Banco resistente y polivalente, aunque su construcción no sea perfecta (banco y respaldo mal alineados) y le añadí alguna arandela por que los tornillos quedaban flojos en general es un buen banco con un muy buen precio.

Excellent bench! I bought it with a coupon and it's better than many others for the same price! Nice padding, sturdy, stable, doesn't creak, and the adjustments are very sturdy and precise. The only flaw is that the footrest doesn't have foam padding, but that doesn't cause any problems during exercises. I highly recommend it; excellent quality and nice finishes!

No soy experto en bancos pero yo estoy bastante contento con el banco, es resistente, es cómodo y estoy contento con él. El montarlo no es difícil. Por el precio yo creo que es de los mejores que se pueden comprar, por lo menos lo era hace 8-9 meses. Llevo usándolo casi un año y estoy contento con él. El único defectillo que le veo es que para regular la inclinación creo que tienes que desenroscar un poco la rosca de la foto número 5, tirar hacia atrás, cambiar la inclinación y luego volver a enroscarlo porque creo que así está más firme, yo prefería que tolo tuviera que tirar hacia atrás: 9,5/10

I'm no bench expert, but I'm quite happy with this bench. It's sturdy, comfortable, and I'm satisfied with it. Assembly isn't difficult. For the price, I think it's one of the best you can buy; at least it was 8-9 months ago. I've been using it for almost a year now and I'm happy with it. The only minor flaw I see is that to adjust the tilt, I think you have to loosen the screw in photo number 5 a little, pull it back, change the tilt, and then screw it back in. I think it's more secure that way, but I would have preferred that you only had to pull it back. 9.5/10

Ho comprato questa panca per allenarmi in casa e da trasportare in vacanza! La struttura è solida e confortevole e da chiusa occupa poco spazio. Il problema è che i fori dello schienale non erano allineati e non ci sono imbottiture per le caviglie. Ho risolto facendo nuovi fori con viti autofilettanti ed ho acquistato a pochi euro della guaina isolante per tubi per i fermi delle caviglie.

I bought this bench to work out at home and take on vacation! The structure is solid and comfortable, and it takes up little space when folded. The problem was that the holes in the backrest weren't aligned, and there's no ankle padding. I fixed this by drilling new holes with self-tapping screws and purchased some pipe insulation for the ankle supports for a few euros.

Estamos ante un banco que por su precio la calidad es bastante buena. La estructura es robusta y el banco se siente firme, en ningún momento sientes miedo por meter peso. Lleva tornillos de anclaje rápido, lo cuál me sorprende por el precio y se agradece enormemente. Se pliega fácilmente ocupando muy poco espacio. Es lo mas parecido a un banco de gimnasio que se puede encontrar por este precio. El pedido llego días antes de la fecha prevista de entrega. Por poner un pero, que también lo he visto en otros comentarios. Son las instrucciones, que solo traen dos " esquemas" pero no es tan difícil montarlo como mencionan algunos. Recomiendo totalmente su compra.

The order arrived a few days before the estimated delivery date. If I had to find a fault, which I've also seen mentioned in other reviews, it would be the instructions, which only include two diagrams. Robustezza e praticità sono molto buone, peccato per il piede davanti la seduta che ostacola un po' il posizionamento dei piedi in alcuni esercizi, però immagino sia funzionale al fatto che sia pieghevole.

The sturdiness and practicality are very good, it's a shame about the foot in front of the seat which makes it a bit difficult to position your feet during some exercises, but I imagine it's functional given that it's foldable.

Assemblaggio piuttosto difficile per chi non ha dimestichezza con chiavi inglesi e cacciavite, ma le istruzioni sono comunque chiare. Sono riuscito a montarlo in quanto me la cavo bene con il “fai da te”. Ho testato il prodotto ed è di ottima qualità. comodo e facilmente richiudibile. se proprio si vuole trovare una pecca sono i piedini in plastica e non in gomma. Lo consiglio!

Why 4 stars? It arrived extremely late (after 20 days), but that wasn't the seller's fault, but the courier's. In fact, I contacted the seller's customer service, and they promptly responded and solved the problem. Assembly was quite difficult for those who aren't familiar with wrenches and screwdrivers, but the instructions were clear. I managed to assemble it because I'm good at DIY. I tested the product, and it's excellent quality. It's comfortable and folds easily. If I really want to find a flaw, it's that the feet are plastic, not rubber. I recommend it!

Ho acquistato questa panca multifunzione dopo mesi e mesi di ricerca, volevo qualcosa di: 1)Robusto, 2)Pratico, 3) Multifunzione. Questa panca racchiude tutti i tre grandissimi aspetti. Ero scettico finché non ho visto il prodotto con i miei occhi, mi ci son serviti soli 40 minuti per montarla e per questo vi serviranno solo sei chiavi: due chiavi di 10/ due chiavi di 17 e due chiavi di 19. Presente assolutamente tutta la bulloneria necessaria per il montaggio completo. Regge più carico di quanto pensassi e questo è fondamentale. Sono un cliente che ricerca ottime recensioni e se stai cercando qualcosa di ottimale per uso domestico allora acquista questa panca perché non verrete assolutamente delusi. Complimenti davvero, Oltre alla praticità un prodotto così bello anche a livello estetico è difficile da trovare. Se ci fossero sei stelle, sarebbero solo che meritate. CONSIGLIATISSIMA.

I'm writing this review with the sole purpose of guiding the next customer to purchase a truly decent product. I purchased this multifunctional bench after months and months of research. I wanted something: 1) Sturdy, 2) Practical, 3) Multifunctional. This bench combines all three of these great aspects. I was skeptical until I saw the product with my own eyes. It took me only 40 minutes to assemble, and you only need six wrenches: two size 10 wrenches, two size 17 wrenches, and two size 19 wrenches. All the necessary hardware for complete assembly is included. It holds more weight than I thought, and that's crucial. I'm a customer who looks for excellent reviews, and if you're looking for something excellent for home use, then buy this bench because you won't be disappointed. Congratulations! Besides being practical, such a beautiful product, even aesthetically, is hard to find. If there were six stars, they would be deserved. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ich fühle mich darauf sicher und sie wackelt kein bisschen. Getestet habe ich sie bisher mit 65kg Körpergewicht und 2 x 27,5kg Kurzhanteln. Negativer Geruch ist quasi keiner vorhanden. Alles wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Verbessern könnte man den Mechanismus zum Einstellen der Höhe eventuell noch. Da es sich um zwei Schrauben handelt, die man im zugeklappten Zustand raus nimmt, muss man bei jedem Verstellen erst für ein paar Sekunden auf- und zu drehen. Die Löcher findet man auch etwas schlecht, an denen die Schraube fixiert werden kann, sodass ich immer etwas hin- und her bewegen muss bis ich die Bank in der gewünschten Höhe fixiert bekomme.

So far, I've tested it with my 65kg body weight and two 27.5kg dumbbells. There's practically no unpleasant odor. Everything is exactly as I wanted it. The height adjustment mechanism could perhaps be improved. Since it involves two screws that you remove when the bench is folded, you have to turn it open and closed for a few seconds every time you want to adjust it. The holes for the screws are also a bit difficult to find, so I always have to wiggle it around a bit until I can lock the bench at the desired height.

Solida e con portata intorno ai 300 Kg (altre panche della stessa fascia superano di poco i 100 Kg). Cuscini ben imbottiti e di larghezza sufficiente. Per quanto riguarda il montaggio, forse un po' laborioso l'avvitamento dei dadi sulle viti di media lunghezza (non si capisce sempre quali vadano serrati al 100% e quali solo al 90% per non impedire il corretto scivolamento di alcune parti). Vedrò nel tempo come si comporta la panca.

Ho acquistato questa panca con l'idea principale di usarla per fare panca piana, quindi usando pesi e non per fare semplicemente addominali.- Il PRO principale, per me, è stata la possibilità di usare una inclunazione negativa: di solito le altre panche arrivano al massimo ad una posizione parallela al pavimento. Questa si può piegare ulteriormente.- I perni per fissare lo schienale e la seduta nelle varie posizioni è sia a molla, sia a vite, garantendo un'ottima stabilità.- La panca è solida: non c'è gioco tra le parti (schienale e struttura) ed in più rimane stabile ferma sul pavimento, senza movimenti se si utilizzano pesi.- La gommapiuma degli schienali è ottima: non rimane impresso nulla e il rivestimento, in simil-pelle, è bello da vedere e pratico da pulire.- Oltre ai perni a vite/molla usati per lo schienale e la seduta, ci sono altri due perni estraibili come sicura ulteriore per chiuderla.- Lo spazio tra seduta e schienale non è molto, ma se sdraiati, lo si avverte (io ho risolto spostandomi seggermente in su e non ho nessun problema)- Nonostante la solida struttura, la si solleva facilmente. Nessuno sforzo eccessivo per chiuderla.- C'è un appoggio/appiglio per i piedi per fare addominali: mai usato, ma ottima l'idea- Una volta chiusa, occupa davvero poco spazio- La panca arriva completamente smontata. Tempo di montaggio: 1hUnico neo (che ha fatto lievitare i tempi di montaggio) sono stati i bulloni forniti insieme alla panca: la filettatura era difettosa, quindi ho dovuto prendere dei bulloni che già avevo (la dimensione è standard, quindi si trovano facilmente anche al brico).In definitiva, la panca è eccezionale, da usare sia con pesi, sia per addominali. I bought this bench with the main idea of using it for flat bench presses, therefore using weights and not simply for doing sit-ups. - The main PRO, for me, was the possibility of using a negative inclination: usually other benches reach a maximum position parallel to the floor. This can be folded further. - The pins for securing the backrest and seat in the various positions are both spring and screw, ensuring excellent stability. - The bench is solid: there is no play between the parts (backrest and frame) and it remains stable on the floor, without moving when using weights. - The foam rubber on the backrests is excellent: nothing leaves imprints and the faux leather upholstery is beautiful to look at and easy to clean. - In addition to the screw/spring pins used for the backrest and seat, there are two other removable pins as an additional safety feature for closing it. - The space between the seat and the backrest is not much, but when lying down, you can feel it (I solved this by moving slightly upwards and I have no problem) - Despite the solid structure, it is easy to lift. No excessive effort is required to fold it. - There is a foot rest/handle for doing sit-ups: never used, but a great idea. - Once folded, it takes up very little space. - The bench arrives completely disassembled. Assembly time: 1 hour. The only downside (which increased assembly time) were the bolts that came with the bench: the threads were faulty, so I had to use bolts I already had (the size is standard, so they're easy to find even at hardware stores). Ho acquistato questa panca con l'idea principale di usarla per fare panca piana, quindi usando pesi e non per fare semplicemente addominali. - Il PRO principale, per me, è stata la possibilità di usare una inclunazione negativa: di solito le altre panche arrivano al massimo ad una posizione parallela al pavimento. Questa si può piegare ulteriormente. - I perni per fissare lo schienale e la seduta nelle varie posizioni è sia a molla, sia a vite, garantendo un'ottima stabilità. - La panca è solida: non c'è gioco tra le parti (schienale e struttura) ed in più rimane stabile ferma sul pavimento, senza movimenti se si utilizzano pesi. - La gommapiuma degli schienali è ottima: non rimane impresso nulla e il rivestimento, in simil-pelle, è bello da vedere e pratico da pulire. - Oltre ai perni a vite/molla usati per lo schienale e la seduta, ci sono altri due perni estraibili come sicura ulteriore per chiuderla. - Lo spazio tra seduta e schienale non è molto, ma se sdraiati, lo si avverte (io ho risolto spostandomi seggermente in su e non ho nessun problema) - Nonostante la solida struttura, la si solleva facilmente. Nessuno sforzo eccessivo per chiuderla. - C'è un appoggio/appiglio per i piedi per fare addominali: mai usato, ma ottima l'idea - Una volta chiusa, occupa davvero poco spazio - La panca arriva completamente smontata. Tempo di montaggio: 1h Unico neo (che ha fatto lievitare i tempi di montaggio) sono stati i bulloni forniti insieme alla panca: la filettatura era difettosa, quindi ho dovuto prendere dei bulloni che già avevo (la dimensione è standard, quindi si trovano facilmente anche al brico). In definitiva, la panca è eccezionale, da usare sia con pesi, sia per addominali. Facile da montare, occupa poco spazio. Spedizione super veloce: arrivata un giorno prima rispetto al periodo indicato. Consigliata.

I purchased this bench primarily for flat bench presses, meaning using weights, rather than simply doing sit-ups. The main advantage, for me, was the ability to use a negative inclination: other benches typically reach a maximum position parallel to the floor. This one can be folded further. The pins for securing the backrest and seat to the various positions are both spring-loaded and screw-type, ensuring excellent stability. The bench is solid: there's no play between the parts (backrest and frame), and it remains stable on the floor, without moving when using weights. The foam on the backrests is excellent: nothing leaves marks, and the faux leather upholstery is beautiful and easy to clean. In addition to the screw/spring pins used for the backrest and seat, there are two additional removable pins as an additional safety feature for closing it. - The space between the seat and the backrest isn't much, but when you lie down, you can feel it (I solved it by moving it up slightly and I have no problem). - Despite the solid structure, it is easy to lift. Folding it doesn't require much effort. - There is a foot rest/handle for doing sit-ups: never used, but a great idea. - Once folded, it takes up very little space. - The bench arrives completely disassembled. Assembly time: 1 hour. The only downside (which increased assembly time) were the bolts that came with the bench: the thread was faulty, so I had to use bolts I already had (the size is standard, so they are easy to find even at DIY stores). Ultimately, the bench is exceptional, suitable for both weights and sit-ups. Easy to assemble, takes up very little space. Super fast shipping: arrived a day earlier than expected. Recommended.

Questa panca vale veramente la spesa per acquistarla. Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Bisogna assemblarla ma con un po di pazienza ci si riesce. La trovo molto resistente. La cosa eccezionale che non c'è bisogno di comprare 3 panche perché in questa include diverse inclinazioni per: pettorali alti, panca piana, panca per addominali. Non solo ha tanti pregi, ma si piega pure! Occupa poco spazio veramente. L'unica panca completa e migliore in assoluto!

This bench is definitely worth the money. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase. It does require assembly, but with a little patience, you can do it. I find it very durable. The great thing is that you don't need to buy three benches because this one includes different incline settings for: upper chest, flat bench, and abdominal bench. Not only does it have many advantages, but it also folds up! It takes up very little space. The only complete and best bench ever!

El banco esta muy bueno. Se ve resistente ; que aguanta peso. Lo unico malo es que viene completamente desarmado, trae varios tamaños de tornillos y tuercas y no trae las herramientas (llaves) para armarlo Y las instruccines no son buenas. Tardé mucho en armarlo. ventaja que me gusto, es plegable, aunque como el banco es robusto cuesta un poco,pero vale la pena. Conclusion: el unico problema es que no trajo herramientas para armarlo

The bench is very good. It seems sturdy and can hold weight. The only downside is that it comes completely disassembled, with various sizes of screws and nuts, but no tools (wrenches) for assembly. The instructions are also poor. It took me a long time to put it together. Instruction manual was TERRIBLE and the box arrived with a massive hole in the bottom and a few nuts and bolts were missing, but thankfully I had spares at home. 1 star off because of terrible delivery mechanism, but the bench itself is great. Compact and a lot stronger than you think it's going to be to look at it.

Arrivata piuttosto velocemente (ho avuto un piccolo intoppo dovuto a un pezzo difettoso, ma mi è stata sostituita tutta la scatola in tempi altrettanto rapidi) l'ho finalmente provata per qualche settimana. La panca è solidissima e comoda in tutte le posizioni. Facile da maneggiare una volta piegata occupa veramente poco spazio. Consigliata.

Panca ben fatta , robusta, affidabile, la sua forma permette di poter svolgere un gran numero di esercizi, ripiegata ha dimensioni di ingombro molto limitate (si puo' comodamente riporre ovunque). Trovo inoltre il "design" molto piacevole e moderno (potrebbe anche ben figurare come complemento d'arredo perchè no). Senza dubbio ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
