Ich bin 1,58 uns wie schon in einigen Bewertungen gesagt, ist es für alle rund um die 1,60 perfekt würde ich sagen. Es ist super leise. Zusammenbau war etwas fummelig, aber okay. Ich habe die Griffe nicht mit angebaut, um schneller absteigen zu können und ich ja eh die Hände am Schreibtisch habe. Ich frage mich, warum ich auf die Idee nicht schon vor 5 Jahren kam, als mein Home Office los ging! Ich kann nun super den Arbeitsweg simulieren und dabei arbeiten. Bin happy!

I'm 1.58m tall, and as some reviews have already mentioned, I'd say it's perfect for anyone around 1.60m. It's super quiet. Assembly was a bit fiddly, but manageable. I didn't attach the handles so I could get off more easily, and since my hands are usually on my desk anyway. I wonder why I didn't think of this five years ago when I started working from home! Now I can perfectly simulate my commute and work at the same time. I'm thrilled!

I highly recommend this exercise bike to anyone working from home. It helps bring more movement back into the workday. However, you will need a height-adjustable desk. The different resistance levels can be easily adjusted using a rotary knob. The saddle is wide and comfortable.

J'ai achete ce velo avec seul but de pedaler a mon bureau en jouant/travaillait et ca fait le taf Par contre, c'est dur de faire des longues sessions (+1h) car sans dossier, ca devient incomfortable au niveau du dos a terme. I bought this bike solely for pedaling at my desk while playing games/working, and it does the job. However, it's difficult to do long sessions (over an hour) because without a backrest, it becomes uncomfortable for my back in the long run. I haven't raised the handlebars because otherwise I can't put it under my desk. Also, I don't know why, but it regularly makes a *clang* noise with each pedal stroke, which disappears depending on the angle of my seat and pedaling speed. Very good for my use, but could be better.

+ Bien pour pédaler machinalement en réunion, couine très légèrement, relativement facile à monter, poids suffisant pour rester en place, résistance suffisante, expédition rapide, tarif (eu avec un coupon de 30 € de réduc) - Boitier de commande / de contrôle cassé dès la première fois qu'on appuie sur le bouton (qui s'est enfoncé et déboité directement), on voit l'intérieur et à quel point c'est cheap et c'est un gadget inutile > comme on ne peut pas faire de réclamation au vendeur sauf à faire un retour complet, poubelle directement puisque le reste convient. Aucun suivi des performances pour ceux que ça intéresse donc Selle un peu dure, j'ai commandé un cache selle en silicone pour ajouter dessus Les roulettes pour déplacer l'engin sont anecdotiques et quasiment inutiles Le système pour replier est pas top mais fonctionne En bref, je garde malgré les quelques inconvénients car les articles permettant de pédaler devant un bureau assis-debout ne sont pas si fréquents et à un tarif abordable, d'autant que l'objet est plus fait pour moi pour bouger un peu plutôt que de préparer le tour de France =p

No performance tracking for those interested, so... The saddle is a bit hard, I ordered a silicone seat cover to add to it. The wheels for moving the thing are a gimmick and practically useless. The folding mechanism isn't great but it works. In short, I'm keeping it despite the few drawbacks because products that allow you to pedal in front of a sit-stand desk aren't that common and at an affordable price, especially since it's more for me to get some exercise than to train for the Tour de France =p

Le vélo d'appartement pliable Capital Sports Azura a était acheter pour une utilisation devant un bureau assis-debout. Et j'en suis très satisfait. Le siège est assez confortable, certes je n'est pas encore fait de grosse sessions, mais pour l'instant ça va. Il est vraiment très silencieux et les niveaux de dureté de pédalage sont très correcte (le 8émes niveaux est vraiment dure à pédaler et c'est tant mieux :)). Il est vraiment agréable à utiliser devant un PC, les corne permette, si ont le veut, de faire de petites sessions a fonds mais aussi de bien ce maintenir ou de caler ses mains quand ont regarde une vidéos youtube... C'est pratique de pouvoir le plier, mais les roue pour le déplacer ne sont pas terrible sur du bois. Les corne qui sont très pratique, gène quand ont veut ce mettre devant le PC. Il aurait était bien de pouvoir les plier. Les pédales sont très bien pour des chaussures, mais des que vous êtes pied nue ou en chaussette, au bout de 20 minutes, des douleur ce font ressentir au pieds. je ne peux que recommander ce produit.

The Capital Sports Azura folding exercise bike was purchased for use in front of a sit-stand desk, and I'm very satisfied with it. The seat is quite comfortable; admittedly, I haven't done any strenuous workouts yet, but so far it's fine. It's really very quiet, and the pedal resistance levels are very good (level 8 is really hard to pedal, which is great!). It's really pleasant to use in front of a PC. The handlebars allow you to do short, intense workouts, but they also provide good support or hand rest when watching YouTube videos. It's convenient to be able to fold it, but the wheels for moving it aren't great on wood. The handlebars, while very practical, get in the way when you want to sit in front of the PC. It would have been nice to be able to fold them. The pedals are fine for shoes, but as soon as you're barefoot or in socks, after 20 minutes, you start to feel pain in your feet. I highly recommend this product.

L'emballage est très sûr, tout est bien stable dans le carton. Le mode d'emploi papier fourni dans le carton est en anglais et en allemand mais disponible en FR, IT et SP avec un QR-code (que je n'ai pas testé). Le montage est très simple, il suffit vraiment de respecter les étapes ; pas besoin d'outils perso, tout est livré sous blister, les clés et piles incluses. Néanmoins, je conseille de mettre des gants et un pantalon qui ne craint rien car les vis et boulons sont bien graissés. Une fois monté, le vélo est assez léger malgré sa robustesse (deutsche Qualität!!). Personnellement, je l'ai mis sur un vieux tapis de gym, ce qui me permet de le glisser facilement sous mon bureau puis l'enlever (il y a aussi des petites roulettes sur un pied mais il faut le basculer). Je ne l'ai pas replié mais il suffit de retirer la goupille, de plier le cadre, remettre la goupille : le vélo a alors perdu 1/3 de sa hauteur et peut se dissimuler dans un placard. A l'usage depuis 5 jours : je mesure 1,71m ; j'ai mis la selle au max et cela va bien. Toutefois, il ne faut pas s'attendre à être dans la même position que sur un vélo d'extérieur, les cuisses arrivent quasiment à l'horizontale. La selle est très large et un peu ferme pour mon derrière pas habitué (mais c'est comme pour le vélo). Je vais quand même rechercher une housse de selle en gel pour le confort. Je n'ai pas installé les poignets latérales pour en descendre facilement. Avis complètement subjectif : ce qui pourrait être amélioré est la console connectée que l'on pose sur une surface plane à côté de soi : son design est - à mon goût - un peu vieillot mais elle est bien conçue : on peut faire alterner les informations distance/vitesse/durée/calories automatiquement sur le mode SCAN ou sinon laisser sur une donnée choisie. Le seul cumul dans la durée est la distance en km mais qui se remet à 0 quand on change les piles. Autre bon point: les chiffres sont affichés assez gros, ce qui est pratique si on pose la console un peu plus loin et quand on n'a pas des yeux d'aigle ! Très honnêtement, je suis agréablement surprise par le rapport qualité-prix et ravie de mon achat. A voir avec le temps comment l'appareil vieillit.

The printed instruction manual included is in English and German, but also available in French, Italian, and Spanish via a QR code (which I haven't tested). Assembly is very simple; you just need to follow the steps. No personal tools are required, as everything is delivered in blister packs, including the keys and batteries. However, I recommend wearing gloves and trousers you don't mind getting dirty, as the screws and bolts are well-greased. Once assembled, the bike is quite light despite its sturdiness (German quality!). Personally, I placed it on an old gym mat, which allows me to easily slide it under my desk and then remove it (there are also small wheels on one foot, but you have to tilt it). I haven't folded it, but you simply remove the pin, fold the frame, and replace the pin: the bike then loses a third of its height and can be hidden in a cupboard. I've been using it for 5 days: I'm 1.71m tall; I've adjusted the saddle to its highest setting and it's a good fit. However, don't expect to be in the same position as on an outdoor bike; your thighs are almost horizontal. The saddle is very wide and a bit firm for my unaccustomed rear end (but that's the same as on a regular bike). I'm still going to look for a gel saddle cover for comfort. I haven't installed the side handles for easier dismounting. Completely subjective opinion: what could be improved is the connected console that you place on a flat surface next to you: its design is—in my opinion—a bit dated, but it's well-designed: you can automatically cycle through the distance/speed/time/calories information in SCAN mode, or leave it on a single chosen data point. The only cumulative data over time is the distance in kilometers, but this resets to 0 when you change the batteries. Another plus: the numbers are displayed quite large, which is handy if you place the console a bit further away and don't have eagle eyes! Quite honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised by the value for money and delighted with my purchase. We'll see how the device holds up over time.

Très satisfaite de mon achat. Très étonnée de la stabilité , et du peu de place que cela tient. L assise est très confortable et surtout vélo très silencieux. Je l ai installé au salon et je peux sans aucune difficulté regarder la télé pendant que j en fait. Je l ai mis dos contre un mur ce qui me permet parfois de caler mon dos mais le plus souvent je me tiens droite . Cela fait les muscles du dos et les abdo en plus . La selle est au minimum car je mesure 1m60 mais en la mettant en haut elle est adaptée pour les plus de 1m70. Je commence par 30min/jour devant un feuilleton pendant une semaine voire dix jours et ensuite j augmenterai le temps puis la.vitesse pour reprendre le sport en douceur

Very satisfied with my purchase. I'm very surprised by its stability and how little space it takes up. The seat is very comfortable, and above all, the bike is very quiet. I set it up in the living room, and I can easily watch TV while I use it. I've placed it with its back against a wall, which sometimes allows me to support my back, but most of the time I sit upright. It works my back muscles and abs as well. The seat is at its lowest setting because I'm 1.60m tall, but at its highest setting, it's suitable for people over 1.70m. I'm starting with 30 minutes a day watching a soap opera for a week or ten days, and then I'll gradually increase the time and speed to ease back into exercise.

Pour le prix, je recommande chaudement. Mes élèves apprécient de l'utiliser. Le colis est arrivé en très bon état.

Das Gerät kam einen Tag früher als angekündigt gut verpackt an. Mit dem beiliegenden Werkzeug konnte ich es allein relativ schnell zusammenbauen. Die Elektronik habe ich aber beiseitegelegt, da ich nur nach Gefühl mein geschädigtes Knie beim Fernsehen, Telefonieren usw. trainiere. Durch die Stellschraube, an die man während des Trainings gut drankommt, kann man den Wiederstand sehr gut anpassen. Bei mir steht das Gerät frei im Raum, wenn ich es wirklich als Bürostuhl nutzen wollte, müsste ich mir eine Art Stehpult dazukaufen. Die gerade Sitzposition ist mir angenehmer als auf einem Gerät mit Handgriffen, wo der Rücken immer gebeugt ist, außerdem fügt es sich dadurch besser zwischen den Möbeln ein. Es läuft leise genug, um z. B. zu telefonieren, bisher hat niemand nachgefragt, was da so brummt ;). Mein Knie wird wieder stabiler, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. PS Eine Nutzerin schrieb, dass die Sitzbreite durch die Handgriffe beengt sei. Ich komme damit zurecht, aber man kann die Haltestange, die an der Sattelstütze montiert ist, auch ohne Probleme weglassen. Wer beim Aufsteigen keinen Griff braucht, kann darauf verzichten.

The device arrived well-packaged a day earlier than expected. I was able to assemble it relatively quickly on my own using the included tools. I left the electronics aside, as I only train my injured knee by feel while watching TV, talking on the phone, etc. The resistance can be easily adjusted using the adjustment screw, which is easily accessible during training. My device stands freely in the room; if I wanted to use it as an office chair, I would have to buy a standing desk separately. The upright sitting position is more comfortable for me than on a device with handrails, where my back is always bent, and it also blends in better with the other furniture. It's quiet enough to, for example, talk on the phone; so far, no one has asked what the humming is. My knee is becoming more stable again, and I'm very happy with my purchase. PS: One user wrote that the seat width is narrow due to the handrails. I'm fine with it, but you can easily remove the support bar that's attached to the seat post. Ich bin begeistert. Einfach während der Arbeit ein bisschen vor sich hin trampeln. In 3 Monaten bin ich so ganze 600km gefahren. Der Sitz ist bequem. 1 kleinen Negativ Punkt gibt es allerdings Die Gumminoppen an den Füßen gehen öfter ab, wenn man sich das Radel unterm Schreibtisch zurecht schiebt.

Hab mir den Heimtrainier gekauft um auch im Büroalltag, vor allem im Home Office, etwas aktiv sein zu können und habe den Kauf absolut nicht bereut. Man benötigt dazu allerdings einen Höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch wenn man es dort nutzen möchte (den habe ich mir im gleichen Zug dann auch gegönnt). Der Heimtrainer ist seither fast täglich im Einsatz. Ideal für Online Meetings aber auch für jede andere Arbeit am Rechner. Meine Konzentration hat sich enorm verbessert seit ich dabei in die Pedale trete. Aber auch vor dem Fernseher lassen sich hier Kalorien ganz einfach neben bei verbrennen. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung! Die Stufen sind gut gestaffelt und können so eingestellt werden dass man wirklich nur ganz locker vor sich hin radelt oder aber auch richtig kräftig in die Pedale treten muss und alles dazwischen. Der Sitz ist bequem dass ich auch mal locker 2h vor mich hintreten kann ohne dass es übermäßig unbequem wird. Das Gerät ist stabil verarbeitet, lässt sich zusammen klappen und so platzsparend verräumen.

I bought this exercise bike to be more active during my workday, especially while working from home, and I absolutely haven't regretted it. You do need a height-adjustable desk if you want to use it there (which I also bought at the same time). The exercise bike has been in almost daily use ever since. It's ideal for online meetings, but also for any other work at the computer. My concentration has improved enormously since I started pedaling. It's also a great way to burn calories while watching TV. A definite recommendation! The resistance levels are well-spaced and can be adjusted so you can pedal very gently, or really push yourself, and everything in between. The seat is comfortable enough that I can easily pedal for two hours without it becoming too uncomfortable. The machine is sturdily built, folds up for easy storage, and is easy to put away.

18.5.22 Nachdem ich die Rezensionen gelesen hatte, dachte ich, es könnte mein Bike werden. Ich bin 1,63 groß und gerade nach einer KnieOP im Aufbau begriffen. Für meine Größe ist es wirklich ideal, ich sitze komfortabel und ich trete ruhig und gleichmäßig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, es langfristig am Schreibtisch zu nutzen. 3 Wochen nach OP trete ich mit Stufe 1. Auf meinem Ergometer könnte ich mit meiner eingeschränkten Beugung jetzt noch nicht trainieren. Auch wäre es sehr abenteuerllich, überhaupt in diese Position zu klettern. Auf diesen Sitz hier komme ich spielend leicht. Ich freue mich jeden Tag auf das kleine Workout. 10.7.22 Mittlerweile bin ich nicht mehr in der Reha-Phase. Und ich muss sagen, ich nutze das Rad nach wie vor gerne. Beim Arbeiten am Schreibtisch trete ich mit geringem Widerstand, aber wenn ich mal Gas geben möchte, finde ich die hohen Widerstände nicht übel. Natürlich ist das Rad kein Ergometer, aber auspowern kann ich mich durchaus. Seinen eigentlichen Zweck des Untertischfahrrads erfüllt es spitze.

May 18, 2022: After reading the reviews, I thought this might be the bike for me. I'm 1.63 meters tall and currently recovering from knee surgery. It's really ideal for my height; I sit comfortably and pedal smoothly and evenly. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I can easily imagine using it at my desk long-term. Three weeks post-surgery, I'm already using resistance level 1. With my limited range of motion, I couldn't train on my exercise bike yet. It would also be quite an adventure just getting into that position. Getting onto this seat is a breeze. I look forward to my little workout every day. July 10, 2022: I'm no longer in the rehab phase. And I have to say, I still enjoy using the bike. When working at my desk, I pedal with low resistance, but when I want to push myself, I find the higher resistance levels quite enjoyable. Of course, it's not an exercise bike, but I can definitely work up a sweat. It fulfills its actual purpose as an under-table bicycle perfectly.

Mit dem Fahrrad hab ich jetzt einen sportlichen Arbeitsplatz. Diese Kombination Arbeiten und gleichzeitig Sport machen funktioniert prima. Auch die Koordination wird hier gefördert...gefällt mir richtig gut.

Ich habe mir das Rad für mein Home Office Büro gekauft. Ich finde die Idee super und es funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Es lässt sich zusammen klappen und auch auf den kleinen Rollen halbwegs gut verschieben. Leider ist es deutlich höher als ein normaler Stuhl, weshalb man beachten sollte, das man unbedingt einen höhen Verstellbaren Tisch braucht. Durch den festen Stand ist das Verrutschen wenn man drauf sitzt nicht wirklich möglich. Gut und schlecht. Sich etwas zurechtzurücken ist nur schwer möglich. Ich arbeite gern mit dem Rad

I bought this chair for my home office. I think the idea is great, and it works perfectly. It folds up and is relatively easy to move around on its small wheels. Unfortunately, it's significantly higher than a normal chair, so you absolutely need a height-adjustable desk. Because it's so stable, it doesn't really slip when you're sitting on it. That's both a good and a bad thing. Adjusting your position is difficult. I enjoy working with the chair.

Qualität: 4 Sterne, Lieferzeit: 3 Sterne Max. SItzeinstellung: 2 Sterne (zu tief, aber lösbar) . Ich habe die Rezesinen gelesen und nicht gegleubt, dass es tatsächlich so klein ausgelegt ist. Ich bin nur 171cm, und hab nach 2 Tage Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Ich kamm mir wie in ein Kinderfahrad vor, mit den Knien über die Hüften beim Pedalieren. Dann habe ich aber den Sitz mit ein Paar 8mm Mutter und Schrauben (7€ im Baumarkt - siehe Foto) um ACHT cm (!) erhöht und erst jetzt habe ich die ergonomisch richtige Kniebeugung von 5° mit gestecktem Bein bekommen Fazit: Mit der richtige SItzhöhe für Sie ein gutes Gerät. Sollten SIe aber über 163 cm groß sein, dann müssen Sie die Sitzhöhe selber mit zusätzlichem Aufwand anpassen, um spätere Schäden vorzubeugen.

Quality: 4 stars, Delivery time: 3 stars, Max. seat adjustment: 2 stars (too low, but fixable). I read the reviews and didn't believe it was actually designed to be so small. I'm only 171cm tall, and after two days I had back pain. I felt like I was on a child's bike, with my knees over my hips when pedaling. Then I raised the seat by eight centimeters (!) using a couple of 8mm nuts and bolts (€7 at the hardware store - see photo), and only now did I achieve the ergonomically correct 5° knee bend with my leg straight. Conclusion: With the correct seat height for you, it's a good device. However, if you are over 163cm tall, you will have to adjust the seat height yourself with additional effort to prevent future problems.

Benutze das Desk-Bike regelmäßig während meiner Home-Office-Besprechungen. Allerdings sind die Haltegriffe nicht gerade für ein "gebärfreudiges Becken" geeignet. Der Abstand der Griffe beträgt bei mir 47cm. Dies ist für mich gerade noch ausreichend... Allerdings: umso kleiner das Gerät , desto besser zum verstauen.

I use the desk bike regularly during my home office meetings. However, the handlebars aren't exactly suitable for someone with a wider pelvis. The distance between the handlebars is 47cm for me, which is just about sufficient. However, the smaller the device, the easier it is to store.

Leider ist das Produkt von der Sitzhöhe so wie ich es benötige zu hoch für ein normalen Schreibtisch. Dennoch find ich das Gerät super, da es bequem, sehr leise und super kompakt ist. 2 Punkte Abzug einmal wegen verfehltem Zweck und einmal weil ein paar Teile etwas zu billig verarbeitet sind und etwas nach Chemie riechen.

Unfortunately, the seat height is too high for my needs on a standard desk. Nevertheless, I think the device is great because it's comfortable, very quiet, and super compact. I'm deducting two points: one for not being suitable for my intended purpose and one because a few parts are somewhat cheaply made and have a slight chemical smell.

Aufbau in 20 Minuten erledigt. Einstellung läuft intuitiv einfach. Fährt locker mit drei Monitoraufhängungen plus Monitore zuverlässig hoch und runter. Die 4 Programmplätze für Höhen sind klasse. 1= Stehplatz, 2= Höhe fürs Tischfahrrad, 3= Sitzhöhe, 4= Höhe für den Sohnemann Nach einigen Wochen im Einsatz absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Assembly was completed in 20 minutes. Setup is intuitively simple. It easily raises and lowers three monitor mounts and monitors reliably. The four preset height settings are fantastic: 1 = standing position, 2 = height for a stationary bike, 3 = seated height, 4 = height for my son. After several weeks of use, I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

Seit geraumer Zeit arbeite ich fast die ganze Zeit im Homeoffice und bewege mich dabei noch weniger als im Büro, was so langsam körperliche Spuren hinterlässt. Ich wollte daher ein Desk Bike ausprobieren und habe mich aufgrund des in meinen Augen angemessenen Preises für das Bike von Capital Sports entschieden und bin sehr begeistert! Das Zusammenschrauben war einfach und nach kurzer Zeit stand das Bike schon testbereit unterm höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Dieses kleine Bike lässt sich super in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren und nimmt kaum Platz weg, insbesondere zusammengeklappt. Das Bike fährt leise und kann auch problemlos während Telefon- oder Videokonferenzen genutzt werden. Der mitgelieferte Tracker gewinnt zwar keinen Schönheitspreis und ist sehr groß, aber er zeigt alle wichtigen Infos an (wie Zeit, Strecke, Kalorienverbrauch, Geschwindigkeit), so dass ich voll zufrieden damit bin. Andere Hersteller kommen zwar mit einer App daher, aber ich persönlich habe schon genug Apps auf dem Handy und finde das unnötig. Größere Menschen sollten jedoch prüfen, ob das Bike für sie geeignet ist, denn ich habe mit meinen 1,75m den Sattel auf die maximale Höhe gestellt und das passt gerade noch so. Alles in allem ist hier die Preis-Leistung einfach spitze und der Kauf absolut empfehlenswert!!

For some time now, I've been working almost exclusively from home, which means I'm moving even less than I would in the office, and it's starting to take its toll on my body. So I wanted to try a desk bike and, based on what I considered a reasonable price, I chose the one from Capital Sports, and I'm thrilled with it! Assembling it was easy, and after a short time, the bike was ready to go under my height-adjustable desk. This little bike integrates perfectly into my daily work routine and takes up hardly any space, especially when folded. The bike is quiet and can easily be used during phone or video conferences. The included tracker isn't exactly a looker and is quite large, but it displays all the important information (like time, distance, calories burned, speed), so I'm completely satisfied with it. Other manufacturers offer an app, but I personally already have enough apps on my phone and find that unnecessary. Taller people should check if the bike is suitable for them, though, because at 1.75m (5'9"), I had to adjust the saddle to its maximum height, and it was just barely a comfortable fit. All in all, the price-performance ratio is simply outstanding and the purchase is highly recommended!!

Ausklappen,Schräubchen justieren und fertig. Am Schreibtisch ist es noch etwas ungewohnt und man muss schon schauen, dass es halb drunter passt. Zum Glück passt es mit meinem Schreibtisch und ich komme beim radeln auch noch an meinen PC ran. Die Einstellung von leicht bis schwerer ist einfach per Drehknopf zu verstellen. Beim konzenteierten arbeiten nutze ich meist die leichte Einstellung. Die Haltegriffe sind etwas ungewohnt aber so sitzt man zumindest gerade trotz nicht vorhandener Rückenlehne. Homeoffice macht zwar dadurch nicht mehr Spaß aber so sitzt man nicht nur still am Schreibtisch und kann etqas an der Figur arbeiten.

Unfold it, adjust the screws, and you're done. It feels a bit unusual at the desk, and you have to make sure it fits halfway underneath. Luckily, it fits with my desk, and I can still reach my PC while cycling. Adjusting the resistance from light to heavy is easy with a rotary knob. I usually use the light setting when concentrating. The handgrips take some getting used to, but at least you sit upright despite the lack of a backrest. It doesn't make working from home any more enjoyable, but at least you're not just sitting still at your desk and can do something to improve your fitness.

Les poignets de chaque côté de l'assise permettent de se tenir si nécessaire lors de séances plus intenses. La difficulté peut se régler très facilement au cours de la séance. Un boitier externe et mobile permet de voir en temps réel la distance parcourue, le temps passé et les calories dépensées. Je suis vraiment très contente de cet achat.
