The 120 W DC motor runs across three fan speeds plus a Boost mode, yet stays impressively quiet during normal use — no louder than 39 dB, which is quieter than a relaxed conversation. The angled extraction surface channels airflow directly into the filters regardless of mounting height. For best results, fit the SleekAir 65–75 cm above your hob.
Keeping it clean is straightforward: the single-stage aluminium grease filter lifts out and goes straight in the dishwasher — no scrubbing, no expensive replacements.
