Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Rafraîchisseur qui fait bien son boulot en mettant de l’eau fraîche, les 2 glaçons et le mode humidificateur qui fait un peu une bruit d’eau mais tolérable. Il est très silencieux à la 1ère vitesse. Le produit était très bien emballé et avec un vrai suivi de Klarstein par mail. Livraison par Chronopost avec code à la livraison. Je vis en Alsace avec des températures élevées et je recommande vivement.

The price/quality ratio is good. The cooler does its job well by providing fresh water, the 2 ice cubes, and the humidifier mode which makes a bit of a water noise but is tolerable. It is very quiet at the first speed. The product was very well packaged and with real tracking from Klarstein by email. Delivery by Chronopost with a code upon delivery. I live in Alsace with high temperatures and I highly recommend it.

I don't recommend it. For the money I'd expect it to at least cool down a bit on hot days. It's good for purifying the air, but that's it.

Mise en route très simple, avec en plus la possibilité de gérer le rafraichisseur via l’application sur smartphone.
- Mode « rafraîchisseur » : semble efficace, mais à tester d’ici quelques jours quand les températures vont avoisiner les 32 degrés
- Mode « humidificateur » : très utile mais fort bruit d’eau du réservoir.
Globalement, rafraichit vraiment l’atmosphère, mais ne pas en attendre les mêmes résultats qu’une climatisation.

Ne raffraichi pas la pièce mais raffraichi le corps. Pour l’instant plutôt satisfait. La télécommande n’a jamais fonctionné, même en changeant de piles

Prima luchtkoeler. Geeft net een beetje verkoeling door het watervak dat je kunt vullen met een koelaccu. Alleen is de gebruiksaanwijzing wat beperkt. Het is niet echt duidelijk dat je in het water maar een koelaccu kunt plaatsen per keer. Anders kan de pomp niet goed werken. En de koelaccu kan niet in de waterbak worden geklemd, daarom zwemt deze een beetje. Met een glazen gewicht uit een wekpot en een stukje anti slipmatje is het zwemmen over. Verder functioneert dit prima. Maar een iets uitgebreidere handleiding zou een verbetering zijn, net als iets om het zwemmen van de koelaccu te voorkomen.

Great air cooler. Provides just a little cooling through the water compartment that you can fill with a cool pack. Only the instructions are a bit limited. It is not really clear that you can only place one cool pack in the water at a time. Otherwise the pump cannot work properly. And the cool pack cannot be clamped in the water tank, which is why it swims a bit. With a glass weight from a preserving jar and a piece of anti-slip mat the swimming is over. Otherwise this works fine. But a slightly more extensive manual would be an improvement, as well as something to prevent the cool pack from swimming.

Compré uno de otra marca que no enfríava nada. Éste sin duda és la mejor compra. És más agradable que un aire acondicionado. En el exterior unos 33° y dentro 26°. Con el modo Humificador hace que no suba la temperatura y en el mínimo apenas hace ruido. Sin dudar lo recomiendo encarecidamente

I bought one from another brand that didn't cool at all. This one is definitely the best buy. It's more comfortable than an air conditioner. Outside it's about 33°C and inside it's 26°C. Humidifier mode keeps the temperature down, and on minimum it's barely audible. I highly recommend it.

Dieser Luftkühler ist von der Optik sehr schön. Jedoch sehr groß, die Beschreibung ist nicht perfekt. Der Inhalt ist hauptsächlich mit Sicherheitshinweisen versehen. die wichtigen Erläuterungen wie zB. Kühlakkus wo hin, in den Tank, was ist mit der Reinigung und wie. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden da die Leistung gut ist.

This air cooler looks very nice. However, it's very large, and the description isn't perfect. The contents mainly contain safety instructions, including important information such as where to put the ice packs, what to put in the tank, and how to clean it. Eine echte Alternative, wenn eine richtige Klimaanlage nicht möglich ist.

Wir kühlen unsere 34m’ Zimmer damit. Mit der Zugabe von Eis ( kühl ackus) kommen gut auf bis 10’ kühler als draußen. Voraussetzung das richtiege lüften nachts, tagsüber wieder alles zumachen. Preis Leistung ist ok, und wenn man genau das Produkt Beschreibung liest, versteht was für eine klimagerät das ist. Körper abkühlen Suppi, Raum Temperatur....weniger, aber dennoch ist ok. Wasser Tank kann man gans raus ziehen zum befüllen und reinigen. Suppi. Würden nicht mehr missen wollen.

We use it to cool our 34m² room. With the addition of ice (cool packs), it can easily get up to 10 minutes cooler than outside. This requires proper ventilation at night and closing everything down during the day. The price/performance ratio is OK, and if you read the product description carefully, you'll understand what kind of air conditioner it is. It cools the body down, great; room temperature...less, but it's still OK. The water tank can be pulled out completely for filling and cleaning. Great. We wouldn't want to be without it.

Zumindest am Anfang plätschert die Anlage recht laut, es scheint besser zu werden… Auf niedrigster Stufe ist die Lautstärke des Ventilators angenehm, dann wird es schon lauter bei höherer Stufe. Die Wasserverdunstung führt zu einem deutlichen Kühleffekt, viel mehr, als nur mit einem Ventilator. Sehr angenehm ist, dass kein Abluftschlauch benötigt wird. Insgesamt sind wir froh, dass die superschnelle Lieferung vor den heißen Tagen eintraf! Einen Stern Abzug wegen der sehr rudimentären Gebrauchsanleitung, die auch online nicht umfangreicher ist und den sehr umständlichen Kundenservice, der Rückruf versprach, was bis heute ( über 2 Wochen) nicht erfolgte…

At least at first, the system is quite loud, but it seems to be getting better... At its lowest setting, the fan's noise level is pleasant, then it gets louder at higher settings. The evaporation of the water creates a noticeable cooling effect, much more so than with a fan alone. It's very convenient that no exhaust hose is required. Overall, we're glad that the super-fast delivery arrived before the hot weather! One star deducted for the very rudimentary instructions, which aren't any more comprehensive online, and the very tedious customer service, which promised a callback, which hasn't happened yet (over two weeks)...

Im Dachgeschoss unseres Fachwerkhauses wird es im Sommer sehr warm. Sitzen meine Frau und ich oben, kühlt uns dieser Lüfter sehr gut; auch besonders, wenn der Tank mit Wasser und den Kühlakkus gefüllt wird. Bitte beachten: es ist ein Lufterfrischer, keine Klimaanlage! Die Raumtemperatur wird kaum gesenkt; es geht um den Kühleffekt! Die Anleitung ist etwas dürftig; die Wartung und Reinigung des Filters an der Rückseite sollte ebenfalls in der Anleitung stehen. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

The attic of our half-timbered house gets very warm in the summer. When my wife and I are up there, this fan cools us down very well, especially when the tank is filled with water and the ice packs. Please note: it's an air freshener, not an air conditioner! It barely lowers the room temperature; it's all about the cooling effect! The instructions are a bit sketchy; the maintenance and cleaning of the filter on the back should also be included in the manual. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

...die Bedienungsanleitung ein schlechter Scherz. Zwar ist das Gerät selbsterklärend, allerdings was 6 Piepstöne hintereinander bedeuten und wie man Abhilfe schaffen kann muss man selbst googeln. Generell ist das Thema Wasserbefüllung, Wassertank usw in der Anleitung nicht existent. Die Wasserstandsanzeige ist auch sehr schwer lesbar. Und DPD hat sich wieder durch Unfähigkeit und Dummheit ausgezeichnet. Ich habe 2 Geräte bestellt und BEIDE WURDEN KOPFÜBER ANGELIEFERT. Es lag vielleicht daran, dass nur geschätzte 20 Pfeile am Versandkarton waren, die zeigen wo oben und unten ist. Vielleicht könnte die Firma Klarstein künftig einen anderen Paketdienst beauftragen. DPD ist in Wien absolut unfähig, unbeliebt und bereits im Visier der Behörden - aufgrund sehr vieler Beschwerden.

...the instruction manual is a bad joke. The device is self-explanatory, but you have to google yourself to find out what 6 beeps in a row mean and how to remedy the problem. The instructions don't mention anything about filling the water tank, etc. The water level indicator is also very difficult to read. And DPD has once again shown itself to be incompetent and stupid. I ordered 2 devices and BOTH WERE DELIVERED UPIDE DOWN. Perhaps this was because there were only an estimated 20 arrows on the shipping carton showing which way is up and which way is down. Perhaps Klarstein could use a different parcel service in the future. DPD is completely incompetent in Vienna, unpopular and already in the sights of the authorities - due to a large number of complaints.
