Pendant le montage du produit, la coupole en verre à monter en dernier après avoir vissé les ampoules, s'est cassée. Je n'arrive pas à trouver cette pièce détachée, ni à obtenir de l'aide pour en récupérer une même en écrivant directement au vendeur, et la partie "aide" du site officiel Klarstein ne fonctionne pas. Avez-vous une solution ?

During the assembly of the product, the glass dome to be installed last after screwing in the bulbs, broke. I cannot find this spare part, nor get help to recover one even by writing directly to the seller, and the "help" part of the official Klarstein website does not work. Do you have a solution ?

Fabrication solide, belle qualité, effectivement très silencieux à vitesse 1, acceptable à 3.... Cependant la notice de montage n'est pas parfaite du tout, il devrait prendre exemple sur Ikea qui reste "la" référence..., je vous conseille notamment de monter les 4 pales avant d'accrocher le moteur... et ils auraient quand même pu mettre aussi 2 chevilles plastic/nylon de 50x8mm avec leurs visses plafond !... enfin le système d'accroche nylon des tirettes marche/arrêt est assez fragile et pas remplaçable facilement... (j'en ai cassé une, heureusement celle de la lumière !). Enfin, une télécommande aurait été vraiment parfait, mon appareil est accroché à 3.40m ! Conclusion: je suis très content de mon achat, très bonne qualité/prix.

Solid manufacturing, good quality, actually very quiet at speed 1, acceptable at 3.... However the assembly instructions are not perfect at all, it should take the example of Ikea which remains "the" reference..., I advises you in particular to mount the 4 blades before hanging the motor... and they could still have also put 2 plastic/nylon dowels measuring 50x8mm with their ceiling screws!... finally the nylon hanging system for the pullers works /stop is quite fragile and not easily replaceable... (I broke one, fortunately the light one!). Finally, a remote control would have been really perfect, my device is hung at 3.40m! Conclusion: I am very happy with my purchase, very good quality/price.

Wir haben den Ventilator für einen ca. 10m³ großen Raum erworben. Der Aufbau war etwas umständlich, die Anleitung gut beschrieben und bebildert. Wir empfehlen die Montage zu zweit vorzunehmen. Der Aufbau ist etwas tricky, da die Rotorblätter (nach Anleitung) erst anmontiert werden sollten als der Ventilator bereits an der Decke hing, dies musste durch eine Montageöffnung in der Lampenöffnung geschehen (über-Kopf-arbeiten). Könnte mir vorstellen, dass eine andere Reihenfolge hier einfacher wäre (erst Vormontage dann einhängen in die Decken-Halterung). Zuerst wird (lt. Anleitung) eine Deckenhalterung angebohrt dann der Rotor (ca. 6 kg) eingehängt, nicht wundern er hängt frei in einer Art Gelenkhöhle (ohne weiter Fixierung), danach wird eine Abdeckung darüber mit vier Schräubchen fixiert. Im Anschluss werden die Rotorblätter - auf denen man vorher die Befestigungsbleche fixiert hat – wie oben beschrieben durch die Öffnung der Lampe angeschraubt – hierbei muss der Ventilator festgehalten werden damit sich die Montageöffnung nicht verschiebt. Dieser Teil ist tricky – wir haben hier eine Stirnlampe verwendet um die Schraublöcher besser sehen zu können. Ausgleichsgewichte (wie ein Bewerte beschrieben) lagen unserer Verpackung nicht bei, scheinen aber auch nicht notwendig, da der Rotormotor gerade an der Achse herunterhängt und der Rotor rund läuft auch ein empfohlenes (Ver)biegen der Rotorbleche (wie einer der Bewerter beschrieben hat) uns nicht sinnvoll erscheint, da alle Blätter im gleichen Winkel montiert sind und es keine Unwucht gab. (Hier darauf achten, dass die Montagebleche bei allen Rotorblättern identisch angeschraubt werden – es gibt eine rauere Seite.) Der Ventilator hat einen Schalter am Gehäuse (ohne Schnur) bei dem von Sommer auf Winter umgeschaltet werden kann (Drehrichtung ändert sich). Dann eine Schnur an dem das Licht ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann und eine Schnur für die drei Geschwindigkeitsstufen. Die direkt am Ventilator eingestellte Rotation und Lichtfunktion kann dann über den Lichtschalter an der Wand einfach nur ein/aus geschaltet werden. Die schwache Stufe ist sehr geräuscharm, sodass man hierbei sicher auch gut schlafen kann. Die Verarbeitung des Ventilators ist hochwertig, alle Elemente sind aufeinander passgenau abgestimmt. Die Rotorblätter in Holzoptik weisen unterschiedliche Maserungen auf, um so die Illusion von Holz unterstützen. Wir würden diesen Ventilator jederzeit wieder kaufen.

We bought the fan for an approx. 10m³ room. The assembly was a bit cumbersome, the instructions were well described and illustrated. We recommend two people to carry out the assembly. The construction is a bit tricky, since the rotor blades (according to the instructions) should only be mounted when the fan was already hanging from the ceiling, this had to be done through a mounting hole in the lamp opening (work overhead). I could imagine that a different order would be easier here (first pre-assembly then hanging in the ceiling bracket). First (according to the instructions) a ceiling bracket is drilled, then the rotor (approx. 6 kg) is hung in, no wonder it hangs freely in a kind of joint cavity (without further fixation), then a cover is fixed over it with four small screws. The rotor blades - on which the mounting plates were previously fixed - are then screwed on through the opening of the lamp as described above - the fan must be held tight so that the mounting opening does not shift. This part is tricky - we used a headlamp here to get a better look at the screw holes. Balancing weights (as described by one reviewer) were not included in our packaging, but they do not seem necessary either, since the rotor motor is hanging straight down on the axle and the rotor runs smoothly. We also recommended (bending) the rotor laminations (as described by one of the reviewers). doesn't seem sensible since all the blades are mounted at the same angle and there was no imbalance. (Ensure here that the mounting plates are screwed on identically for all rotor blades - there is a rougher side.) The fan has a switch on the housing (without a cord) with which you can switch from summer to winter (the direction of rotation changes). Then a cord to turn the light on and off and a cord for the three speed levels. The rotation and light function set directly on the fan can then simply be switched on/off using the light switch on the wall. The weak level is very quiet, so you can certainly sleep well here. The processing of the fan is of high quality, all elements are perfectly matched to each other. The wood-look rotor blades have different grains to support the illusion of wood. We would buy this fan again at any time.

Der Ventilator war schnell montiert. Die zwei E27 Fassungen sind sehr dicht beieinander, so daß nicht jedes Leuchtmittel paßt. Zum Auswuchten lag nichts bei. Um den Ventilator laufruhig zu bekommen, ging sehr viel Zeit drauf, da die Montagebleche für die Flügel immer leicht gebogen werden müssen bis man so halbwegs die Flügel alle auf gleiche Höhe hat und somit die Unwucht fast weg ist. Ohne Auswuchten wackelt der Ventilator ziemlich doll. Er ist in der kleinsten Stufe sehr leise und hat trotzdem noch einen ordentlichen Luftdurchsatz.

The fan was installed quickly. The two E27 sockets are very close together, so that not every bulb fits. Nothing was included for balancing. It took a lot of time to get the fan running smoothly, since the mounting plates for the blades always have to be bent slightly until the blades are all at the same height and the imbalance is almost gone. Without balancing, the fan wobbles quite a bit. It is very quiet at the lowest level and still has a decent air flow rate.

Vorweg: Ich habe den Ventilator von einem Elektriker anbringen lassen, von daher kann ich keine Aussage bezüglich des Zusammenbaus machen. Die Luftumwirbelung die der Ventilator auf Stufe 1 verursacht, reicht für mich persönlich zu arbeiten und schlafen aus. Geräusche verursacht er fast keine, bis auf ein bassiges Summen, welches im selben Takt wie der Korpus schwingt. Der Elektriker meinte, dass das Schwingen eigentlich nicht sein darf. Normalerweise befinden sich wohl kleine Metallplättchen/Gewichte bei Ventilatoren, mit denen man diese dann ausrichtet, dies fehlt hier. Seine Meinung dazu war keine Gute. Die Lampe ist furchtbar, da ich auf die Lichtquelle aber nicht angewiesen bin, ziehe ich dies in die Bewertung nicht mit ein.

First of all: I had the fan installed by an electrician, so I can't make any statements about the assembly. The air circulation caused by the fan on level 1 is enough for me personally to work and sleep in. It makes almost no noise, except for a bassy hum, which vibrates in the same beat as the body. The electrician said that the swinging shouldn't actually be. Normally there are small metal plates/weights on fans, with which you can then align them, this is missing here. His opinion on this was not good. The lamp is terrible, but since I don't depend on the light source, I don't include this in the rating.

Der Ventilator ist solide verabeitet und hat sich nach Montageanleitung gut montieren lassen. Der Motor selbst hat ein gleichmäßiges, nicht zu lautes Laufgeräusch. Bei der aktuellen Hitze bringt der Ventilator doch eine angenehme Luftumwälzung im Dachzimmer. Beleuchtung mit zwei LED Lampen ist schön und energiesparend. Einziges Manko - das Blechgehäuse. daß die Deckenhalterung verbirgt kommt leicht in Resonanz. Das Geräusch dabei ist wirklich störend. Ist unabhängig von der Drehzahlstufe, die Kunststoffschale für die Haltestange hat Kontakt zum Blech und das rattert nervig. Werde mir noch eine Lösung überlegen müssen.

The fan is solidly made and was easy to assemble according to the assembly instructions. The motor itself has an even, not too loud running noise. With the current heat, the fan brings a pleasant air circulation in the attic room. Lighting with two LED lamps is beautiful and energy-saving. The only drawback - the sheet metal housing. that the ceiling mount conceals easily resonates. The noise is really annoying. Is independent of the speed level, the plastic shell for the support rod has contact with the sheet metal and that rattles annoyingly. I'll have to think of a solution.

Wir sind mega zufrieden mit dem Ventilator. Wir haben ihn im Schlafzimmer angebracht, er ist so laufruhig das selbst mein Mann mit seinem leichten Schlaf problemlos einschlafen kann. Unser Schlafbereich befindet sich im Dachgeschoss welches bei den derzeit herrschenden Temperaturen einer Sauna gleicht. Dank des Ventilators ist selbst bei Stufe 1 ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Ich muss dazu erwähnen, dass ich gern auf Klimageräte oder übliche Standventilatoren mit Halsweh reagiere, was bei diesem Produkt glücklicherweise nicht so ist. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn;) wer sich zum Kauf entscheidet dürfte nicht enttäuscht werden !

We are very happy with the fan. We put it in the bedroom, it runs so smoothly that even my husband, who is a light sleeper, can easily fall asleep. Our sleeping area is on the top floor, which is like a sauna given the current temperatures. Thanks to the fan, a restful sleep is possible even at level 1. I have to mention that I like to have a sore throat when I use air conditioners or standard standing fans, which fortunately is not the case with this product. Long story short;) who decides to buy should not be disappointed!

Wir haben uns den Deckenventilator bestellt und zum Anfang gar nicht ausgepackt bzw montiert gehabt und da wir noch einen Standventilator hatten Punkt jetzt nach einiger Zeit haben wir uns doch entschieden ihn an die Decke zu bringen und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt da kann der Standventilator welcher 350 € gekostet hat von einer sehr bekannten Marke überhaupt nicht mithalten denn der Deckenventilator verteilt einwandfrei frische Luft im ganzen Raum und ist mega leise dieses Produkt kann ich nur empfehlen was er einfach zu montieren sehr gute Qualität Produkt macht das was es soll und ist zudem auch noch leise also auch für Schlafzimmer geeignet

We ordered the ceiling fan and didn't even unpack or install it at first and since we still had a standing fan, after a while we decided to put it on the ceiling and it was really worth it because the standing fan can do 350 € from a well-known brand can’t keep up at all because the ceiling fan distributes fresh air throughout the room and is super quiet I can only recommend this product as it is easy to assemble very good quality product does what it should and is also quiet so also suitable for bedrooms

Ein sehr schönes Gerät!!! Gut auch wenn man hinterher, wenn er schon an der Decke hängt feststellt, dass man die Rotorblätter besser drangemacht hätte, als das Ding noch nicht hing, aber man lernt ja dazu Er hat eine tolle Qualität, ist sehr robust und macht echt was her! Leider war nur in unserem Ventilator ein Einbrennfleck im Glas, sodass es aussah, als wenn da ne tote Fliege drinliegt und er hatte eine Delle im Metall, weshalb wir ihn zurückschickten und auf einen Neuen hofften: Leider ausverkauft und aktuell nicht lieferbar....das ist wirklich sehr sehr bedauerlich. ABER ein großes Kompliment an Elektronik-Star: So einen tollen zuvorkommenden Service, haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Obwohl das Resultat nun das ist, dass wir ohne Deckenventilator dastehen, sind wir kein Stück böse oder genervt einfach, weil die Kommunikation gestimmt hat und auch er telefonische Kontakt sehr sehr freundlich war. Danke hierfür: Ihr bleibt uns in guter Erinnerung und wir werden Euren Shop auf jeden Fall in Zukunft anderen vorziehen!!!!

Unfortunately, only our fan had a burned-in spot on the glass, so it looked like there was a dead fly in there and it had a dent in the metal, which is why we sent it back and hoped for a new one: unfortunately sold out and currently not available.... this is really very unfortunate. BUT a big compliment to the electronics star: We haven't experienced such great courteous service for a long time. Although the result is that we are without a ceiling fan, we are not angry or annoyed in the slightest, simply because the communication was right and the telephone contact was also very, very friendly. Thank you for this: we will remember you fondly and we will definitely prefer your shop to others in the future!!!!

Bellissimo ventilatore da soffitto arrivato perfettamente imballato e completo di ogni accessorio per il montaggio. Un ventilatore compatto funzionale ed elegante, arriva smontato ma il montaggio è molto semplice basta un po' di pazienza e un oretta e il gioco è fatto. Nella confezione troveremo - 1 x ventilatore da soffitto in set da montaggio - manuale d'uso in tedesco ( inglese, francese, italiano, spagnolo) Le pale del ventilatore sono in legno mdf tinto ciliegio dalla forma ovale e le rifiniture in acciaio satinato, la plafoniera è in vetro smerigliato, nell'alloggiamento delle luci ci sono due portalampade E27 il tutto perfettamente adattabile ad uno stile contemporaneo e moderno. Il ventilatore funge anche da lampadario quindi avremo doppia utilità in un unico dispositivo, le due cose funzionano sia contemporaneamente che separatamente luce e ventilazione. Il ventilatore è bello grande ma abbastanza silenzioso dispone di 4 pale in legni con 42" di diametro che azionano una ventilazione a 3 velocità: bassa, media, alta una vera comodità per questo genere di dispositivo inoltre è possibile scegliere due direzioni di rotazione per utilizzo invernale ed estivo fresco d'estete e circolo aria calda d'inverno. Il ventilatore assorbe una potenza massima di 60 W piu' il consumo delle lampadine che andremo a inserire successivamente. Si possono scegliere tre modalità di ventilazione: lenta, intermedia, rapida, tirando in sequenza e delicatamente la catenella che non sono molto lunghe (circa 21 cm) combieremo la velocità e scegliere quella piu' adatta alle nostre esigenze, già la velocità lenta offre un bel refrigerio. Per il montaggio ho apportato una piccola modifica in quanto ho soffitti molto alti e il ventilatore lo preferivo piu' basso comunque non ne compromette ne l'uso ne la funzionalità. Posizionato in cucina svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro e in queste giornate di calura estiva ci facilità il passare delle giornate un prodotto davvero utile e funzionale. Materiali di qualità per un dispositivo confrontato al prezzo economico. Consigliato.

PREMESSA: ho posizionato questo lampadario-ventilatore nella cucina di casa mia. Il prodotto ha un design classico, con pale in tinta legno (che si abbinano con i mobili) e una cordicella per l'attivazione della modalità ventilatore. In famiglia lo utilizziamo da circa due settimane e ne siamo soddisfatti. In particolare lo troviamo utile per muovere un pò l'aria e dare un pò di refrigerio, specie quando mia mamma cucina o quando guardiamo la TV nel divano. LA PAGELLA: il mio voto è 8,5 Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di installare due lampadine, che offrono un'ottima luminosità nella zona sottostante, nonché la possibilità di regolare la velocità delle pale. Ho notato che in commercio ci sono anche modelli con regolazione da telecomando, anziché con cordicella, e ritengo che siano molto più comodi. Nel complesso il prodotto è ben fatto, ben strutturato, solido e carino da vedere (solo un pò classico). NELLA SCATOLA: all'interno della scatola troviamo tutti i vari pezzi che servono a montare il lampadario, più un manuale di istruzioni multilingua (anche in italiano) che vi spiegherà bene come fare. IL PRODOTTO: seguendo le istruzioni non avrete problemi ad assemblare il lampadario-ventilatore (intendo montare le pale, le lampadine e il vetro). L'installazione al soffitto è un pò più complicata, ma è possibile comunque farla in modalità fai-da-te, dato che non ci sono fili particolari da collegare. Io e mio padre ci siamo arrangiati, e nel giro di un'oretta (facendo le cose con calma) lo abbiamo assemblato ed anche installato. Noi lo abbiamo sistemato in cucina, anche se in realtà si presterebbe di più ad una camera da letto o ad un salotto. La nostra scelta è stata dettata dalla necessità di ventilare la stanza mentre mia mamma cucina, specie d'estate, quando al normale caldo stagionale si aggiunge pure quello dei fornelli! CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE: su questo lampadario-ventilatore è possibile montare due lampadine da 42W (NON incluse!) con classica presa E27, che vi assicureranno un'ottima fonte luminosa. ► FUNZIONI: la velocità delle pale potrà essere regolata su 3 diverse velocità (bassa, media e alta) e in 2 direzioni (orario e antiorario), semplicemente agendo sulle due cordicelle che penzolano dal corpo principale del lampadario. Tenete presente che le pale girando fanno un pò di rumore (inevitabile) e che esso cresce all'aumentare della velocità. Il rumore è simile ad un leggero ronzio, non è affatto forte, ma è costante e ininterrotto. Nel complesso lo ritengo abbastanza silenzioso, anche vista la dimensione delle pale. OTTIMO! ► Le 4 pale sono molto grandi: hanno forma ovale, misurano 42 x 22 x 0,5 cm, e possono essere anche posizionate leggermente in obliquo per modificare i flussi dell'aria. Le pale NON sono di legno, ma riportano una fantasia di legno di ciliegio davvero ben fatta. ► MATERIALI: questo lampadario-ventilatore è realizzato con un mix tra plastica e metallo, che lo rende solido e robusto. I materiali mi sembrano buoni, non ho riscontrato ammaccature o finiture fatte male. Come già anticipato, il design è piuttosto classico, anche se le parti in metallo stemperano un pò l'aspetto vintage e lo rendono bello da vedere. Il diametro del lampadario è di 20 cm e la cupola che contiene le lampadine è di vetro smerigliato. Le cordicelle non sono molto lunghe (circa 21 cm) quindi pensate bene a come collocarlo! ;) Ho visto che di questa stessa marca ci sono anche modelli più "moderni", con regolazione delle pale da telecomando, anziché con cordicella. Naturalmente saranno più comodi, ma tendenzialmente il design è più moderno e poi, ovviamente, costano di più. Il costo è in linea con prodotti similari (89,99 euro, mentre sto scrivendo), e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, a mio avviso, onesto. N.B.: ho ricevuto questo articolo con uno sconto per testarlo e dare la mia opinione imparziale e completa. Mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione laddove dovessi riscontrare dei problemi. Preciso che una valutazione 5 stelle indica un prodotto con un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo; 4 stelle per me significano che il prodotto è buono, ma ha qualche particolare che è stato valutato come contro; 3 stelle è un prodotto mediocre; 2 e 1 stella sono voti per prodotti di pessima qualità o con un rapporto qualità prezzo non equo. ===> CONCLUDENDO: un prodotto che si sta rivelando piuttosto utile in questo primo scorcio d'estate, grazie alle sue pale molto grandi ed alle diverse modalità di funzionamento. I punti di forza sono: 3 velocità, 2 sensi di rotazione, pale grandi e leggermente orientabili, possibilità di installare 2 lampadine per una maggiore illuminazione. I punti deboli sono: design classico (ma poi dipende dai gusti e dalle necessità), regolazione ventilatore a cordicella. PREMISE: I placed this chandelier-fan in my kitchen. The product has a classic design, with wood-colored blades (which match the furniture) and a cord to activate the fan mode. We have been using it in the family for about two weeks and we are satisfied with it. In particular, we find it useful for moving the air a bit and providing a bit of relief, especially when my mother cooks or when we watch TV on the sofa. THE REPORT CARD: my rating is 8.5 We particularly appreciated the possibility of installing two light bulbs, which offer excellent brightness in the area below, as well as the possibility of adjusting the speed of the blades. I noticed that there are also models on the market with remote control adjustment, rather than with a cord, and I think they are much more comfortable. Overall, the product is well made, well structured, solid and nice to look at (just a little classic). IN THE BOX: inside the box we find all the various pieces needed to assemble the chandelier, plus a multilingual instruction manual (also in Italian) that will explain how to do it. THE PRODUCT: following the instructions you will have no problems assembling the chandelier-fan (I mean assembling the blades, the bulbs and the glass). Installing it on the ceiling is a little more complicated, but it is still possible to do it in DIY mode, since there are no particular wires to connect. My father and I made do, and in the space of an hour (doing things calmly) we assembled it and also installed it. We placed it in the kitchen, even if in reality it would be more suitable for a bedroom or a living room. Our choice was dictated by the need to ventilate the room while my mother cooks, especially in the summer, when the heat from the stove is added to the normal seasonal heat! TECHNICAL FEATURES: on this chandelier-fan you can mount two 42W bulbs (NOT included!) with a classic E27 socket, which will ensure an excellent light source. ► FUNCTIONS: the speed of the blades can be adjusted to 3 different speeds (low, medium and high) and in 2 directions (clockwise and anticlockwise), simply by acting on the two cords that hang from the main body of the chandelier. Keep in mind that the blades make a bit of noise when turning (unavoidable) and that it increases as the speed increases. The noise is similar to a slight buzz, it is not loud at all, but it is constant and uninterrupted. Overall I find it quite quiet, also given the size of the blades. EXCELLENT! ► The 4 blades are very large: they are oval in shape, measure 42 x 22 x 0.5 cm, and can also be positioned slightly obliquely to modify the air flows. The blades are NOT made of wood, but they have a really well-made cherry wood pattern. ► MATERIALS: this chandelier-fan is made of a mix of plastic and metal, which makes it solid and sturdy. The materials seem good to me, I have not found any dents or poorly made finishes. As already mentioned, the design is quite classic, even if the metal parts tone down the vintage look a bit and make it nice to look at. The diameter of the chandelier is 20 cm and the dome that contains the light bulbs is made of frosted glass. The cords are not very long (about 21 cm) so think carefully about how to place it! ;) I have seen that from this same brand there are also more "modern" models, with blade adjustment by remote control, instead of with a cord. Of course they will be more comfortable, but the design tends to be more modern and then, obviously, they cost more. The cost is in line with similar products (89.99 euros, as I am writing), and the quality-price ratio is, in my opinion, honest. Wir haben seit Jahren einen Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer. Dieser hatte nun seine besten Jahre hinter sich und musste ausgetauscht werden. Das kam mir ganz recht, denn wir renovieren bald und dann ist der ideale Zeitpunkt zum Austauschen. Der Valderama kommt in Einzelteilen gut verpackt in einem Karton an. Obwohl wirklich alles gut verpackt war, sind auf der Basis und einem der Metallteilen am Flügel Kratzer drauf. Allerdings nur so fein das man sie bei ganz genauem hinsehen sieht und für mich kein Grund zum Umtausch. Laut Anleitung bringt man erst die Basis an der Decke an und dann die Flügel. Das erschien mir etwas unlogisch und ich habe es anders rum gemacht. Wir haben erst den Ventilator zusammengebaut und ich war darüber echt froh. Zuerst kamen die Metallhalterungen an die Holzflügel. Nach unten kommt ein Metallteil in Tropfenform, was schick aussieht. Die Holzflügel sind aus Kirschbaum und haben eine schöne dunklere Farbe. Die Halterungen samt Flügel werden nun am Ventilator angebracht und hier fing das Fummeln an. Sie kommen zwischen der Basis oben und der Basis unten und man kommt nur ran indem man durch ein Loch in der unteren Basis schraubt. Erst die Schrauben die drin sind raus und dann mit dem Flügel wieder rein. Wir haben es zu zweit gemacht und ich haben ein paar mal geflucht. Wenn ich mir nun vorstelle, dass man das über Kopf an der Decke machen soll...lieber vorher anbringen! An der Decke soll es dann recht einfach angebracht werden, aber ich denke auch hier sind 2 Personen am besten. Es gibt eine Halterung, die man mit dem beiliegenden Montagematerial in der Decke anbringt. Danach werden die Stromanschlüsse verbunden und dann die Basis aufgesteckt und fest geschraubt. Unten ist Platz für 2 E27 Birnen. Wir haben da natürlich Stromsparende Birnen genommen. Es wird nun der milchige Lampenschirm aus Glas aufgesteckt und mit 3 kleinen Schrauben fest gemacht. Hier haben wir bemerkt das der Lampenschirm nicht 100 % passt und an einer Seite immer etwas "Luft" hatte. Dadurch passen die schrauben nicht richtig drauf, denn es gibt keine Löcher. Wenn man allerdings zu fest schraubt könnte das Glas brechen. Wir haben nun so weit rein geschraubt das er hält und hoffen das er uns nicht mal entgegen kommt. Zuletzt muss man nur noch die beiden Zugbänder anstecken. Unten ist jeweils eine kleine Holzträne, was schön aussieht und man kann gut greifen um dran zu ziehen. Mit dem einen Zugband macht man das Licht an und aus und mit dem zweiten schaltet man den Ventilator an und reguliert die Geschwindigkeit. Man kann also nur Licht anmachen und muss nicht immer den Ventilator dabei anhaben. Optisch ist der Ventilator wirklich toll und erinnert mich an eine Lodge in Afrika. :D Er lässt sich gut nutzen und wirkt sehr stabil. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten und etwas Gefummel beim Zusammenbauen ein rundum toller Deckenventilator. *Dieses Produkt wurde mir vergünstigt zur Verfügung gestellt. Meine Meinung ist ehrlich und beruht auf meine Erfahrungen.*

We have had a ceiling fan in the living room for years. This was now past its prime and had to be replaced. That was fine with me, because we are renovating soon and then is the ideal time to exchange. The Valderama arrives well packaged in a cardboard box. Although everything was really well packed, there are scratches on the base and one of the metal parts on the wing. However, only so fine that you can see them when you look very closely and for me there is no reason to exchange them. According to the instructions, you first attach the base to the ceiling and then the wings. That seemed a bit illogical to me and I did it the other way around. We first assembled the fan and I was really happy about that. First came the metal brackets to the wooden wings. A metal part comes down in the form of a drop, which looks chic. The wooden wings are made of cherry wood and have a nice darker colour. The brackets and blades are now attached to the fan and this is where the fiddling began. They go between the base above and the base below and can only be accessed by screwing through a hole in the lower base. First the screws that are in it out and then back in with the wing. We did it together and I cursed a few times. If I now imagine that you should do it overhead on the ceiling... it's better to attach it beforehand! It should then be attached to the ceiling quite easily, but I think 2 people are best here too. There is a bracket that you attach to the ceiling with the included mounting material. Then the power connections are connected and then the base is attached and screwed tight. Below is space for 2 E27 bulbs. Of course we used energy-saving bulbs. The milky glass lampshade is now attached and secured with 3 small screws. Here we noticed that the lampshade does not fit 100% and always had some "air" on one side. As a result, the screws do not fit properly because there are no holes. However, if you screw too tight, the glass could break. We have now screwed in so far that it holds and hope that it doesn't even come towards us. Finally, all you have to do is attach the two drawstrings. Below is a small wooden teardrop, which looks nice and you can grab it to pull it. With one drawstring you turn the light on and off and with the second one you turn the fan on and regulate the speed. So you can only turn on the light and don't always have to have the fan on. Visually, the fan is really great and reminds me of a lodge in Africa. :D It is easy to use and looks very stable. Except for a few little things and some fiddling when assembling, an all-round great ceiling fan. *This product was made available to me at a discount.
