Aussehen tut der Weinkühlschrank super, aber ich bin jetzt genau 1 Monat aus der Garantie raus und er kühlt nicht mehr, die Dame im Kundendienst sagt, ich soll mich an einen örtlichen Service wenden, Klarstein interessiert das nicht mehr, Garantie ist abgelaufen, ganz ganz schlechter Service, vor allem bei diesem SEHR HOHEN PREIS, ganz klar keine Kaufempfehlung !!!!

The wine cooler looks great, but I'm exactly one month out of warranty and it's no longer cooling. The customer service representative told me to contact a local service center; Klarstein doesn't care anymore, the warranty has expired. Absolutely terrible service, especially considering the very high price. Definitely not recommended!

Preis Leistung finde ich in Ordnung. Leider waren die gebohrten Löcher nicht ganz passgenau. Ich musste die Bohrung nacharbeiten und anpassen. Kannten der Griffe waren sehr scharf, die musste ich auch nacharbeiten. Im ganzen sind wir aber mit dem Kühlschrank sehr zufrieden

I think the price-performance ratio is good. Unfortunately, the pre-drilled holes weren't quite accurate. I had to rework and adjust them. The edges of the handles were very sharp, so I had to smooth those as well. Overall, though, we're very happy with the refrigerator.

Der Weinkühlschrank kam pünktlich. Alles Bestens. Er war dann doch nur leider zu groß. Abholung hat unkompliziert geklappt. Vielen Dank. Haben jetzt einen kleineren bestellt. Bereits angekommen. Alles gut.

Wir haben den Kauf nicht bereut. Das Gerät ist leise und kühlt hervorragend. Leider hat die Fa. Klarstein keinen Kundendienst, sie ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, e-mails werden nicht beantwortet, daher muss ein Stern abgezogen werden. Wir hoffen inständig, daß das Gerät wenigstens während der gesetzlichen Garantiezeit intakt bleibt, da es keinen Kontakt zur Fa. Klarstein gibt.

We haven't regretted the purchase. The appliance is quiet and cools exceptionally well. Unfortunately, Klarstein has no customer service; they are unreachable by phone and emails go unanswered, so we have to deduct one star. We sincerely hope that the appliance will at least remain intact during the statutory warranty period, since there is no way to contact Klarstein.

Kühlschrank sieht sehr hochwertig aus und macht auch sonst einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Je nach Flaschenform passt jedoch nicht ganz die angegebene Menge an Flaschen rein. Kühlleistung ist bis jetzt tadellos, allerdings ist das Gerät nicht wirklich leise, man muss sich also an einen gewissen Geräuschpegel gewöhnen.

The refrigerator looks very high-quality and makes a very good impression overall. However, depending on the bottle shape, it doesn't quite hold the stated number of bottles. Cooling performance has been flawless so far, but the appliance isn't exactly quiet, so you have to get used to a certain noise level.

Hatte vorher zwei von einem anderen Hersteller - darf hier wohl den Namen nicht sagen -. Amazon hat sie anstandslos zurückgenommen. Das Problem bestand bei den unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Aber hier ist das genial gelöst. Zwei getrennte Bereiche, die man losgelöst voneinander betreiben kann. Hab zwar bist jetzt nur Bier gekühlt, aber das ging ratz fatz. Also erstmal voll zufrieden! Lieferung durch HERMES mit vorheriger brieflicher Ankündigung und es passte genau in die vorausgesagte Zeit. Verpackung, na ja, immer viel zu viel Müll, aber das muss wohl so sein. Beschreibung textlich okay und ausreichend. Sieht gut aus, ist seeehr leise und kommt sehr schnell auf Temperatur!!! Nachtrag: Es gibt Probleme, wenn der Kühler in einem Bereich mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung (Wintergarten bei uns!) steht, dann spinnen die Kontrolllampen und der Kühler ",piept", ständig, obwohl eigentlich alles okay ist. Haben ihn jetzt in eine dunklere Ecke geschoben und nun scheint alles wieder okay zu sein. In der Beschreibung steht nicht, dass es die Fehleranzeige ",F2", gibt und ich habe immer noch nicht herausbekommen, wofür diese steht.

I previously owned two coolers from another manufacturer – I'm probably not allowed to mention the name here – and Amazon accepted the return without any problems. The issue was the different temperatures. But this cooler has a brilliant solution. Two separate compartments that can be operated independently. I've only used it to chill beer so far, but it cooled down incredibly fast. So far, I'm completely satisfied! Delivery was handled by Hermes with prior notification by letter, and it arrived exactly on schedule. The packaging, well, there was always way too much waste, but I suppose that's how it has to be. The written description was adequate and sufficient. It looks good, is very quiet, and heats up very quickly! Update: There are problems when the cooler is in an area with direct sunlight (our conservatory!). The indicator lights go haywire, and the cooler constantly beeps, even though everything seems to be working fine. We've now moved it to a darker corner, and everything seems to be okay again. The description doesn't mention the error message "F2," and I still haven't figured out what it means.
