Jetzt nach unserem Sylvester-Raclette (mit zwei Raclette-Grills) gebe ich die Bewertung ab. (Wir hatten auch schon vorher einen Versuch gestartet...) Stromverbrauch: 2 x 1500 Watt; konnten problemlos über Stunden an einer Mehrfachsteckdose angeschlossen werden (keine anderen zusätzlichen Verbraucher!!) Die Verarbeitung ist ausgezeichnet. Während des Sylvesterbetriebs hat sich bei beiden Grills die Alu-Grillschale plötzlich verzogen. Hatte jedoch keine Auswirkung auf das Grillen. Und die Grillschale ist im Lauf des weiteren Grillens auch wieder in die ursprüngliche Form zurückgewechselt. Reinigung der Grillschalen sehr, sehr leicht. Einlegen in Spülwasser und leicht schrubben. Rückstandslos zu reinigen. Die Steinplatte ist auch sehr funktional. Das Grillgut kann aber hier Verfärbungen hinterlassen, die beim Reinigen nicht mehr gang weggehen. Sieht aber trotzdem nicht sehr schlimm aus und beeinträchtigt nicht die weitere Funktion. Leichtes einölen der Steinplatte vor dem Grillen ist empfehlenswert. Die Temperatur auf Alu- und auf der Steinplatte erreicht bei Höchststufe ca. 250 Grad. Die Steinplatte hält die Temperatur relativ lange. Die Pfännchen können schön belegt werden, da nach oben zu den Heizstäben ausreichend Platz ist. Isolierung an den Trageteilen ist auch gut. Man braucht keine Angst zu haben, sich die Finger zu verbrennen. Ich halte den Raclette-Grill für sehr gelungen und würde ihn wieder kaufen (wenn ich ihn nicht schon zweimal hätte ;-) )

Now, after our New Year's Eve raclette (with two raclette grills), I'm giving it a review. (We had already tried it before...) Power consumption: 2 x 1500 watts; could be connected to a multiple socket for hours without any problems (no other additional consumers!!) The workmanship is excellent. During New Year's Eve operation, the aluminum grill tray on both grills suddenly warped. However, this had no effect on the grilling. And the grill tray returned to its original shape as we continued grilling. The grill trays are very, very easy to clean. Place in dishwater and scrub lightly. Cleans without leaving any residue. The stone plate is also very functional. However, the food you grill can leave discoloration on it that doesn't go away when you clean it. But it doesn't look too bad and doesn't affect the rest of the function. It's advisable to lightly oil the stone plate before grilling. The temperature on the aluminum and stone plate reaches around 250 degrees at the highest setting. The stone plate maintains the temperature for a relatively long time. The pans can be filled nicely as there is enough space above the heating elements. The insulation on the carrying parts is also good. You don't have to worry about burning your fingers. I think the raclette grill is very well made and would buy it again (if I hadn't already had it twice ;-) )

Even though there are eight positions for pans, it would only be suitable for eight people if they were taking a very relaxed approach to the meal, which I guess is what you're meant to do - lounge around having some wine and snacking on cheesy titbits . For a hungry group that just want to get that cheese melted and into their mouths, it would suit four people, maybe up to six if a couple of them were kids, or very slow eaters. I bought it knowing it would likely be used mostly for four hungry people! All-in-all, I am pleased with the purchase. The materials and build of the grill feel solid & sturdy, the heating elements are up to the job, and it's been easy to clean.

Works as it should and no issues. It is not the best out there, but at this price it can not be beaten. When I say that it is not the best out there, this is my opinion based on using others. It is still fantastic and should not disappoint you. Sadly it does not come with mini-spatulas and I did not know this before ordering.

Das Gerät heizt super schnell und brät bzw überbacke gut. Hatten vorher ein günstigeres Gerät in der selben Aufteilung einer anderen Firma, das war ne Katastrophe und flog nach 2 mal nutzen in den Müll. Das Gerät von Klarsein ist gut und leicht zu reinigen, nicht zu schwer. Was ich nicht verstehe warum bei Tischgeräten immer nur diese kurzen Kabel dran sind und was ich schade fand, dass keine Spachtel dabei waren. Bei einem Raclette gehören die dazu. Sonst alles super.

Previously had a cheaper device in the same division from another company, that was a disaster and flew into the garbage after using it twice. Klarsein's device is good and easy to clean, not too heavy. What I don't understand is why tabletop devices only have these short cables and what I found a shame that there were no spatulas included. They are part of a raclette. Otherwise everything great.

La piastra per raclette funziona benissimo. Il formaggio fonde in un attimo e sia la piastra che la pietra sono state utilissime. Si scalda velocemente e ha fatto fumo solo in fase di prima accensione, fatta volutamente qualche giorno prima. Il corriere ha consegnato il pacco direttamente a noi in quanto un pochino pesante e non era possibile "lanciarlo" in giardino come solito (su nostra richiesta ovviamente), e lo ha fatto dopo averci contattati telefonicamente per essere certo di trovarci. Non potevamo essere più soddisfatti.

The raclette plate works great. The cheese melts in an instant and both the plate and the stone were very useful. It heats up quickly and only smoked when first turned on, which was done deliberately a few days before. The courier delivered the package directly to us because it was a little heavy and it was not possible to "throw" it in the garden as usual (at our request of course), and he did so after contacting us by phone to make sure he would find us. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Beim ersten Gebrauch haben wir Garnelen auf das Blech gelegt, das sich dann sehr schnell verformte. Es ging, nachdem es abgekühlt war, zum Glück wieder in den Ursprungszustand zurück. Das Blech hat sich nach einigen Raclette Essen verfärbt und der Stein lief an einigen Stellen braun an. Eine intensive Reinigung hatte keinen Erfolg. Die Wärmeleistung war bei meinem alten Tefal Gerät wesentlich besser.

When we first used it, we put shrimp on the tray, which then deformed very quickly. Luckily it went back to its original state after it cooled down. The tin discolored after a few raclette meals and the stone turned brown in some places. Intensive cleaning was unsuccessful. The heat output was much better with my old Tefal device.

Das Gerät ist durchweg zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist nicht OK im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern. Der Stein nimmt die Wärme ordentlich auf und speichert diese auch sehr lange. Leider hat man vergessen oder gespart die Saft/Fettrinne zu polieren, so dass sich diese nach dem Gebrauch sehr schlecht reinigen lässt. Bei dem doch hohen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Pfännchen sind ordentlich beschichtet, so dass sich alles sehr gut löst. Sie sind im Vergleich zu anderen Geräten etwas kleiner, was aber in Ordnung geht.

The device is highly recommended. Value for money is not OK compared to the competition. The stone absorbs the heat properly and stores it for a very long time. Unfortunately, one forgot or saved on polishing the juice/fat channel, so that it is very difficult to clean it after use. For the high price I would have expected more. The pans are neatly coated so that everything dissolves very well. They're a bit smaller compared to other devices, but that's okay.

Gemüse wie Spargel,Zuchini wurde mit etwas Butter auf dem Stein gegart.Fleisch wurde auf dem Rost gegrillt und auch Datteln im Speckmantel wurden sehr knusprig. Die Pfannen mit Käse wurden schnell heiß und alles konnte leicht gereinigt werden. Preis und Leistung top. Kabel könnte etwas länger sein.

Vegetables such as asparagus and zucchini were cooked with a little butter on the stone. Meat was grilled on the grate and dates wrapped in bacon were very crispy. The pans of cheese got hot quickly and everything was easy to clean. Price and performance top. Cable could be a little longer.

Sólo la hemos usado 3 veces pero de momento nos ha funcionado genial. De normal la usamos 2-4 personas y es perfecta. Para más personas creo que se queda pequeña. La piedra con los usos no se puede limpiar perfectamente y no se si con el tiempo perderá funcionalidad. Hemos echado de menos que no vengan incluidas las paletas de madera que en otras productos del estilo sí vienen, aunque son fácil de conseguir a parte.

We have only used it 3 times but so far it has worked great. Normally 2-4 people use it and it is perfect. For more people I think it would be too small. The stone cannot be cleaned perfectly with use and I don't know if it will lose its functionality over time. We missed the fact that the wooden paddles are not included, which are included in other products of this style, although they are easy to get separately.

Veramente un bell'oggetto, i materiali sembrano solidi , la pietra in granito è bella spessa (quasi 2cm). Sul libretto di istruzioni c'è scritto di tenerla accesa 10 Min al primo utilizzo per mandare via gli olii protettivi e in effetti appena accesa fa un po' di fumo ( pochissimo) e emana un odore di plastica. Imballaggio ottimo e curato, si vede che non è il solito prodotto cinese. Struttura in acciaio inox, piastra e pietra removibili. Come indicato nella descrizione non sono comprese le palettine in legno che ho acquistato a parte. Costa un pochino di più delle concorrenti cinesi ma devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

Really a beautiful object, the materials seem solid, the granite stone is nice and thick (almost 2cm). The instruction booklet says to keep it on for 10 minutes on first use to get rid of the protective oils and in fact as soon as it is turned on it makes a little smoke (very little) and gives off a plastic smell. Excellent and careful packaging, you can see that it is not the usual Chinese product. Stainless steel structure, removable plate and stone. As indicated in the description, the wooden spatulas that I purchased separately are not included. It costs a little more than the Chinese competitors but I must say that I was very satisfied.

Es ideal para cocinar, mi miedo era por si seria muy grande e incomoda para guardar pero la verdad que tiene el tamaño ideal, la superficie de cocinado esta muy bien y el resto es bastante compacto, las piezas de se lavan fácil y se arma todo muy rápido y es muy sencillo su armado. El consumo es relativamente bajo, menos de lo que consume un caloventor normal, y por el tiempo que lo usas no representa mucho gasto de luz. La parte de abajo esta buena para aprovecharlo mientras se usa la parte de arriba y así ahorra energía.

Raclette auspacken, vorab einmal reinigen, und los geht's. Nach dem Einschalten einmal auf volle Leistung drehen, kurze Aufheiz Zeit, am Anfang leichte Rauch Entwicklung weil alles neu ist, hört aber nach kurzer Zeit auf. (Also nicht unmittebar unter einem Rauchmelder betreiben....) Wenn alles am bruzzel'n ist Temp etwas zurück drehen, sonst kann schon mal was anbrennen. Raclette ließ sich auch einfach reinigen, leichte Einbrenn Spuren bleiben immer, zB vom Fett oder Öl..... Klare Kauf Empfehlung::::::::::::

(So don't operate it directly under a smoke detector....) If everything is brewing, turn the temp down a bit, otherwise something can burn. Also das Gerät an sich sieht sehr schön aus und ist auch groß genug. Allerdings finde ich es schade das keine Pfannen schaber aus Holz oder hitzebeständigen Plastik dabei war, normalerweise gehört das zum raclette Geschirr dazu. Ich habe noch nie ein Gerät gekauft wo das nicht dabei war, bis heute und etwas schade weil ich die mir jetzt extra bestellen muss. Aber sonst sieht es bisher gut aus. Wie die Hitze sich entwickelt oder das Gerät läuft kann ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht sagen.

So the device itself looks very nice and is big enough. However, I find it a pity that there were no pan scrapers made of wood or heat-resistant plastic, which are usually part of the raclette dishes. I've never bought a device where it wasn't included, until today and it's a shame because I have to order it separately now. But otherwise things are looking good so far. How the heat develops or the device runs I can't say at this point in time.

This product cooks food really well. We cook strips of steak, chicken and prawns. The metal griddle is quite easy to clean but the stone is more difficult to get to a standard that my wife would accept. I ended up using wet n dry abrasive paper. Very good product. Glad I bought it.

Ich habe diesen Grill für ein spontanes Familien Raclette gekauft und dann natürlich auch gleich ausprobiert. In früheren Bewertungen wurde das kurze Kabel erwähnt, welches ich ignoriert habe, aber es war dann doch irgendwie unterzubringen. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, man sollte nur mit der Temperatureinstellung sensibel umgehen, speziell wenn süss marininiertes Fleisch aufgelegt wird und wirklich Öl verwenden, egal ob auf der Stein- oder auf der Metallplatte. Es gibt nur eine Heizspirale für oben und unten, deshalb Vorsicht mit der Einstellung, zu hoch eingestellt schmilzt der Käse zwar schneller, aber auf der Grillplatte oder dem Stein brennt das Fleisch an und die Grillplatte zu reinigen, dass sie wieder ansehnlich aussieht ist ein Projekt. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht, es ist nichts Schlechtes an diesem Gerät, für mal so Raclette machen ist es durchaus ausreichend. Fortgeschrittene Racletteteure suchen sich vielleicht besser was anderes

I bought this grill for a spontaneous family raclette and of course I tried it out right away. Previous reviews mentioned the short cord, which I ignored, but somehow managed to accommodate it. Actually there is nothing to complain about, you just have to be careful with the temperature setting, especially when sweet marinated meat is being served and oil is really used, whether on the stone or metal plate. There is only one heating coil for top and bottom, so be careful with the setting, the cheese will melt faster if set too high, but the meat will burn on the griddle or stone and cleaning the griddle so that it looks presentable again is a project . I do not regret the purchase, there is nothing bad about this device, it is quite sufficient for making raclette. Advanced raclette enthusiasts might be better off looking for something else

Raclette das 1. Mal benutzt. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Nur die Reinigung der Steinplatte ist nicht gelungen. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die Verpackung. Entsprechend des Gewichts des Gerätes müsste es stabilerer Karton sein und auch ein Griff wäre gut.

Raclette used for the 1st time. I was very pleased. Only the cleaning of the stone slab did not succeed. What I don't like is the packaging. According to the weight of the device, it would have to be more stable cardboard and a handle would also be good.

Ich habe das Produkt zu Silvester benutzt und es hat gut seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Reinigung der Steinplatte war dann allerdings etwas schwierig, man mußte sie mehrere Stunden einweichen, bevor die Essensreste beseitigt werden konnten.

I used this product for New Year's Eve and it served its purpose well. However, cleaning the stone slab was a bit difficult, you had to soak it for several hours before the food residue could be removed.

Das Gerät kam schnell und ist ordentlich verarbeitet. Holzspatel sind leider nicht dabei, diese sind aber im 10-er Pack bereits für 3,50€ extra zu haben. Die Pfännchen sind ausreichend groß, die Beschichtung hält bisher und lässt sich nach dem Einweichen auch ganz gut reinigen. Die Grillplatte ist in max. 10 Minuten heiß, der Stein braucht ein paar Minuten länger. Das Fleisch brät auf beiden Seiten – Platte und Stein zügig braun. Die Seiten des Gerätes werden nicht heiß, sodass man es auch gut vorheizen und dann erst auf den Tisch stellen kann. Die Griffe der Pfännchen werden ebenfalls warm, aber nicht heiß. Unter dem Gerät ist ausreichend Platz, sodass man die Pfännchen ziemlich hoch beladen kann und das überbacken trotzdem nicht zu lange dauert. Wir nutzen es nicht nur zu Feierlichkeiten - Raclette ist ein riesen Spaß für die ganze Familie! Natürlich muss jeder selbst einschätzen inwieweit seine Kinder auf ,,Aufpassen! Das ist heiß!“ hören und dies auch umsetzen können. Mit unseren Jungs klappt es jedenfalls wunderbar. Ich habe noch 10 Fingerfood-Zangen aus Bambus dazu bestellt , Mini-Silikonzangen gehen auch. Die Beiden lieben es, sich mit den kleinen Zangen aus allen Schüsseln zu bedienen und mal selbst ein Stück Fleisch braten zu dürfen. Selber Pfännchen zusammenstellen finden sie toll! Sie bekommen Reibekäse darauf - der schmilzt noch schneller und die Kartoffeln werden darunter nicht so übermäßig heiß. Kann man eigentlich auch Paprika braten? Oder Salatgurke? Oder Brokkoli? So sind sie jedes Mal min. 1 Stunde mit experimentieren und naschen beschäftigt und auch wir Großen können mal in Ruhe essen.  Ein Raclette-Kochbuch für noch mehr Idee und Abwechslung machen die Sache perfekt. So wird das Ganze auch zu einem sehr schönen Hochzeits- oder Geburtstagsgeschenk. Bei uns kommt Raclette jetzt definitiv öfter auf den Tisch!

The device arrived quickly and is well made. Unfortunately, wooden spatulas are not included, but these are available in packs of 10 for €3.50 extra. The pans are big enough, the coating has held up so far and can be cleaned quite well after soaking. The griddle is hot in max. 10 minutes, the stone needs a few minutes longer. The meat quickly browns on both sides – plate and stone. The sides of the device do not get hot, so you can preheat it well and only then place it on the table. The handles of the pans also get warm, but not hot. There is enough space under the device so that you can load the pans quite high and still not take too long to bake them. We don't just use it for celebrations - raclette is great fun for the whole family! Of course, everyone has to assess for themselves the extent to which their children are aware of "Pay attention! That's hot!” and being able to put it into practice. In any case, our boys are doing wonderfully. I also ordered 10 bamboo finger food tongs, mini silicone tongs also work. The two love to help themselves with the small tongs from all bowls and to be able to roast a piece of meat themselves. They think it's great to put together your own pans! You get grated cheese on top - it melts even faster and the potatoes don't get overly hot underneath. Can you actually roast peppers? Or cucumber? Or broccoli? So they are always busy experimenting and snacking for at least 1 hour and even we grown-ups can eat in peace.  A raclette cookbook for even more ideas and variety makes things perfect. This makes the whole thing a very nice wedding or birthday present. Raclette is definitely on our table more often now!

Funktioniert gut und hat uns Silvesterspaß bescheert! Die Verarbeitung könnte bzgl. Spaltmaße der Platten besser sein. Auch wünschte man sich dass die Platten Spülmaschinen-geeignet wären. (Habe ich in der Beschreibung nichts zu gefunden.)

Works well and gave us New Year's Eve fun! The processing could be better with regard to the gap dimensions of the plates. It was also wished that the plates were dishwasher safe. (I couldn't find anything in the description.)

La compramos porque se nos rompió la anterior plancha que teníamos de metal y nos hacia gracia el tema de la mitad de piedra y la otra mitad de metal. En un principio no sabíamos muy bien para que era la parte de abajo de la plancha... después de usarla varias veces reconozco que la parte de abajo es muy útil ya que puedes ir fundiendo queso a la vez que haces unas hamburguesas y y el bacon en la parte de arriba para hacerte unas super hamburguesas . Para usar la plancha con carne la parte de la piedra es genial, calienta super rápido y es muy fácil de limpiar después de su uso. Una compra muy recomendable

We bought this because our previous metal grill broke and we liked the idea of half the stone and the other half the metal. At first we didn't really know what the bottom part of the grill was for... after using it several times I admit that the bottom part is very useful since you can melt cheese while making hamburgers and the bacon on top to make some great hamburgers. To use the grill with meat, the stone part is great, it heats up super fast and is very easy to clean after use. A highly recommended purchase.
