. For espresso coffee it is a bit big for one cup.

Funciona perfecto, poco ruido y tamaño contenido. Hace un café excelente.Solo comentar que las instrucciones son un poco confusas. Supongo que se debe a la traducción al español, pero nada demasiado complicado.

Die Kombi der Maschine ist super, die Funktionen ebenfalls. Hätte aber gedacht bei einem Retrolook das die außen Hülle nicht soviel Plastik hat, auf dem Bild sieht diese viel Dunkelroter aus. Sonst nach den Anfängen gut zu bedienen, geht allein in einen Standby Modus was total toll ist. Ich bin sehr zufrieden , macht es aber bitte hochwertiger von der Haptik das hat nicht soviel mit Retro zu tun.

The machine's design is great, and so are its functions. However, with a retro look, I would have thought the outer shell wouldn't have so much plastic; in the picture, it looks much darker red. Otherwise, it's easy to use after a few initial uses; it goes into standby mode on its own, which is fantastic. I'm very satisfied, but please make it feel more premium; it doesn't have much to do with retro.

Der Kaffee schmeck sehr gut, der Milchaufschäumer braucht etwas länger bis er aufgeheizt ist aber funktioniert dann sehr gut. Preis Leistung finde ich sehr gut

The coffee tastes very good, the milk frother takes a little longer to heat up, but once it's heated up, it works very well. I think it's very good value for money.
