The prices of our products are subject to fluctuations, which depend on supply and demand, limited promotional sales and many other factors. Please understand that we are unable to provide any further information relating to our internal price calculations.
We often display our discount codes in the website. Also, registering to our Newsletter would give you a GBP 10,00 voucher.

In case you have subscribed to our newsletter and you didn't receive a voucher, please contact our customer service. We will provide a solution for you.
In the case you have already placed an order, and later you find the same product cheaper, in one of our shops, you can contact our customer service during the 14 days Cooling-Off Period, and we will proceed with a partial refund of the price difference.
In case you placed an order but you did not receive any confirmation, please contact our customer service with the following: Full name and email address used for the purchase.
If you cannot recognize the charge on your bank account please check with family members or friends if they placed an order on your behalf.
In case you still cannot find any order placed, please contact our customer service. We will provide a solution for you.
In case you have transferred us more money than needed or your credit card was charged the wrong amount, please contact our customer service. We will provide a solution for you.

Your proof of payment should include the following information:

- to which PayPal account (our e-mail) you paid
- Amount, date
(Credit/Debit Card)
- the e-mail address with which you ordered
- Amount, date
(Bank Transfer)
- Who made the transfer? (Account holder, IBAN)
- To which account was the money transferred? (our account number)
- Amount, date
- Intended use
