At the heart of the hob is a 3.4 kW wok burner built for serious high-heat cooking — stir-fries, searing, flambéing. Two 1.8 kW burners handle everyday tasks with ease, while the 1.0 kW auxiliary burner keeps sauces and stews at a gentle simmer without any risk of scorching.
